The address of the former trim shop is 462 County Road 20 Colchester
Do you not know that the trim shop did not work. There is a new venture going on there, maybe a fancy office for Kore, since PV is there daily with a half dozen workers. Lots of interior building going on inside.
Woody1 good to see you back. Just an update from out in the county. Nothing going on at the house on 50. The house on Crystal is all most finished, inside work has been going on for the past month. New action at the trim shop 4 or more cars there every day, something is being done.
I know the place you speak of. Did you get any pictures?
153 cystal beach road, about two roads east of the little store on 50
There is nothing going on at the trim shop. they are finishing work on the inside at the crystal beach road house. Nothing at all on the house on 50 by the Colchester country club, never any one there, looks deserted. There has been a plan to use the old lumber yard for inside storage, maybe boats? But except for a couple of RV trailers and a boat or two stored nothing going on. PV and Kore have been working with the town on new planning ideas for the hamlet. Little excitement at the town meeting Tuesday night in Harrow about that. Most I talked to don't think there is enough visitor traffic to support a tourist based hamlet economy.
Woody you are right not much happening, they did work on the demo of 1 house in the hamlet...other than that they are storing some of the fun day stuff at the trim shop. there has been a little work going in the house on crystal beach, like normal sleepy hamlet till spring.
It was nice that Kore put it on a few kids enjoyed the rides, the bands were pretty good. But the weather keep attendance way down, i think thats why there are no pictures. A few people sat in their cars and listened to the bands. It was interesting two pictures and no story in the harrow paper nothing in the star or essex voice.
I went by the trim shop the other day, stopped and looked in the windows, nothing but dirt and dust in the front office areas, there was someone in the back, but no machinery running. No changes for a while at the house at 286 county road 50. The brick work and siding are finished on the house at 153 Crystal beach, and now looks like the dry wall is all most done, very little activity during the day or much change week to week.
OSC sets hearing date in stock price probe
Windsor Star
Thursday, November 01, 2007
TORONTO - The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) adjourned the case Wednesday against two local companies to a Jan. 22 hearing.
Allegations of manipulating stock prices, issuing false and misleading press releases, and selling stock without issuing a prospectus were first made last December against Harrow-based Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd., a Nevada-incorporated company with the same name and its former CEO Petar Vucicevich, a Colchester village resident.
A trading halt on the company's stock has been imposed in Ontario and Alberta pending resolution of the charges.
Also charged is another company of Vucicevich's called Kore International Management, and a San Antonio, Tex., resident, Andrew DeVries.
The stock still trades in low volumes in the U.S. over-the-counter market with a recent price of around two-tenths of a cent per share.

No construction is going on, Kore is still doing demolition in the area,Still here that the little bar in town will be closed. I wonder if the fences put up for the show are permanent, it will stop the use of the property for boat trailer parking? I get a kick out of how they go after you on this site. People just dont understand that Colchester is just a sleepy little hamlet. And Harrow is not much bigger. It has been quiet at both of PVs new houses. Still wonder if the big one on 50 is for him or Steve?

Very interesting...
PV is running a one day 'Octoberfest' with three bands and a beer tent to raise money for Harrow High School. Things are stirring in Colchester..he has town approval/zoning etc...more than seven houses taken down...foundations going in for the new restaurant.
You Canucks in the area never bothered to mention this info.
I wonder why?
I was planning on giving a report on the Octoberfest this morning. PV and his friends worked hard to have a good show. The area for little kids worked out ok, the bands were good. The problem was the weather drizzle all day and night with strong winds. The locals liked the show. Not many turned out, if the local once a week paper cover it i will scan that and let you all read how it was viewed. Still nothing to report from Kores plans, nothing submitted to the town.
There is nothing going on at the trim shop, there has not been any cars there for a week or so.
Yes all the places are close to each other, all of harrow-essex is not that big. Petars other house on cystal beach is also minutes away and the house he is at on levergood beach is walking distance.

Trading halt put on Sulja stock
Company trying to avoid probe: ASC
BY GARY RENNIE STAR COUNTY REPORTER
The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) imposed a trading halt Monday on stock of Nevada-incorporated Sulja Brothers Building Supplies Ltd. and the Ontario-based company.
For decades, Sulja Brothers did business in the Harrow area.
ASC investigators were concerned the Sulja companies were moving to Alberta to avoid the jurisdiction of the Ontario Securities Commission. The commission had imposed a trading halt last December as part of its investigation of alleged securities violations.
“We are persuaded that there is, prima facie, a risk of a repetition or continuation of the same or similar conduct in Alberta,” says the ASC decision of members Glenda Campbell and Stephen Murison. “This risk is heightened with the apparent planned move of Sulja Ontario’s head office to this province.”
The ASC decision goes further than the OSC ban in also forbidding any of the Sulja companies, as well as former Sulja CEO Petar Vucicevich, who lives in Colchester, and a San Antonio Texas business associate, Andrew DeVries, from buying or selling securities in Alberta.
The ASC said its trading halt would remain in force as long as the OSC halt continues. The Ontario hearing is Sept. 7.
The ASC held a hearing in Calgary last Wednesday, but none of the companies or individuals given notice attended or sent lawyers.
Mark Dickey, a senior communication adviser with the ASC, said the only response was a letter received from Windsor lawyer Dan Scott, representing Vucicevich and his company Kore International Management Inc.
Scott’s letter took “no position” on the possibility of the Alberta trading halt and denied a relationship between Vucicevich, his Kore company and Sulja Brothers, said Dickey.
Scott couldn’t be reached for comment.
The OSC has alleged stock prices were manipulated, false and misleading news releases were issued, and stock sold without issuing a prospectus as required in Ontario.
He appeared at the invitation only stake holders meeting in the afternoon, and presented his plan ideas to the planning department. He was around later talking to locals about his plans. The town is looking to come up with a new development plan for all of south Colchester.
Yes Petar, came to the meeting, he has great plans for the rebuilding of the hamlet. He is still in the demolition stage and no firm plans have been submitted. He plans on new restaurants, boutiques, shopping and skating rinks, on the new main street. A lot of local people are happy with his plan. The old cottages that he bought out and took needed to be. And the old Bar and resturant need to be replaced. The talk on the street was that the lumber yard had been losing lots of money over the last year. And left a lot of debt.

Panduit, could you please post the address for the trim shop?
Thanks much.
Jannie
The address is 462 County Road 50 west Harrow N0R1GO
Good morning, just a few observations. There has been no one at or working at the trim shop for weeks. the lumber yard is all but empty and cleared out. Yesterday the gate was half close, don't think they are doing any selling from there or storage any longer. Kore is continuing to tear down and clean up the property they own in the hamlet of Colchester. Work is continuing on both of P. V.'s houses

Sally, do you believe that the business occupying the Calgary store is an asset of the public corporation (SLJB)?
This is the question i keep asking, All the the local stuff SLJB was doing in harrow, now seems to be under Kore, I wonder if there is any "papers" on Sams being under SLJB. Other than the dont rely on company PR's?
What would you like for proof? I should have stopped and asked P. V. when i saw him touring his construction projects. Just like the statements last month of all the Sulja activity, such as selling product from harrow to customers in the states? The Trim shop that was needed for all the business, that has never been used? The zoning of the old lumber yard is what was needed for a up coming Kore plan. The bummer is the old biker bar in the hamlet, i will be sorry to see it be torn down.
Maybe the question should be where did Kore...P.V. Get the money for two new houses while keeping the one he owned? And the new BMW convertible. How about all the other property and demolition on same...where did the money come from a person who, had very little a year or two ago? And the property that the old lumber yard sits on, there are plans for that, and not lumber storage.

I beleive that Erie Street address is one of the Sulja business addresses. Yes that is the address of the lumber yard, behind the old Sulja family house. One happy family.
So do all of us in town, the plans to build are nice, others close to the area would like to sell to them. Most of these houses are rehabed old cottages. But at this time there is little demand for any houses. And no plans or zoning changes have been submitted to the town.
Harrow is a sleepy little one stop light town. The big amusment area the five pin bowling alley burned down over the winter, now they will make that a parking lot. All of the town is nice, old but nice.
No there is little demand for paid parking, just made it a nice short walk to the beer tent. It was good PR for Kore and PV. The service clubs running the derby, all know he owns it, they will be helpful when he presents his building plans. Just dont know where he is at now, he had to move out of his last house to make room for the big addition and rehab of the whole place.
Under Kore the other property, the block from the main highway to the harbor,in the hamlet has all been cleared off, it makes a great parking lot for the boat trailers, the walleye are running not far from the harbor. It was a god send for the walleye derby 6/9/07 parking thank you all.
Earlier there was a item that Sulja sent material over to Michigan, with the prices they charge dont think so, and i have never seen any of their trucks by the border. There is nothing going on and no one working in the trim shop. But it looks like PV and Kore are keeping busy. They have two houses both listed as PV's under construction, one looks like it might be a new office for the coming condo construction. The small bar in the hamlet is scheduled for demolition, also a house or two next door. So far nothing presented to the town for construction, but rumor has it the old Chinese place will be back in business under Kore, by the end of the summer.
The property that sulja bought in the hamlet of colchester is right off of highway 50, that is were the chinese restaurantis, there is a rendition of what it is to be turned into on the door. About 4 kilometers down the road past Petars house is the mil shop that airys took pictures of, since then there has been very little activity there. The property olong the road to the harbor sits empty, it will be put to good use this week end for parking for the walleye derby.
The old chinese place on 50 and the road to the harbor where sulja bought all the property last year. The other item is the mill shop, there has been nothing going on there for a few months now, cant see how it makes money if no one works there.
I will keep an eye on that, What is going on with his house on 50? seems no one is there much? Was there any info on the restaurant in the hamlet?
I agree. After all the information comes out there will be a little lumber yard just making ends meet in a declining market. The property in the hamlet will sit vacant, used for parking for the once a year walleye derby, then the town will take it back for taxes, might increase the park? I wonder why the work on Petars house has also stopped, maybe his credit ran out at suljas?
Yes but they are selling a lot of material to Petar, he is rebuilding his whole house.
Like it has been for years, its just a little local yard. It has been is buisness for what 20 years, making a living for the suljas and the staff. The demand in this area is not that great. What 20,000 people in all of Essex town? The yard might get busy if Petars Kore plans for condos and the such get going. But so far they have not drawn up plans to get the zoning changed on the property, so that is a ways down the road. Did the group who visited get the inventory sheets or sales from last year??
I was over there buying some lumber last week, you are right ealier they had let the stock drop. Now after their inventory two weeks ago there is quite a bit of stock. But not much different than other years.
Actully the lumber yard is now well stocked. They just went though a inventory shut down. Looks like they plan to go after what buisness is in the area this spring. The trim shop is suljas, i talked to the previous owner, but it is still being set up.
pssthbuk i cant send a private message back i am on the free side. A lot of the money went for property in the hamlet. and yes Petar livied close by and moved into a nicer house during this time. I have hunches on the other questions but will keep them private.
Habbib homes is run by an friend of the person who owns the big century 21 office in windsor. There is a lot of compition between lumber yards in the area. But house sales are not doing well. Any pictures of grass are from at least last years homes and many from years before, these subdivisions are not booming. I think this one has been around for at least the last 5 years.
It was a nice display, but as with all of this area, housing demand is down. While i was in that area talking at lenght to another vendor, i did not see much activity there except for the free tim's coffee. The work at Petars house remodeling is proceeding, but nothing on the Kore property in the hamlet, so far the town planner says nothing has been presented to him. They have been working on the trim shop for around 6 months, but so far no product seems to be coming out?
Sulja had a nice display and gave away free coffee, did they get any orders?
