Nice. Slow and steady does it. Turtle is going to be a revenue-maker for a long time.

Wasn't it just last year that HHSE got their first title in Walmart? Now they have 8!
LOL..There is plenty of demand;) Low P/E ratio, any rookie willing to sell at these prices is doomed to fail in investing, this is a no brainer accumulate, you see, many of us longs have figured out the games and if people want to try and walk the price down,we will gladly pick up the freebies.. this has become s chess match... good luck
I just wish they would stop attempting to tell us when it is going to happen, just file it when it is ready and don't give us a timeline. Has happened too many times at this point in my opinion.
I also wish they wouldn't have put a date on the audit, especially if it isn't done already which I doubt it is. If they actually did have auditors running around as some poster stated, in no way should they put a date on completion. Though I assume that was a complete guess on the posters part as is many things you see posted here.
IMO
Nah, PRICE is TRUTH bra! No selling, nice try though...I have an open

Can't even break dwon through the MA's the stock has such support!!

I understand the annoyance, but its only a concern if the filing is actually late. If its on time or ahead time, regardless of what was stated, complications occur, that is what matters. And Im fully confident Q1 will be out by or before the deadline and and Im fully confident that it will be profitable and Im fully confident it will be through EDGAR.
Expecting a consistent dose of volume for a pinksheet stock is lunacy. They are pinksheet stocks for a reason and that makes many people uneasy. But when the i's are dotted and t's are crossed then you will get a more consistent dose of volume.
Currently the market price is 2.8 cents to enter. You can either pay that to play or sit with your 1.4 cent valuation on the sidelines.
Yes I know. Funny how people worry that he can't follow through "ahead of time". I guess we will just have to settle for "on time" filings LMFAO.
And on time would be May 14th, that really the date that matters.

HHSE has no demand. No demand equals no value...no bid equals the inability to sell...There is NO MARKET for this stock. The PPS should be about .014-6 that would be a realistic price...all the hooting and hollering about how great the stock is boarders on lunacy....let it do its thing. If it is so great people will gamble on it....right now HHSE is worthless.

"Humans VS Zombies" 200,000 Units Pre-Orders
1). REPLICATION ISSUES RE: “HUMANS VS. ZOMBIES” –
Fred Shefte led a discussion regarding the matter of extremely high demand for DVD’s and Blu-Ray copies of the forthcoming “Humans Vs. Zombies” release, and the immediate manufacturing requirements. With pre-orders already approaching 200,000 units – of which approximately 60,000 will require an on-pack comic book premium and outer O-Card – Shefte outlined the Company’s need for a greater video replication line-of-credit from existing suppliers, or the need to divide these orders amongst several different replication suppliers. Following a discussion, it was agreed that the Company would be willing to pledge one or more of the larger orders (i.e., Redbox, Netflix, WalMart) as collateral or for direct-assignment to a replicator, if so required in order to motivate a sufficient manufacturing credit arrangement.

Many of the projects will definitely add to revenue and profits because Hannover makes a lot of money on their core DVD business. HHSE is very undervalued compared to the other small entertainment companies I have them compared to (DISK, NOOF, PRVT, SAPX). They have converted 32% of their sales to income for 2011 and that included theatrical releases that did not perform well at the theatre.

I know they have 200,000 Preorders for Humans vs Zombies DVDs. That translates to $400,000 in Profits (200,000 X $2 Profit/DVD). THIS IS JUST ON THE PREORDERS. HHSE made $1.4 million in profits in 2011. Humans vs Zombies is HUGE for HHSE. I believe the floor on profits doe HVZ DVDs is $2 per DVD.

I know that a lot of their product is in Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, and a lot of other retailers. I know as a former VP of Finance that Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon and all other major companies would not do business with Hannover unless they did their DD on the company. I personally know that Walmart would do their DD because my old company sold product to them and they really checked up on us.

This is one of the only transparent companies in the pinks.
EXCELLENT DD MOVIESAM!!!!
I don't think that analogy fits.
It's more like getting paid at work and getting your yearly raises and investing what you can to grow your money in any way. But then winning the lottery would be just icing on the cake and shouldnt be expected. Growth should be expected.
Exactly, Q1 should be posted on-time just not in the self-imposed timeline Eric projected.

I know that HHSE has formed relationships with Twentieth Century Fox, MGM, Patriot, and Seaworld. Those are great relationships to have and be able to get IMHO.
This is one of the only transparent companies in the pinks.

$1.4Million Profit on $4.32Million Sales = 32% PROFIT
These numbers above are for 2011
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HHSE/financials
It is hard to argue with the above numbers. Assuming they make $5 profit for each DVD, they have already achieved 71% of their 2011 profits, just on the PREORDER OF HVZ (ONLY 1 DVD)($1 Million on Preorders of HVZ/$1.4 Million in 2011 Profit). If they make $2 profit per DVD, they have achieved 28.5% of their 2011 profits on just 1 DVD Preorder ($400,000/$1,400,000)
That to me is very sweet as a shareholder and I look forward to many happy returns with HHSE.
Huge Profit Dollars For HumansVsZombies Preorder
Let's say HHSE only makes $2 profit per DVD, 200,000 X $2 = $400,000
Let's say HHSE makes $5 profit per DVD, 200,000 X $5 = $1,000,000
Without knowing the specifics, the profits will range from $400,000 to $1,000,000 just for 1 DVD Preorder
These are profits for preorders only
Imagine all the profits that will tower the preorders IMHO once more people hear about it from their Zombie friends
REPLICATION ISSUES RE: “HUMANS VS. ZOMBIES” – Fred Shefte led a discussion regarding the matter of extremely high demand for DVD’s and Blu-Ray copies of the forthcoming “Humans Vs. Zombies” release, and the immediate manufacturing requirements. With pre-orders already approaching 200,000 units

The company is still consistently PROFITABLE EVERY SINGLE QTR, and GROWING EXPONENTIALLY, unlike 99% of the pinks out there. They must be doing SOMETHING RIGHT, but one NEVER hears about the successes from traders...imho
Past performance is not always indicative of future results, which is why I question your beliefs...that's exactly the mistake traders keep on making/repeating...lessons learned and growing pains are behind us...Best of luck to all longs

10-Q On Edgar Coming Soon
We know that Q1 10-Q is due May 15. However, EP indicated it was done and he would post in a SEC Filing to Edgar. Evidently, just like a poster here predicted, they are having a little trouble formatting to the Edgar site. So an exact date is not known, even Eric does not know. But it should/could happen any day now.
They are doing their best, but there are about a dozen different events going on right now and they must have Auditors scurrying all around the office. Busy and productive times at Hannover House.
It will be done when it gets done.
HHSE
When can we expect recent Q report, it appear that delay has stalled the price appreciation. or else HHSE would have been rocking quite high.

Theatrical Release Date: April 6, 2012 Originally produced in the Czech language, the animated film is set in a magical world of toys and knick-knacks stored in the attic of a home in Prague. Following the symbolism of the Cold War era that impacted Barta and the Czech Republic, the world of the attic is divided into the land of happy toys in the West and the land of evil in the East. The despotic Head of State rules over the evil empire of the East with a band of sinister minions, insects and rotted vegetables. When the lovely Buttercup is kidnapped and held prisoner by The Head, it is up to her friends - a teddy bear (Whitaker), a mechanical mouse (Cusack) and marionette puppet (Elwes) - to cross the international boundary and attempt their daring rescue. The Czech language version has won several film festivals, including the New York International Children's Film Festival, the Sitges Festival and Anima Basauri Festival. TURTLE: THE INCREDIBLE JOURNEY
Asalto Al Cine
Asalto Al Cine has been nominated for at least one Ariel award. A somber but engaging, powerful examination of four Mexico City teenagers whose self-destructive tendencies speak volumes about the failing social systems surrounding them. There's a moment in the film when the main character, Negus (Gabino Rodríguez), is drawing up detailed schematics of the local megaplex cinema with an engineer's precision. His friend Chale (Juan Pablo de Santiago) has tried getting into the prestigious Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Their friend Sapo (Ángel Sosa) is a gifted hip-hop musician. At night, they are graffiti artists, their tour de force a richly detailed mural that fuses traditional Mexican and urban artistic styles. Yet the three friends, along with La Chata (Paulina Avalos), are bored, apathetic teenagers who spend most of their waking moments getting high and loitering aimlessly around Mexico City's gritty Guerrero neighborhood. It's a poignant dichotomy in Ira Gómez Concheiro's feature-length directorial debut, The Cinema Hold Up, a movie that's less about a heist and more an indictment of the failing social apparatuses that leave young, intelligent Mexicans without the means to constructively develop their talents. The Spanish-language, Sundance title, "ASALTO AL CINE" will open Feburary 17, 2012. Hannover House will release "Asalto Al Cine" in top markets across the country, including an initial launch into New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston,Dallas-Ft. Worth, San Diego and Denver. |

Made in the USA: Corporate Greed, Tax Laws and the Exportation of America's Future Best selling author Barr McClellan presents an extensively researched analysis of the negative impact the exportation of manufacturing jobs overseas has had on the U.S. economy, and how this has fueled the current economic crisis. Over the past eight years, corporate tax loopholes have rewarded companies for exporting jobs while a total suspension of regulations and oversight facilitated an orgy of fiscal irresponsibility. Over 3.2-million manufacturing jobs were lost in the USA, exported to other countries and undermining the very foundation of our economy. McClellan presents a solid case for encouraging the purchase of products made in the USA, as a solution to restoring our nation's economic health. Researched and compiled over a five year period, McClellan accurately predicted all of the major economic events of the past two years, including the mortage meltdown, the stock market collapse and the government's need for emergency measures. Economic recovery for the USA can be quickly achieved, McClellan states, if preference is given to made in the USA products by a majority of Americans for their everyday consumer purchases. Buying USA and locally produced merchandise revitalizes the economy through a multiplier effect that counter-balances the negative impact of every exported dollar. Made in the USA is an insightful and hopeful study of how the average American consumer has the power to protect their own jobs, their local economy and the entire nation through responsible consumerism. McClellan argues that short-sighted business practices, often fueled by special tax credits that actually incentivize the outsourcing of jobs overseas, are ultimately self-defeating in their weakening of the U.S. consumer base that these same companies depend on to buy products.
Blood, Money & Power: How L.B.J. Killed J.F.K. Ever since John F. Kennedy was assassinated there has been no shortage of conspiracy theories. Most take one or two minor pieces of evidence and build it into a full-blown theory. Rarely has someone with inside information come forward with a detailed theory. Barr McClellan has had that access to inside information as a member of the legal firm of Edward A. Clark that represented Lyndon B. Johnson's private as well as public needs. Being privy to this information and having access to individuals who were charged with protecting the president as well as promoting his agenda has lead him to the conclusion that when you follow all the details, ultimately L.B.J. and his lust for power are what lead to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Perhaps the most fascinating part of McClellan's book is his insight into the real Lyndon B. Johnson and his associates. McClellan provides a thorough background and history of Johnson from his early years through his presidency. The evidence presented is not conclusive, however it does provide enough of a convincing argument to show that it is not only a possibility, but totally consistent with the personalities, histories, and desires of the people involved. "Blood, Money & Power" is a highly recommended read for anyone interested in the John F. Kennedy assassination.
Sacred Prey Available at Amazon.com now! Hardcover
Quietus Vivian Schilling (Author) A plane crash in the White Mountains of New Hampshire sets in motion this ambitious though woefully overlong ghost story by screenwriter/novelist Schilling (Sacred Prey). Interior designer Kylie O'Rourke and her husband, Jack, are among the few survivors of the doomed flight. While still in the air, Kylie glimpses a raven on the wing of the plane, a sight that is followed by a series of ever stranger events. Though rescuers discover the survivors trapped in the wreckage, Kylie recalls wandering the icy mountainside along with other passengers including Jack and her best friend, Amelia after the crash, but they were not alone. Kylie is convinced her memories are real, yet neither Amelia nor Jack share them, and her psychologist attributes the frightening visions to post-traumatic stress and morphine-induced hallucinations. As Kylie tries to resume a normal life in Boston, the tragedy continues to plague her. She keeps seeing a raven with human eyes and she believes she's being followed by the awful presences that she first glimpsed on the mountain. An old murder case and some ancient mythology are thrown in for good measure. To top it off, her relationship with Jack starts faltering, and the people closest to her are dropping dead. Schilling has crafted a complex and creepy thriller, but it contains too many digressions medical, psychological, religious to make it a real page-turner. National print, radio and cable TV advertising; multicity author tour. (Jan. 22)Forecast: The publisher appears willing to put a lot of marketing muscle behind what is basically an Anne Rice novel with fewer goth trappings, so it could find a good-size audience despite its daunting length.
