Do you have an estimated time frame for the judge to make his decision from the iconic case? I believe the judge basically said he would make a decision. Also, can they still take it to trial if one of the party members don’t like the decision?

I would encourage investors/speculators to re-read the Arrayit CEO letter of Dec 31, 2018. I think we will soon see that many of the goals that were discussed in that letter are being met or exceeded.

Window of opportunity?

The approval of Palforzia should garner much publicity in the coming weeks. The topic of allergies and food intolerances may receive increased attention by the media and result in increased awareness by the public. This would seem to be a perfect time for a nationwide roll-out to advertise Arrayit's products that identify allergies and food intolerances.

The fact that their marketing partners are starting to disclose the Arrayit allergy fingerstick test sample reports on their websites is a good sign that news might be on the horizon folks. Pediatric Allergy Solutions is becoming more active on their Facebook page.

I take this as being good for ARYC... could see a settlement offer from Iconic very soon

Plaintiff (Arrayit) has raised triable issues of fact whether defendant (Iconic) should be estopped to demand the stock rather than the actual damages suffered by the delay of over two years”

So what this actually means is that the judge is taking it under consideration as to whether returning the stock is adequate for the damages that Arrayit has suffered over two years by Iconic unlawfully taking the shares from the TA.

This was an excellent ruling and everything is going great for Arrayit. It sounds like it will either be a return of the 72 million shares to ARYC or a large monetary reimbursement.
