HHSE GENERATING HUGE PROFITS with HumansVsZombies
And they are not releasing it at the box office
Huge Profit Dollars For HumansVsZombies Preorder
Let's say HHSE only makes $2 profit per DVD, 200,000 X $2 = $400,000
Let's say HHSE makes $5 profit per DVD, 200,000 X $5 = $1,000,000
Without knowing the specifics, the profits will range from $400,000 to $1,000,000 just for 1 DVD Preorder
These are profits for preorders only
Imagine all the profits that will tower the preorders IMHO once more people hear about it from their Zombie friends
REPLICATION ISSUES RE: “HUMANS VS. ZOMBIES” – Fred Shefte led a discussion regarding the matter of extremely high demand for DVD’s and Blu-Ray copies of the forthcoming “Humans Vs. Zombies” release, and the immediate manufacturing requirements. With pre-orders already approaching 200,000 units

Many of the projects will definitely add to revenue and profits because Hannover makes a lot of money on their core DVD business. HHSE is very undervalued compared to the other small entertainment companies I have them compared to (DISK, NOOF, PRVT, SAPX). They have converted 32% of their sales to income for 2011 and that included theatrical releases that did not perform well at the theatre.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=74962676
I know they have 200,000 Preorders for Humans vs Zombies DVDs. That translates to $400,000 in Profits (200,000 X $2 Profit/DVD). THIS IS JUST ON THE PREORDERS. HHSE made $1.4 million in profits in 2011. Humans vs Zombies is HUGE for HHSE. I believe the floor on profits doe HVZ DVDs is $2 per DVD.

I know that a lot of their product is in Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, and a lot of other retailers. I know as a former VP of Finance that Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon and all other major companies would not do business with Hannover unless they did their DD on the company. I personally know that Walmart would do their DD because my old company sold product to them and they really checked up on us.

Hannover House Revenue Up 373% & Profits Up 246%
Hannover House Revenues Up 373% and Profits Up 246% in Year-to-Year 2010 and 2011 Annual Results 03/13/2012
Hannover House, Inc. (HHSE), the rebranded name for Target Development Group, Inc., posted significant gains in both revenues and bottom line results for the 12-month period ending December 31, 2011. Revenues for 2011 grew from 2010's total of $911,422 to $4,319,087 for 2011, and bottom line (pre-tax) profits grew from $404,559 in 2010 to $1,400,684 for 2011, the company reported.
"While these gains are significant, we must acknowledge that 2010 was a build-up year for acquisitions and infrastructure and we were starting from a modest revenue base," said Fred Shefte, President. "We expected 2011 to be significantly better than the results for 2010, just in the same way that we anticipate that our enhanced release activities for 2012 will have significant gains over 2011. We think that what's most notable is our ability to generate bottom line profits on modest revenues due to our limited overhead and efficient marketing strategies," he concluded.
Theatrical releases for Hannover House during 2011 included: "Turtle: The Incredible Journey" (90 playdates), "All's Faire In Love" (95 playdates) and "Cook County" (7 playdates). Video releases for Hannover House during 2011 included: "Twelve," "Chelsea on the Rocks," "Boggy Creek" and "Turtle: The Incredible Journey." During the first quarter of 2012, Hannover House has released three new titles to the domestic home video market, "All's Faire In Love," "Edgar Allan Poe's Requiem for the Damned" and "Pink Skies," as well as announced a multipack product line featuring the Family Movie Night (four films), the Martial Arts Marathon (nine films), the Horror Hits (four films), the Gladiators Pack (four films), the Jules Verne Classics (three films) and the Antonio Aguilar Colecion (four films). During Q2 of 2012, the company will be releasing "Cook County," "Humans Vs. Zombies" and "Buried Alive" to home video, in addition to launching the theatrical releases of "Toys in the Attic," "The Weather Station" and "Asalto Al Cine." Hannover House has at least one new title slated for home video release during each month of 2012.
The 2011 results include voluntary write-downs of $515,400 in questionable accounts receivable, prepaid wages and producer recoupments, under auditor's advisement. The company also voluntarily reduced the valuation of its film library during 2011 by $1,928,585 in order to remove discontinued or underperforming titles. The company has not yet added back into the Library Report the valuations for titles acquired during 2011.
The Hannover House stock (Pinksheets: TDGI) is currently trading at $.03 per share, reflecting a price-earnings ratio of approximately 10.3X. The entertainment industry sector average price-earnings ratio is 20.5X, with some companies, such as Lionsgate, trading at more than 50X.

Sure is easy to Target the negative viewpoints of a pinksheet stock. Personally, I invested in the potential for growth for a company early in its development stage in the movie arena.
Saying this movie and that movie are flops is baseless since the revenue and growth spiked from 2010 to 2011.
Therefore the year over year growth is fine by my standards. And if they do find a needle in the haystack hit then that is just icing.
I'm not sure why your acting like its 100% necessary for a hit at all when they are already finding yoy growth without a hit.
IMO
Drop q1 this week eric and not fiday after the close
Which goes to prove when the trend began & how outdated any
suggestion regarding the import of box office receipts are.
The Box- Office Fixation
Ritualistically every Monday, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Variety and other newspapers publish the weekly box-office grosses in an authoritative-looking table. Unlike the bygone era when Hollywood studios owned their own theaters, nowadays these dazzling box-office grosses have little if any, relation to the profits of Hollywood studios. For one thing, these “grosses” are not that of the studios but that of the independently-owned movie houses. The movie houses eventually remit–after deducting their share and the so-called “house allowance”– between 40 and 50 percent of the gross in America. Overseas, the studios get even less.
Furthermore, studios have to pay the entire bill for the advertising and other inducements required to lure the ticket-buyers for the theaters. Last year, studios spent an average of $39 million per film on advertising and prints in America but only recovered $20.6 million per film from the theaters. So, on average, they paid more to get people to buy tickets than they got back from the theaters. (And this dismal calculation did not include the cost of making the film.) This year advertising bills are even higher: According to the New York Times, Warner Bros committed $60 million to marketing Alexander The Great in the U.S. If so, Warner Bros share of even a $100 million “box-office gross” will not pay the advertising bill.

I have been saying that the company is incapable of properly releasing a film for a long while. I don't believe the big money is to be made by theatrical box office but I an damn sure more money will be made if you RELEASE A HIT. The fact that they have never released anything but a flop is not in question. But I will tell you that if All's Fair would have made 10 Million in the boxoffice as you once predicted, they would have made a heck of a llt more money on it for DVD and vod.
This information is 6 years old.

Manipulators are not concerned about accuracy or FACTS. Their objective is to be consistent with the manipulative games they play with the pps on L2. Inducing panic and fear thru half truths and innuendo is all that matters...imho
This company is not even 21/2 yrs old yet, has already traded as high
as $0.066 & remains UNDERVALUED. AMAZING the growth that the film
distribution segment allows. HHSE is not even at a Market Cap consistent
with what they paid for the Film Library they bought in 2009.
WAY WAY WAY UNDERVALUED. Maybe that explains why the stock is so
THOROUGHLY & CONSISTENTLY ACCUMULATED.
Look at the 2+yr ACCUMULATION Trend-Line of the A/D Tech Indicator!!
Indeed FACTS!! Industry veterans show how the industry has morphed
& posters continue to post the expert analysis of those who've made
life-long careers in the film industry.
In the end, HHSE's successful business model is predicated on their
VENDOR STATUS as a Film Distributor!! (particularly in association
with the WORLD'S LARGEST RETAILER whose Market Share is OVER 50%
of the LUCRATIVE Domestic DVD Market).
HHSE has already established, via extensive filings, the value of
exposing titles to theatrical releases just to make them more
marketable to buyers/retailers & where necessary have done so, Mainly
to acquire more shelf space, in store advertising, etc., as has been
conveyed by management.
HHSE's business model is putting out more & more direct-to-video
product where the costs to doing so are mitigated ($20K has been
the reported figure for a film like "Boggy Creek: The Legend is True")
with solid results (returns of $200K have been reported) by way
of example.
Low Risk & HIGH REWARDS for HHSE. Moreover, in the film production
& distribution "product cycle" HHSE get their money in LAST & OUT
FIRST!!
I LOVE THIS BUSINESS MODEL!!! Mucho product too!!
HHSE is an UNDERVALUED, Well-Accumulated, Technically &
FUNDAMENTALLY SUPERIOR Table-Pounding BUY!!!
It is my opinion that HHSE and its longs are looking to the bright FUTURE with HvZ, TITA and MOTHER GOOSE (along with other major theatrical releases yet to be announced) WHILE traders prefer to focus their attention on THE PAST smaller movies such as 12, Turtle and AFIL...Investors and longs look to the future while traders dwell on past growing pains and lessons learned....imo
It is my opinion that a successful theater release will undoubtedly make the post theatrical release (vod,, dvd, tv, etc) much larger. It is my opinion that the people say there is "no upside to a successful boxoffice" are saying that to be contrary in order to justify the company's inability to successfully release a movie in theaters.
It appears to that there are several here who know BS. This is all strictly; my opinion.

Hollywood's True Profit Centers
This has all been posted and explained here before. Revenue is not the same thing as Profits.
A few here will see that a Theatrical Release made $1.5M at the box office and just assume it a success. Not necessarily so, they have too little information to make an intelligent analysis. If the Theatrical has costs of $2M, it lost $0.5M money.
The advantage Hannover House has is that Home Video Release and Television can save the day for the Project. Every one of HHSE's Films has made good money in TOTAL (Theatrical + Video + Television).
The chart below is simplified but very enlightening. In a nutshell, Theatrical Sales did $7.4B, that sounds good but had Costs of $9.62B for a loss of ($2.2B). Go to the GREEN Link below for a crystal clear illustration.
2004 WORLDWIDE GROSS PROFITS FOR SIX STUDIOS
(Billions of dollars)
----------------- Revenue ------------ Costs ----------- Profits
Theatrical ----- $7.4 --------------- $9.62 ------------- ($2.2)
Video ----------- $20.9 ------------- $6.95 ------------- $13.95
Television ---- $17.7 ------------- $1.77 ------------- $15.93

DVDs can push big-money films into profitability:

HHSE
There are many movies that lose money and/or are not a success at the box office, but end up doing extremely well with the post-theatrical release. Most movies actually lose money at the box office and even some "stated" flops have some great success stories with the DVD sales
Stated Goal $10M Revenue In 2012
$10M Revenue in 2012 equates to a .10 - .11 stock price based on just Earnings Per Share alone. The exciting this is Hannover House is putting out the product to do this.

I know of other pink sheet film distributors. One notable stock has
announced TWO films acquired & has NOT released even ONE!! Although
they have made repeated claims to the contrary. I recall posts "alerting"
HHSE investors to where the "SMART MONEY" was going. LMFAO
Only now all that money is BAGHOLDING while HHSE has risen twice on
runs of 100% & 25% while still holding over 75% of its gains from
the double-bottom ACCUMULATION alert of $0.016.
It's good to be the KING!! HHSE is where it's at with plenty of product,

Excellent point! The power of WalMart!!

HHSE is very undervalued compared to the other small entertainment companies I have them compared to (DISK, NOOF, PRVT, SAPX). They have converted 32% of their sales to income for 2011 and that included theatrical releases that did not perform well at the theatre.

I know that HHSE has formed relationships with Twentieth Century Fox, MGM, Patriot, and Seaworld. Those are great relationships to have and be able to get IMHO.
I know that some traders in the pinks have a lot of money to manipulate penny stocks and stop runs to accumulate cheaper shares. I know that many traders in the pinks also have multiple accounts where they wash trade between their own accounts, which is illegal. They do all of this manipulation IMHO, to accumulate more shares for themselves.
This is one of the only transparent companies in the pinks.

$1.4Million Profit on $4.32Million Sales = 32% PROFIT
These numbers above are for 2011
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HHSE/financials
It is hard to argue with the above numbers. Assuming they make $5 profit for each DVD, they have already achieved 71% of their 2011 profits, just on the PREORDER OF HVZ (ONLY 1 DVD)($1 Million on Preorders of HVZ/$1.4 Million in 2011 Profit). If they make $2 profit per DVD, they have achieved 28.5% of their 2011 profits on just 1 DVD Preorder ($400,000/$1,400,000)
That to me is very sweet as a shareholder and I look forward to many happy returns with HHSE.

Theatrical Release Date: April 6, 2012 Originally produced in the Czech language, the animated film is set in a magical world of toys and knick-knacks stored in the attic of a home in Prague. Following the symbolism of the Cold War era that impacted Barta and the Czech Republic, the world of the attic is divided into the land of happy toys in the West and the land of evil in the East. The despotic Head of State rules over the evil empire of the East with a band of sinister minions, insects and rotted vegetables. When the lovely Buttercup is kidnapped and held prisoner by The Head, it is up to her friends - a teddy bear (Whitaker), a mechanical mouse (Cusack) and marionette puppet (Elwes) - to cross the international boundary and attempt their daring rescue. The Czech language version has won several film festivals, including the New York International Children's Film Festival, the Sitges Festival and Anima Basauri Festival. TURTLE: THE INCREDIBLE JOURNEY
Asalto Al Cine
Asalto Al Cine has been nominated for at least one Ariel award. A somber but engaging, powerful examination of four Mexico City teenagers whose self-destructive tendencies speak volumes about the failing social systems surrounding them. There's a moment in the film when the main character, Negus (Gabino Rodríguez), is drawing up detailed schematics of the local megaplex cinema with an engineer's precision. His friend Chale (Juan Pablo de Santiago) has tried getting into the prestigious Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Their friend Sapo (Ángel Sosa) is a gifted hip-hop musician. At night, they are graffiti artists, their tour de force a richly detailed mural that fuses traditional Mexican and urban artistic styles. Yet the three friends, along with La Chata (Paulina Avalos), are bored, apathetic teenagers who spend most of their waking moments getting high and loitering aimlessly around Mexico City's gritty Guerrero neighborhood. It's a poignant dichotomy in Ira Gómez Concheiro's feature-length directorial debut, The Cinema Hold Up, a movie that's less about a heist and more an indictment of the failing social apparatuses that leave young, intelligent Mexicans without the means to constructively develop their talents. The Spanish-language, Sundance title, "ASALTO AL CINE" will open Feburary 17, 2012. Hannover House will release "Asalto Al Cine" in top markets across the country, including an initial launch into New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston,Dallas-Ft. Worth, San Diego and Denver. |

Made in the USA: Corporate Greed, Tax Laws and the Exportation of America's Future Best selling author Barr McClellan presents an extensively researched analysis of the negative impact the exportation of manufacturing jobs overseas has had on the U.S. economy, and how this has fueled the current economic crisis. Over the past eight years, corporate tax loopholes have rewarded companies for exporting jobs while a total suspension of regulations and oversight facilitated an orgy of fiscal irresponsibility. Over 3.2-million manufacturing jobs were lost in the USA, exported to other countries and undermining the very foundation of our economy. McClellan presents a solid case for encouraging the purchase of products made in the USA, as a solution to restoring our nation's economic health. Researched and compiled over a five year period, McClellan accurately predicted all of the major economic events of the past two years, including the mortage meltdown, the stock market collapse and the government's need for emergency measures. Economic recovery for the USA can be quickly achieved, McClellan states, if preference is given to made in the USA products by a majority of Americans for their everyday consumer purchases. Buying USA and locally produced merchandise revitalizes the economy through a multiplier effect that counter-balances the negative impact of every exported dollar. Made in the USA is an insightful and hopeful study of how the average American consumer has the power to protect their own jobs, their local economy and the entire nation through responsible consumerism. McClellan argues that short-sighted business practices, often fueled by special tax credits that actually incentivize the outsourcing of jobs overseas, are ultimately self-defeating in their weakening of the U.S. consumer base that these same companies depend on to buy products. | |
Blood, Money & Power: How L.B.J. Killed J.F.K. Ever since John F. Kennedy was assassinated there has been no shortage of conspiracy theories. Most take one or two minor pieces of evidence and build it into a full-blown theory. Rarely has someone with inside information come forward with a detailed theory. Barr McClellan has had that access to inside information as a member of the legal firm of Edward A. Clark that represented Lyndon B. Johnson's private as well as public needs. Being privy to this information and having access to individuals who were charged with protecting the president as well as promoting his agenda has lead him to the conclusion that when you follow all the details, ultimately L.B.J. and his lust for power are what lead to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Perhaps the most fascinating part of McClellan's book is his insight into the real Lyndon B. Johnson and his associates. McClellan provides a thorough background and history of Johnson from his early years through his presidency. The evidence presented is not conclusive, however it does provide enough of a convincing argument to show that it is not only a possibility, but totally consistent with the personalities, histories, and desires of the people involved. "Blood, Money & Power" is a highly recommended read for anyone interested in the John F. Kennedy assassination. | |
Sacred Prey Available at Amazon.com now! Hardcover | |
Quietus Vivian Schilling (Author) A plane crash in the White Mountains of New Hampshire sets in motion this ambitious though woefully overlong ghost story by screenwriter/novelist Schilling (Sacred Prey). Interior designer Kylie O'Rourke and her husband, Jack, are among the few survivors of the doomed flight. While still in the air, Kylie glimpses a raven on the wing of the plane, a sight that is followed by a series of ever stranger events. Though rescuers discover the survivors trapped in the wreckage, Kylie recalls wandering the icy mountainside along with other passengers including Jack and her best friend, Amelia after the crash, but they were not alone. Kylie is convinced her memories are real, yet neither Amelia nor Jack share them, and her psychologist attributes the frightening visions to post-traumatic stress and morphine-induced hallucinations. As Kylie tries to resume a normal life in Boston, the tragedy continues to plague her. She keeps seeing a raven with human eyes and she believes she's being followed by the awful presences that she first glimpsed on the mountain. An old murder case and some ancient mythology are thrown in for good measure. To top it off, her relationship with Jack starts faltering, and the people closest to her are dropping dead. Schilling has crafted a complex and creepy thriller, but it contains too many digressions medical, psychological, religious to make it a real page-turner. National print, radio and cable TV advertising; multicity author tour. (Jan. 22)Forecast: The publisher appears willing to put a lot of marketing muscle behind what is basically an Anne Rice novel with fewer goth trappings, so it could find a good-size audience despite its daunting length.
