Whether BG has an excellent product or not, the problem here (and it may as well be the only problem) is shares authorized was huge and proceded to get larger only a short time ago.

Back in WWII the U.S. guv-mint tried to pay for the war by "printing" money to pay their bills. Markets collapsed and almost bankrupted our country overnight. If they would have continued, we would all be speaking German right now no matter how good their "product" was! That is why the "buy bonds" (use current money) happened.



The only time authorizing more shares to raise capital as a good thing, would be to give an instant shot in the arm to get the company off the ground in a way that it can never come back to bite them. (The capital to take an unprecedented new product/idea to market that instantly creates tons of revenue, or if you will, CRUSH THE ENEMY WITH ONE DEVASTATING BLOW, as the case may be!)
