Yes, quite odd but not unexpected from a non reporting company. Who knows what is going on behind the closed doors of the party house. I may pay them a visit in a few weeks and ask for a tour of the place where the magic is created. Will be funny to see how that goes. Maybe I will video my adventure and share it with everyone.
Yes to give herself at least 144K a year while her investors are losing money hand over foot on her company is pretty sad.
Moreover, why the clandestine resignation?
Of course, the company informs investors of NOTHING in the first place.
The salaries and shady backroom dealings certianly leave many doubts as to the validity of this company.
SCAM.
Yes, One has to really ask oneself why he would bail out as the CEO? I think he has like 103M shares and one would thing that if positive news is on the horizon, he would certainly want to be part of it. I wonder if he was getting a 6 figure salary also like the owner?
The post highlights the outrageous and disgusting salary rochelle brings in for scaming investors.
Criminal.
I see a company going expanding reaching new outlets lets face it not just everyone walks in to walmart on of the fastest growing retail stores not only in America but all over the world just to name one outlet there over head is lowered by subbing out to manufacturer to lower cost all I see is plus plus I'm not worried about lack of pr look around most pinks that put out lots of Pr's are pump n dumps O that's what you think this is but that's just your opinion
LYJN CEO has mysteriously QUIT? WTH??
Looks like all smart people are bailing on ths POS>

Glass half full or glass half empty. I just see way to many negatives which cause my glass to be half empty. Now if they come out with full disclosure and become fully compliant with regular SEC filings and they are showing positive results and a sound short, mid and long term business strategy defined well then maybe the optimism changes from half empty to half full but until then they are nothing but an unknown investment and the vast majority of the investment community does not like dealing with unknowns in my opinion.
As far as any investor knows LYJN are bringing in a boat load and could be in in the green 6 years for a ramp up is not uncommon at all looks like they have held steady, gaining, and gained lots of exposure opening up a lot of new avenues seem to be making headway.
Based on what? What do you see that is going to spark the company because obviously the investment community does not see the same thing nor do they have the same optimism which is why you have a continued declining PPS and volume.
Its the same as any one person here going to their favorite mall and posting about Lyric. May or may not be truthful. Pure speculation to believe them or not but what you have to look at is what the investment community thinks of Lyric right now and .0025 for last weeks low screams their opinion. They want nothing to do with a non reporting company that has lost 98% of its initial value since inception. Has a BOD that is totally non responsive to its investors. Had a history of PnD's. Has a historical pattern of not being able to sustain any rise in its PPS even on good news from the company such as Walmart May 2011 .03. Has a party house off the sunset strip for a corporate HQ. Had an IR email that does not respond. Has a phone assistant that takes your info over the phone but never has anyone call you back. Refuses to even answer simple questions like who comprises Lyrics BOD. Has an OTC alert posting notifying investors to use caution. Has a lot of the same posts from years ago about the same stuff which is filled with false and misleading info. Has a history of SEC investigation. Has a CEO who bailed on the company. Has alleged unknown 3rd parties promoting the company during its PnD's. Has a lot of shareholders holding empty bags right now. Has not released any PR since last July. Has no current accurate financial info posted. I could go on and on and on but you get the picture.
You have to look at the whole enchilada here and make an informed decision based on your own DD. Knowing that a company has lost 98% of its overall stock value despite being promoted as a world wide distributing power house is pretty important for new potential investors as is the OTC warning sign advising investors to proceed with extreme caution.
As far as any investor knows they are bringing in zero and could be in default. It is impossible to determine based on a non reporting company with an OTC alert advising investors to proceed with extreme caution.
Check out the new sticky which provides a link that I have ALREADY highlighted in the sticky to which I am responding. No wonder there is some confusion. It is important to look at the info that has ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED.
Now, with all the product that we know of that is currently selling throughout the US and beyond, and producing revenue, as opposed to the single men's collection at Bloomingdale's, some boutique sales, and possibly some jewelry at Nordstrom, that generated revenue in 2009, do you think that LYJN is bringing in less than the $1.5M that they did in 2009, or more likely around $3M for 2011?
With the same 6 employees, same party house headquarters, etc., do you think that their cost of operations has increased dramatically from the consistent $1M as shown yoy in the financial info that we have?
I made 3 separate posts earlier to my facebook page telling my 5 friends where to look for Lyric Culture products if they were out shopping this weekend.
-They can view an album with the 4 Lyric nation tees and jewelry currently carried at 1000s of Walmart stores nationwide.
-They can view an album that has the most recent Lyrix jewelry at Claire's(which hit stores in December), as well as the second collection(shipped in August 2011) from which they can probably find some items on clearance.
-They can view an album that contains the men's Pink Floyd collection which just shipped to Bloomingdale's a few weeks ago, stating that they should also look for women's INXS coming soon to their favorite local boutique(no matter what part of the world they are in).
In a few months, I may be posting that they should check out the new Lyric Lover sleepwear collection at Victoria's Secret, or the Doggie clothes and accessories at Pet-Smart or -Co, etc., etc.
You do know he meant a GREEN DAY only, right?
Nobody was talking about the last 6 years.
I wouldn't call a 98% loss in total stock value over the past 6 years "green".
A lot goes on without any official PR from the company. The little sales girls at Claire's would have NO idea whether an entire wall would be covered tomorrow with Lyrix product or not. Nor would the assistant managers. The district managers might. One must consider the source of the mis-info that they obtain.
so vary true and I dont think it will be long before we start to move up IMO
Green is green.
ONE SHAREHOLDER? and one SALES PERSON? the sales persons at several stores that I went to said they was selling vary well. The evidence is is visible and visible to all
Juniors Tees@WalMart:TODAY!
some other brands marked down but not Lyric Nation Tees..only a few left of the "All You Need is Love" there were also a few "Material Girl" Tees in the cubby hole. I did not find any Bob Marley stuff from Lyric.
The Lyric Nation jewelry was "red tagged" at $5 bucks..lots of jewelry from other lines were also on clearance.
CORRECTING FALSE AND MISLEADING INFO:
THERE HAS BEEN NO OFFICIAL PR FROM THE COMPANY VERIFYING ANYTHING CURRENT IN 2012 WITH REGARDS TO ANY OF THOSE RETAIL OUTLETS AND IF THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO REORDER AND CARRY MERCHANDISE. HOWEVER, ONE SHAREHOLDER DID GO INTO A CLAIRS STORE AND SEE THE LYRIC MERCHANDISE RED TAGGED ON THE CLEARANCE RACK AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE SALES PERSON LEARNED THAT THIS PARTICULAR CLAIRS STORE WOULD NOT BE CARRYING ANY MORE LYRIC ITEMS.
Its really hard google it
Please put up link to official PR from the company stating this otherwise how do you know this information?
All that and not one dime made. Now strange.
Correcting the False_and_Misleading_Info which is repetitively posted:
Nordstrom has reordered for 2 years now - 3 jewelry collections and many more orders of scarves.
Bloomingdale's has reordered for almost 3 years now - 4 men's collections of a variety of shirts, hoodie's, jewelry, scarves, jackets.
Claire's has reordered for a year now - 3 jewelry collections.
Walmart has reordered since June 2 jewelry collections, and NOW girl's/women's shirts.
Hard Rock Hotels have reordered collection after collection for I think over 4 years now.
Last time I checked, Bloomie's, Nordstrom, and the many boutiques(WORLDWIDE) are all considered high-end.
LYJN creates products that span a wide socio-economic range, and appeal to a variety of tastes.
quote (They started selling the low end stuff just to lure in more newbs.
POS newbs and LYJN go together.) this is unfounded personal viewpoint
The started in Fred Segals with high end jeans. Do you see them at Fred Segals any longer? No you don't because they were not selling. Now they are trying the low end market with cheap t shirts and trinket jewelery at various outlets but a lot of info indicates product is not selling as evidenced by posts indicating the merchandise was put on red tag clearance at Claris and no reorders per sales person at the store.
Investors realize this and when you combine it with non reporting and no contact what so ever with investors with the silent treatment from the BOD you wind up with a rapidly declining PPS which is what you are seeing in the market as the weeks progress here.
.0025 last week pretty much confirms your opinion wouldn't you say.
this is incorrect on LYJN. quote (They tried selling high end and that failed so they went low end and product is not selling and being red tagged for clearance with no reorders or the company would be putting out PR.) they still sell high end and added lower cost and this I think was a smart move being a large amount of resale's being in value stores. furthermore all stores have clearance sells.
You mean with a a tiny purchase of shares during the last minute of trading at the ask to manipulate the PPS right at the end?
Its been 6 years. How much longer do you think it is going to take? Stock value has done nothing but decline over those 6 years and as of today it is still declining as evident by .0025 low last week. There is no investor confidence in a non reporting company. This aint no "true religion" or "guess" that is for sure. They tried selling high end and that failed so they went low end and product is not selling and being red tagged for clearance with no reorders or the company would be putting out PR.
Here is the link you requested 99percent with the attached statement from a Lyric shareholder.

You are absolutely incorrect. She took stock in lieu of bonuses and compensation for services. No where in there does it say she took stock in lieu of her paid salary. Bonuses are things such as a "christmas bonus" etc... she took her 144K and a hundred million shares on top of that. For all we know now, her salary could be well over 200K if she has given herself raises over the last 2 years.
And feeling good about LYJN one should indeed and a excellent opportunity to buy in
Hanna Rochelle's approach to growing LYJN indeed seems right, to me, although her IR acumen needs attention. To review LC's development and realize the package that's materialized, over the years to the present, leaves a happy feeling within about the company's future (provided one is an advocate for LYJN). There is no need for any negative replies. I understand your position(s). ... but I'm still feeling good about LYJN. GLTALs.
LYJN older news but many haven't looked at it

No not so bad that "investors" think that LYJN sucks, they might think it blows on occasion, sometimes gags.
But not all "investors" think that. Toooo Bad
To bad investors think it sucks.
one of things I like about LYJN is it doesn't take millions of shares to move it, it moves on air, can you imagine what it will do on really good news
