1,000,000 shares is a sell off?????? Give me a break. Sell off no, but a great chance to add.
I don't recall anyone here ever having said that. Please provide a link to that post.
Seems other Lyric shareholders have a different perspective as evidenced by this post:
Walked through the Tanger Outlets last evening . Stopped in on Claire's because the pumpers have been saying how much new merchandise of lyric is in the store's NATION WIDE.
They had merchandise alright, About 17 pieces, all from last year. The sales girl they put them on clearance last week. She said they didn't move at all and will not reordering.
What a Surprise!!
Now this seems very similar to your own mall research observations that you post about also wouldn't you say? Yet, gives a total different opinion and perspective.
In 2008 she took stock in lieu of salary in 2010 she took salary that's my reading of the document. This is to dispute those that believe she is not interested in building the company or raising the stock price. She took the money when the company was doing better bringing in revenue and took stock before that. Yes this shows a 2010 information so we will see more when new financials are released. If others interpret it differently then so be it. I guess I am growing tired of the rehashing. Maybe I'll wait for .005 or some news or pictures to post again. GLTA
The post you reference is in response to one that speculated that Claire's would not be reordering. The initial Lyrix collection debuted at Claire's in March/April of 2011. In August/September, 2011, they picked up a second collection, and in November/December, 2011, a third collection. Like I said, they have reordered collection after collection for an entire year, now.
It has all been very well documented throughout the year:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=71177392
All this product has been moving through @ 800 Claire's stores all year long! There is always going to be some leftover product at the end of each collection that they have to move out before the next comes in - with any product distributed by any company. Of course companies try to keep it to a minimum, and the fact that some product will go to Clearance is factored into the original price. Retail 101.
Your interpretation is incorrect. She got her 144K salary and on top of that, she got millions of shares in lieu of bonuses additional to her already designated salary. She has like 220M shares I think as of old 2010 financial report.
On March 25, 2008, Hanna Rochelle Schmieder was issued 107,500,000 common shares in lieu of cash compensation for bonuses or services.
(Yes her stated salary follows)
Compensation by the issuer: 144,000 per year
Number and class of the issuer’s securities beneficially
owned by each such person:
204,300,000 common shares
I don't see her as over compensated and sometimes she took stock in lieu of salary which I commend her for. She stands to gain more than I from the stock going up but that is how it should be. She has a great interest in seeing the stock go up but is concentrated on building the company and knows with success of the company we all should share in the success. (those of us investing in it).

YOUR STATEMENT:
They have reordered for an entire year, now. Claire's is on their third, soon to be fourth Lyrix jewelry collection. Walmart is on their second and has expanded the Lyric Nation brand into shirts as well. Fourth men's collection at Bloomie's and so on.
I don't use salesgirls opinions, even managers don't really know what is going on. Don't confuse what I post with other posts. If I have, it was a long time ago.
PLEASE PROVIDE PR COMPANY STATEMENTS THAT ALL THESE VENDORS HAVE REORDERED FOR THE WHOLE 2012 YEAR AS PER YOUR ABOVE POST. OTHERS HAVE STATED THAT PRODUCT IS BEING DISCONTINUED FROM VARIOUS OUTLETS DUE TO LACK OF SALES.
Please do not twist my statements into something I did not say.
If I choose to invest in LYJN that's my decision and my business and should not concern anyone else. I have made my investment based on my own circumstances and research. Continued negative statements with the misguided idea of protecting my interest is unwanted.
I remain optimistic on LYJN...but remember a simple Internet search on LYJN or Lyric Jeans/Lyric Culture will bring up all manner of warnings and or red flag or do not buy opinions.
Don't ignore one's own DD skills and blindly jump in.
I am not optimistic about Lyric at all in its current state but I also do not like seeing you and others lose money in their investments especially during tough economic times and gas almost $5 a gallon.
thank you for your optimism it's greatly appreciated. Didn't you say you were in Lyjn too
Well, good luck with that. Hope it works out for you. No PR from the company about posting financials in March so it is probably safe to assume there will not be any filed. June would be the next time period for filing. The PPS will probably be firmly in the .002's or .001's by that time and if they fail to file in June, your .12 worth of stock will not even be visible by then.

Well you can plainly see what her salary was in 2010 in this report. It is not to far of speculation to think she has given herself a raise in the past 2 years.
LMAO over the speculation on Hanna's salary... I might be taken in by this potentially false and misleading information if I didn't do my own DD on Lyric Culture.
Ridiculous, no one shorts a stock that sits in the .003 and even the .002 range. Now, during one of the many pump and dumps over the years such as back in 2010 when false and misleading info raised the PPS to .17 then shorters may have come in at that point as an example because the historical pattern of the company demonstrates that it is never able to sustain its PPS after a rise and always collapses back down.
I do not feel like a bag holder i'm buying because I like LYJN they as a company have not pumped it. I still believe it a growing company getting vary close to putting out the financials and them looking vary good thats why I'm holding and adding
Expect to see lots of "get out now" "reverse split coming" "no bid soon" "chill list danger" "red sign warning" "Dogs and cats living together" OMG messages today. All just part of the LYJN party peoples standard M.O.
Gotta love it!
Yes she probably gave herself a raise also from her 144k salary that she pays herself too in my opinion.
Reporting or Non-reporting, Hanna's whole enchilada is growing Lyric Culture..believe it or not..personal choice, no arm twisting or hand wringing.
Nobody is forced to love this stock..adults make their own decisions no matter how foolish some others may think they may be.
I'm perfectly happy with my LYJN buys, it's my dime..I don't give a squat if others don't want to toot a party horn.
Please provide the PR statement from the company showing that THEY HAVE ALL reordered for 2012. Walmart, clairs, blooms, nords, etc...Other members have stated that they saw no merchandise or that it was red tagged and employees told them that there would be no reorder. So please provide your source and link for this info.
Or not release them at all. You forgot that option, just saying.
I like the adding of longs to those posting and I've added a surprising number of Lyric shares this year so I'm ready for the run up on the publishing of financials even if it takes 2 or 3 months, of course they could release them sooner.
Should a R/S actually occur, it will come after the financials have been released, the share price has moved significantly, and preparations have been made to move to a different exchange; all imho. GLTALs.
They did not do a R/S before when they were in triple zeros so I don't anticipate them doing that now either. More likely they will release financials, plans to stock more retailers, and more products. For disclosure I have lots of shares so I am interested in seeing her succeed. GLTA
Let's imagine that the directors of LYJN were stupid enough to engage in a R/S. The PPS would immediately plummet even more quickly than it did during their first 6 mos. - during which most of the 98% loss, that one frequently hears about, occurred. Yet, you state that that would be a good time to buy, after which, in your opinion, LYJN will be bankrupt by summer. Forgive me if I'm confused by this strategy.
LYJN survives now for over a half-decade. Bankruptcy - after the past 12 months of significant product sales through Wal-Mart, Claire's Boutique, Bloomingdales, Macys, Nordstrom, Select Hard Rock Hotels, and online - is so far from any modicum of reality as to merit little, if any, consideration. In fact, I pay it no mind at all. Why waste my time on such an illogical possibility?
clearly that's just a assumption based on personal opinion
Nah. This will be bankrupt by summer.
Just like all scams, they run their course. Clearly this POS has done just that.
LYJN rides high above the infamous triple zeros, unlike many struggling pink sheet stocks that wallow in land of zeros - bouncing at MMs' and market whims only six or seven few clicks above no bid for weeks - even months. LYJN is no such sorry stock, and thus no reverse split lies on the horizon. This is particularly true where LYJN remains comfortably in the double zeros with its almost certain to be brilliant and extrordinarily impressive annual finacial report pending release now within only a couple-three months. I believe that last year LYJN release its annual financials in May or June. Consequently, LYJN will likely hit a nickel per share before the end of this summer. HENCE... NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY LYJN SHARES!
I agree on that and I'm with you on sooner than later I feel when they do open up they will have everything in order or in that direction just to much evidence compiled in there favor
Possibly. I believe LYJN is a long-term play that will pay off sooner than later based on the past year of great success and market share expansion. The executive suite just needs to pluck out their heads and let their brains enjoy some sunshine to provide them the light needed for an epiphany regarding the absolute need to issue fairly regular, comprehensive financials.
Lotto Play, lol
The odds of winning powerball are over 80 million to 1.
Way better than this ill ran, non reporting, Pump and Dump POS.
Nah, I am waiting til after the R/S.
I think everyone here beilives LYJN is a super lotto play or has in the past or they wouldn't be here
Looks can be decieving! THIS IS JUST AN OUTSTANDING LYJN BUYING OPPORTUNITY!!!
& the song remains interest in LYJN..
Lots of interest.
LYJN boards getting vary active always a good sign. If anyone hasn't watched this video, I would strongly urge you to do so http://www.youtube.com/user/LyricCulture
I have to say the designs from Lyric look like something a 7 year old would pitch. "All You Need Is Love." I think this company is going to need a lot more than just love...
Good luck to you and the almost 650 million shares.
Glad to see we closed up today. Hopefully it will continue tomorrow.
your right and I got all 5000 shares 12.50 cents worth
I'll treat .0025 as an anomaly until I see alot more information on the company's demise. What I see is a company that continues to grow even though they still have what appears to be a very small staff. I've seen no reason for the stock to drop dramatically and only reasons to believe in it's strength. Kudos to those that were able to take advantage of the short drop in price even as it appears we closed green. Go Lyric!
Massive selloff today. Looks really bad here.
I_made_no_such_statement. Please reference the misquoted statements. Again, the information I stated I provided further back in this thread are facts. They are indisputable.
Sorry but others contradict your "facts" as well with their own observations. Read a few of the recent postings from your friends on here. .0025 tells the story.
Now please tell us also as you stated in your earlier post that all the clairs have reordered for the entire year of 2012? How in the world do you know this and/or have this info as fact?
Maybe you should watch the video again. My guess is some weak hands had stop losses and MM's wanted them triggered.
http://www.youtube.com/user/LyricCulture
Plenty of chances coming at .001
Management is a bunch of idiots and the company is a joke.
