Check out the Accum/Dist line. That right there shows there is very little, if any, dilution going on. People are picking up shares of RIGH...a lot of people are...we are just all waiting for those financials and the name change. Thats when we will hit the roof!

Trust me this company is legit. I did my research, and their symbol is being changed along with being moved to a higher exchange. There is serious potential. The website is just one leg of what is coming out.

As soon as we see the ticker symbol changes, I doubt we see 000's anymore. Budgenius has a lot of potential and if you have taken the time to see the website, patience will be a virtue. Long term this is money in the bank IMO.

This is Angels first time as a CEO of a publicly traded stock, maybe he doesn't realize that releasing financial statements are a necessity. It really should have been done when the merger was complete. I'm really getting annoyed that no financial statements have been release. That said, like you, I am still very bullish on BudGenius.

Mikey, you've followed this stock long enough to know that daily fluctuations mean little. The other day the stock was up 100%, from 2 to 4. You know what that meant? Absolutely nothing, just like today's drop means nothing. If there is a 100+ million volume day and there is a drop like this, then maybe you can read something into it, but maybe not.

Whether BG has an excellent product or not, the problem here (and it may as well be the only problem) is shares authorized was huge and proceded to get larger only a short time ago.

Back in WWII the U.S. guv-mint tried to pay for the war by "printing" money to pay their bills. Markets collapsed and almost bankrupted our country overnight. If they would have continued, we would all be speaking German right now no matter how good their "product" was! That is why the "buy bonds" (use current money) happened.

The only time authorizing more shares to raise capital as a good thing, would be to give an instant shot in the arm to get the company off the ground in a way that it can never come back to bite them. (The capital to take an unprecedented new product/idea to market that instantly creates tons of revenue, or if you will, CRUSH THE ENEMY WITH ONE DEVASTATING BLOW, as the case may be!)

One day with a ticker change or uplist and an accounting of all shares perhaps these MM funny boys will stop their games (and I will set my sell orders higher so they dont 'borrow' shares if they get the idea too) Personally I hope BudGenius has revs worth $25+ Million dollars and the MM have shorted and are forced to cover, that plus BudG announcing they quietly bought back a few hundred million shares, thats my dream here oh that and we all get rich :)
