rose colored glasses.
I'm going down with the ship!
A few humdred bucks ain't going to kill me, but the upside is a life-changer.
I just hope they can get it done, and cash flow is the key.
Your right 100% but you are asking for clarification and you have been here as long as I have and we both know we will never get it!!!
So I don't sweat the details and I just remember I got suckered in back with the Goldman report and then made a conscious decision to wait 5 years before giving up.
It's either going to be a home run or a write off but either way wanting clarification and complaining about no shareholder value is not going to make this company grow stronger any faster.
The Feb. volume is interesting.
seems like selling is done, and maybe we get a PR soon
VFIN is out of the market and no where near the top ask
looks good for now, we;ll have to wait and see
I'm patient, but need clarification on how they propose to generate steady and growing cash flow.
IMO, selling the units alone hasn't done it, but perhaps a processing center would begin the flow.
All these people just love to complain for nothing, like I've said in the past, "rome was not built in a day".
The average cycle to close and deal and enter in the books is at least 6-9 months.
There is no question in my mind that there is so much going on behind the scenes that one day it will all come to furwishin.
If you bought this stock, hopefully you bought it for a reason so have a little patience and good things come to those who wait.
I would be happy to buy anyones shares for .0004 if that was possible, heck I have an order in for a few million just sitting there but it has not yet been filled, so no one is selling and that means people do have faith!
Just think of this as your retirement fund, forget about it and come back in 6 months.
Everyone knows the management team does not care about shareholder value because they have too much on their plate, so once you get over that fact and accept that it is just a matter of time before they are cash positive, then you can begin to look at this in a positive light.
No news is not necessarily bad news!
Why would they waste time on MCLN, unless they have something brewing.
2012 is it.
eResearch Technologies had great earnings!! Yay..great job Laky!!...Oh..that's right..you left that company after bringing it great fortune to start up MCLN.. my bad.
The company is fighting for its survival trying to secure some sort of short term financing. That is how it spends most of its time for the last 6 months. So those contracts are not a priority, nor shareholder value is. Laky and his predecessors have put the company in a very difficult situation with close to no option. I do not care if they secured 9 deals and said so on their tombestone. Of course it would help showing those to potential financiers.
Hope at least one is a processing center.
2012 is last call for MCLN.
I still expect one last push for survival.
what about the nine contracts in various states of completion?
Financing has always been a killer for MCLN PPS. Now with such a low PPS no one is likely to take the pill. What a mess. I suppose no money left to end the quarter.

What would an acquiring company hope to gain? Seriously, what does MCLN have that another may want?
I thought it was peeking at me. Is that what they were all laughing about? Must of missed it.
There is no doubt we need to get some positive information. Based on past experience I think we're not going to get any REAL news. What we probably will hear is somewhat of a pep talk from Laky if indeed he actually does follow through.
If we do hear something positive then I think we could easly move into the old high we had some years ago. But to get there, we'll need some hard facts. Promises of future contracts won't be enough to move the pps. We've all been through that and learned from it.
Day in and Day out I find myself searching the web for some "hope" on this stock. I have to just face the reality...These guys will probably go out of business. They are just not getting enough business to sustain operations and they are worried just like the rest of us. I don't mean to be a debbie downer, but I've been follwing this F-in stock for 2 F-in years, like many of us here...
I'm not going to poke fun at them, and I'm not going to sell. There is no point...I'm down to 1/15th of what I put in, and I shamefully admit that I've put in a lot. I have been doing ok with $heff's picks and a few other boards, almost to the point where I've got some of my money back, but I'm still hurtin from MCLN. So....good luck everyone.
MY guage for MCLN at this point is this:
IF they blow us off on this so called conference call they have planned in March, like they have stated, then THAT WILL BE THE DETERMINING FACTOR that WE ARE FINALLY SCREWED.
Good night all, and look for Jay LO's nipple, it was peeking at me last night saying "hello there...hello little silly MCLN investor...Laky is going to screw you"..
Expecting MCLN to be acquired.
Without processing centers, just don't see the cash flow.
Hope we get at least a penny.
I'm sitting with a 2 million share buy at .0004 since 9:30 and still no fill. I left opem until this coming Friday, I wonder if I will get it filled.
1000 share trade. Details.
1000 share trade took it from .0005 to .0006...
$.60 investment.
Price of poker is going up!
If you want in, you're going to pay a little more.
Here we go!
As I said before all these charts mean absoutely nothing when it comes to trading this stock, it's all about emotions and MM controlong the pps and as everyone has mentioned many times before, until we have some revenue we will remain exactly where we are!
MCLN CHART 0.0004
The MCLN chart play is at a double bottom as of close Fri/02/24/2012 she could pop from here the chart is also in consolidation, MCLN could come out of consolidation and pop but the longer the consolidation the stronger it will pop also a good PR would help this process.

*MCLN CHART WEEKLY*
LOL, there is no need to RS with this OS LOL
all these t trades and after hour sells could signal a r/s this weekend! i got out. the pattern is a familiar one
no doubt that there is share that being converted
Laky told me financiers are selling for their loan
there is no secret about that and T trades are the hidden sells usually that MM balance their book eod
the question is how much money they have to cover to stop the selling
I could not resist those 0005's and had to buy and average down little more
at this point, there is not much left to lose
So what is the consensus on T-trades?
I've always believed/read that they were dilution...
I've had them occurring in 2 other stocks recently.
One of the stocks has ardent supporters who claim that T trades
are some "whale" investor buying in...
I'm not buying that...
Opinions???
"it" needed to begin in 2009, 2010, 2011, first two months of 2012. "it" didn't, hasn't. question of materiality now. one system sale or processing center might look good, wow some uneducated investors but will take much more to make up for so much lost ground while clock keeps ticking, competition keeps growing, mcln pps keeps declining.
Laky could sell it. 1 penny - $16.3 million.
What else besides processing centers will generate the cash flow needed for making MCLN a success?
I don't believe selling units alone will do it. It hasn't worked yet.
TIA
Let's get back to a penny first, which would be an $18-20 mil market cap depending on share count.
If MCLN can get a processing center open and 2-3 sales in the next several months, 2.5 cents is reasonable short term given other revenue guidance stated on the last 10Q.
However, nothing will happen until Laky announces something.
If we get a PR on a processing center.......
this thing will go to 2-10 pennies quickly.
As I mentioned, Laky needs to generate cash flow. I have to believe he understands this, and is giving it his all to get it done. It needs to begin in 2012.
At the absolute minimum, he needs to introduce a plan for generating a cash flow stream.
After the closing bell yesterday, I didn't see any of those "t-trades" or whatever they are called. First time in about 10 days. That's about the only good news. Still watching the tumbleweeds drift across the plains in MCLN land.
Huge opportunity but window is closing. I strongly suggest you look and be the FIRST
I know that but I was referring to all the intelligent posts and funnyisims that everyone posts to brighten up my day, lol!
You need to look around jrg. This stock has been dead for some time.
Calculating their MCLN losses on their tax returns.
All day .0005 and the last few minutes a trade went through for .0004 talk about watching the paint dry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't have level 2 can someone give me some stats on that, thanks.
Show me the MONEY (Cash Flow)!!!!!
PRs on sales of a unit of two ain't good enough.
I want to see photos like these, but with the MedClean Technologies LOGO:

no fan of stericycle but it and daniels are the industry. this in news today.
Feb. 22 -- On the back of 8% growth from its regulated waste business, Stericycle Inc. beat analysts´ expectations of fourth quarter earnings, reporting $446.6 million in revenue for the quarter.
The Lake Forest, Ill.-based company reported earnings of 76 cents per share, besting projections of 74 cents per share, according to Yahoo Finance.
Frank ten Brink, the company´s chief financial officer, said revenue from small quantity customers in the United States was up 9% and those from large customers were up 6% for the fourth quarter of 2011.
"We continued to see strong worldwide growth driven by the expanding portfolio services that complement our core regulated waste service," said Richard Kogler, the company´s chief operating officer in a conference call with analysts and reporters.
In other new, Stericycle Inc.´s longtime CEO Mark Miller is stepping aside and will become the company´s executive chairman, the company announced.
Miller, who has been CEO for 20 years, will become the company´s executive chairman starting on Jan. 1. Charles A. Alutto, president of Stericycle USA, will succeed Miller as CEO, the company announced.
The growth among small customers was because of the company´s Steri-Safe program and clinical service compliance programs. For larger commercial customers, growth was found from the sharps management program, he said.
The company closed eight acquisitions in the fourth quarter, five in the U.S. and one each in Spain, Romania and Japan.
The company also reported complete 2011 earnings, saying it brought in $1.67 billion in 2011, up from $1.43 billion in 2010. Cash flow from operations was $306.1 million, the company reported.
CEO Mark Miller told analysts on the call that the company is comfortable with yearly earnings estimates that put revenue at $1.8 billion to $1.9 billion for 2012. The company expects free cash flow between $320 million to $325 million for the year, he said.
The company also slightly increased its 2012 earnings-per-share guidance at $3.21 to $3.26 compared to the previous estimate of $3.19 to $3.25.
Ryan Daniels, an analyst with William Blair & Company, said that the quarter was solid for Stericycle without any major surprises.
"We also like the company´s cash-based, recurring revenue business model, and view it as a safe-haven investment in uncertain times," Daniels wrote.
He said Stericycle holds no risk in healthcare reform. He wrote he would continue to give the stock an outperform rating and said it is a core holding.
