I DID ALL I COULD TO GET PEOPLE TO SEE THE TRUTH HERE, BUT MOST WERE SOI GREEDY OR ARROGANT THEY DRANK A DOUBLE DOSE OF THE KOOL-AID. GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM.
I haven't paid any attention for a while and just now saw the 1000 to 1 reverse split. Anyone still holding a large block of this must feel like a complete DA.
The SEC will do nothing of any value for the stock/bagholders here. They won't send anyone to jail, and it's not worth killing over = TS and his fat tub of lard sister got smooth away------ maybe.
i see ihub already has a board for the rip-spin-off
Same old story-different board. Tom S. is a thief and a liar.
I've been to the facility in Channelview. It and the people are really there. Large lot and several large buildings and offices, lots of equip.
Has there ever been a case of dilution as rampant as this before. WOW
The SEC seldom stops a shooting---they just come in and mop up the blood (whatever cash is left).
GO DPDW
SWYV is worthless. Tom and DEDE sold their good name for this POS. Hope it comes back to bite them.
They created the demand , but didn't anticipate a rise in the prices. Everyone is also hip to the fact that ethanol production has a HUUUGE carbon footprint. Natural gas will crush all of the alternate source liquid fuels.
They weren't losing enough money with the stores they had, so open some more. That way he can blame the BK on over expansion.
Price is almost back to pre-split. PR out today is a signal that dilution has probably resumed.
Earnings and profits are not the same. The filings say Hackett's was losing large amounts of money each quarter. How long they were in business before they became a losing concern is irrelevant. It doesn't matter if you sell a billion pizzas a year for 100 years, if you start losing 50 cents a pizza for the last two years, you'll still go broke which is exactly what would have eventually happened to Hackett's if TS hadn't taken the load off of them. They will still go under--just not as soon. NUMBER ONE RULE IN BUSINESS= You have to make a profit to stay in business.
It makes no sense to re-chew the same gum here over and over. The filings, not my opinion, say that All of the businesses TS acquired for SWYV were losing money out the wazoo when he acquired them and they still are. What in the hell does the number of Hackett's square footage have to do with anything other than how much money they spend waxing the floors.
The revenue per sq. foot is meaningless. It was losing money when we bought it and it is losing money NOW. WHY DO YOU THINK THEY SOLD IT FOR MOSTLY PAPER AND A PROMISE TO PAY? IT WAS , IS , AND ALWAYS WILL BE, LOSING MONEY.
How much money did they lose per square foot is the important number to know---- times how many current square feet will yield the estimated loss for this period.
I am getting tired of the depressed price , too. I think now that the r/s and the a/s have occured there will be a buying opportunity, but not the stock---the assets will be on the block at some time. of course there is always the chance the previous owners will take back the assets minus their debt per part of the purchase agreements. Anybody see the text of those???? Me either.
I think our current share price is in jeopardy of going to .0004 within a few days at the most. Some may see .001 as a great number, but it will dissolve like quick. They try dumping 50 mil now, they will take it to .0002. Immediate dilution will signal TS intent. No surprise there.
Nobody even cares enough to paint it green at the close anymore.
If you can read, you don't even need to know how to add, look at the financials in the filings and you will see that each and all parts of SWVC lose money each quarter. You can't lose money every quarter and stay in business. They are already in trouble with their lender (Well's Fargo) for violating the loan agreement and as a result have created more interest costds and resulting debt. All assets are owed for and all are losing money---so where does the money come from to keep the business going----answer= it doesn't.
Except for the tourism that occurs in a short summer season each year, that area is economically retarded, and has been for years. Wait til they start heating with 2.72 heating oil--there won't be any money there for shopping anywhere but the grocery store. Doesn't matter anyway, each and every business that SWVC owns is a six or seven figure money loser each quarter.
You are 100% correct. It has already been a huge success for anybody that sold a company or shell to SWVC. It has been a monster success for Tom and his cronies. I don't remember any of the common shareholders saying it was financially rewarding for them, however.
Post 199700 was another one of my favorite posts you authored.. What was the point there?
It's good to have a point-----exactly what was yours???
YOUR WISH ON POST 200154 HAS COME TRUE. TOM HAS GIVEN US ALL A BONE.
STICK A FORK IN THIS PIG, THERE ISN'T ENOUGH LIPSTICK ON THE PLANET TO SUCK ANY MORE INVESTOR MONEY INTO TOM'S POCKETS. THE SOONER IT GOES BK THE SOONER THE THIEVES CAN BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.
From 1400 + miles away, I will venture a guess that some of the people that plan to return are "regulars" at the bar and as a result the management is well aware of the planned get together.
It doesn't take much scrutiny to see the reason for so many illogical posts is a lack of effort to exercise common sense. No offense intended.
I hope the SEC and the NY bunko squad attend also.
Won't keep a few shareholders from sitting down for a good chat about the scam they were hit with. Just like I-Hub except eye to eye.
As much money as this company is losing every day they had to dilute to the max just to keep the doors open.
Stick a fork in this one. There seems to be no hope for recovery. Tom has emptied the cookie jar and there's no more dough to come.
If he did acquire the 30% and put all of it into SWVC, the common shareholders would only own 10% of the 30% = 3%. Last time I looked Agrifuels is losing money also. 3% of another loser won't help what happened here.
