stericycle has that % plus more of med waste market share, hauling. daniels international hard on steri's heels, hauling. no med waste is untapped unless u think hauling mkt untapped for onsite treatment. hospitals sign multi yr contracts with steri and probably same with daniels. steri announced earnings few weeks back. beat wall st projections on revenues & earnings so % monopoly on med waste increasing. these are facts that fantasy holders of mcln face. not pretty. daniels hauls, processes regionally. do some due dili. they use autoclaves but not mcln autoclave system. why?
My order just filled for several million more shares. A lot of uncertainty, but had to pull the trigger. Too much potential and too undervalued a stock price here to not take a further risk (and lowered my breakeven to .0034).
Cash flow, processing centers. MUST READ.
Look it, selling the units alone is not going to cut it.
Laky has to address this in 2012 or the gig is up.
We need a MedClean Processing Center serving multiple facilities, utilizing a hauling partner from the alliance. This will get the cash flow going, substantiate the MCLN name, and allow them to focus in developing more processing centers, AND SELLING THE UNITS as well.
Otherwise, how are they going to get a steady stream of cash flow?
I recall reading awhile back that 70 percent, give or take a few, of hospital waste disposal was untapped. Appears SRCL has the monopoly at this point. Also, saw in the latest 10Q MCLN A/S is now 3.5B. Not good, but not that hateful either providing they do not max it out.
How much untapped demand do you think there is? I have wondered if processing centers are gaining in numbers. Is the trend to put more centers closer to the producers? Or do the producers prefer to have their own units. That is not at all clear to me. Can't speak for anyone else.
When my original purchase of stock this company had 700m os. Now 1.6 billion. I do feel they are very close to cash sustainability if not already there.
Yes you are correct but lets not forget we are a fully reporting company which costs them money,so if we ever lose that then we need to worry but until then we are still hanging in there so if they were going broke they would give up on reporting would they not!!
MCLN has a great product but stiff competition, but there's still a lot of untapped demand for their product. IMO, the constant dilution is normally a sign of financial problems. The cost of their monthly operations and other expenses probably exceed their monthly revenue intake. As a result expenses are paid with discounted shares. At this point the company will need a few big contracts to turn things around, it will also gain the attention of investors. Can they do it? My crystal ball is broken so I don't know.
yes something is going on. pps down to 0.0004 and no sales reported in pr's but i'm betting there r plenty who will interpret this as great news!!!!!! pressure building before run!!!!!! how easily some r deluded by wishful thinking in face of cold hard fact.
Something is going on. Huge volume cluster.
Well stated and I agree 1000%, it's not complicated at all.
Patience is a virtue and I believe we will be rewarded in the long run...
I will not try to convince anyone of anything on the board
I said what I know and think about MCLN
this is real company and going thru that toxic period
I still believe in the future of MCLN
pink financiers do not care what the company does or does not
they finance and get convertible debentures for the loan
and they convert as needed until the amount is paid in full
this is the toxic financing in pinks
there are two kinds of dilution
one those who live with those sold shares, and the other has to sell in order to build the company
that is called good dilution
on the other hand, what is the reason of companies going public?????
not to make share holders favor for sure
the two should not be mixed and matched
umm, pro-trader, if loan companies are selling the stock that they received at a heavy discounted rate that is dilution.
Doesn't MCLN have an equity funding deal with Southridge, known for its "death spiral" financing?
company is not diluting but financiers are selling
they are toxic financing in pinks
this is what mostly kills the real pinks
I believe this is transition period and will be over
no need to guess or look for indication about shares being sold
Laky said in his e mail that there were some convertibles being sold from past financiers
no hidden dilution going on, just that we have to wait for it to be over
I also think the company is staying quiet for that reason
any good news will be killed at this point
GREAT READ LONG BUT WORTH IT!

Absolutely agree about the charts jrg. Every ship sitting on the bottom of the ocean had a chart room. :)
That has been my whole point, the pps has been sitting on .0004/.0005 because the MM'S are not manipulating the stock which goes back to my point. Charts have nothing to do with the stocks movement!
Good info on the MM'S
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=44864385
The company can print as many extra stocks as they want providing they do not exceed the A/S. Companies sell their stock at a discounted rates for various reasons. Why do you think MCLN is sitting at 0.0004/0.0005? The MM's at this point are not manipulating the stock, when a stock falls it's common investor practice to blame the MMs. Do a google search for market marker "VFIN".
Why call it dilution?
Stock dilution is a general term that results from the issue of additional common shares by a company, this we know and in this case no additional shares are being issued.
The increase in common shares of a stock can result from a secondary market offering, employees exercising stock options, or by conversion of convertible bonds, preferred shares or warrants into stock and this is not the case.
We know Dilution can shift fundamental positions of the stock such as ownership percentage, voting control, earnings per share, or the value of individual shares.
A broader definition specifies dilution as any event that reduces an investor's stock price below the initial purchase price.
In this case I would just say these market makers are playing and making a quick buck which is all they have been doing in the past 2 years.
One indication that dilution is still happening is the heavy volume plus "VFIN" is a dilution Market Maker. "VFIN" has been sitting on the ask since opening with an ask size of 5000, but a few million shares have been traded and the size remains at 5000.
IMO charts have nothing to do with this stock, it mostly trades on future belief, present day sentiment and wishful thinking. There is no logic behind the trading of a sub penny stock that can be so easily manipulated by market makers.
The chart can say "she is building pressure" and if the mm's decide they want to play, then they play and we have no control over this.
When you place an order to buy it's not like a blue chip stock, our order can sit there indefinitely if they choose not to fill it, that's why it trades so low and until it changes over to a normal exchange it's worse than gambling in the casino.
I'm sure you already knew this, I just pay no attention to the charts when it comes to trading a stock of this nature.
Hate to bring this up but once MCLN is finished with the dilution, or reaches the A/S limit, we can probably expect a r/s followed with news. This is usually the normal procedure with penny arcade stocks. Just an opinion not fact.
Forget about .0003, she is building pressure!
I sure hope so but I'm secretly wishin the pps drops to .0003 so I can pick up a few more million before the run.
Somebody wants in, BAD!!!
Huge vol. out the chute.
Good day comin here?
Washington's birthday, presidents day
stock market holidays calendar
http://www.rightline.net/calendar/market-holidays.html
U.S. Markets closed for Washington's Birthday Oh I see
That sucks, oh well
have a nice day!
there is no trading today, markets closed
Are my eyes seeing correctly, 19.3 million shares traded 1 minute into trading?
Thanks appreciate the update and correct info.
I think he was confused also, someone could have bought in but it was not Manatuck as they would have to report it and if you look at the filing it was backdated to 12/31/11 as that was their share holding on that date, but as i said their share count is going down but i have not seen the sales reported.I still believe in this stock and at this price i wish i had funds, but will wait this out and i think there are things going on behind closed doors but wanted to clear this issue up so peeps do not buy with wrong info!!!
So what is this post from pdiddy2 about, I guess I misunderstood.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=72270310
that's a joke for a real public company,
scams trade on 10 20 times higher MC than that
this is opportunity for those who like to get in or average down
I personally did average down as much as I could, but at one point have to stop no matter what I think
Market Value $814,630 a/o Feb 17, 2012
JRG,we are waiting for a turn around here and i believe hope is a good thing but also are facts i do not see anyone buying 100mil shares the Manatuck filing was a statement of ownership which does look unchanged from a year ago which i believe is good they have not sold, but they have not bought either and for the record i believe there will be a turnaround soon also but there was no purchase of 100mil atleast not by Manatuck here is their last year statement and then this years and actually by the time i wrote this i found there has been some selling as you can see in the filings!!!

according to Lake, there will be a PR with the year end to give us some explanations and guidance is what I understood
and it should be around same time, as last couple of years
Exactly what I was getting at. All we need is just a little good news and the price will raise accordingly. As it stands today I don't believe we'll see much movement until the 10k or a positive indication with a pr comes out.
We have had some indirect type indications of some good news coming. If one believes this signals people on the inside know more than us than by all means buying at these levels should turn out to be profitable.
my opinion and theory would be such
many of us believed in this company and bought at 03's and more
right now the price is so low, that it does not matter where someone loads
it depends what the play strategy is and the exit point
if one believes in this for long and will hold for penny land, than 0003 or 0004 or 0009 does not really matter in my opinion
but the difference is the cheaper you buy, the more shares you get
but that also makes one take a chance to miss the boat
I doubt this will break the 0004 bottom, but you never know in the market
but if traders see any sales on sight, this will move very fast because of the SS and the MC associated with
one sale announcement can be much higher than the todays MC
I was just looking for opinions, I know we are stuck here until they have revenue but if we dip to .0003 its so tempting to load up again.
I appreciate the replies and it's nice to know that someone is loading up with 100 million shares plus, I guess that shows a little confidence because there is no way someone is buying these many shares to make a quick flip, no range to flip it and make a score they are looking long term as well or at least until the next quater and first conference call, maybe they know something we don't or just assume that it's about time that something will come to light.
I personally think something is about to come to light and we will quickly be approaching the .03 cent space again.
Seriously JRG, I don't know how any of us could answer this question. I agree with the next post.
But, I would say if we get some kind of PR, anything positive, then we'll move out of this range in a hurry.
Take a look around there are better opportunities out their.
I don't forsee .0003 but it depends on how much more cash MCLN needs to raise via dilution. With no news and daily dumping, it may hit .0003. I'm looking to potentially double my position here, but waiting to see when the dumping slows down first.
Looks like I am going to have to raise my buy for an additional 2 million shares from .0003 cause I don't think we will get that low.
.0004 seems to be the rock bottom.
Anyone think we can reach .0003? Only serious people reply please.
