Anyone inform Busta that he has a virtual yet?
Yes those 3 are not franchised or sold by us. We are operating them. If they were sold it would have been added revenue
I hope so. There were rumors that some pods were sold or franchised during that 54 day period so by the looks of it those rumors were not factual
No revenue from medtech division. It was all from speed connect. I am disappointed. Was hoping for revenue from the pods since I thought they were open and operational.
It's new. June 2019 was the agreement. Default this quarter. How can an agreement from June 2019 be old?
$7.6 million default: ITEM 1. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
Although we have not been served, we are aware that the Company has been named in a lawsuit by EMA for failing to comply with a Securities Purchase Agreement entered into in June 2019. More specifically, EMA claims the Company failed to honor notices of conversion, failed to establish and maintain share reserves, failed to register EMA shares and by failed to assure that EMA shares were Rule 144 eligible within 6 months. EMA has claimed in excess of $7,614,967 in relief. The Company is beginning to review the lawsuit but does not believe at this time that any negative outcome would result in more than the $593,120 it has recorded on its balance sheet as of September 30, 2020.
If name and ticker are not changed this many months after merger it looks like management is not here to start a legit company
No doubt that pic got me excited thinking about the possibilities, but at the same time it could have been a networking meeting or an interview to franchise pods. More than a "lunch" and less than a done deal contract. All of which might or might not lead to sales. The deal might even take months to finalize, meaning the vaccine will be around and the lamar/alonzo deal is for testing not vaccinating as far as we know
Slamming? I simply said good chance 1 or 2 sales reps handle the sales as opposed to 150 as some people claim..you really think there is 150 reps pushing the pods? 24 hours a day like clockwork?
Bill gates buys 5,000 pods.....hmmmmmmm. Maybe? That should clear up tptw debts. Nothing like a half a billion dollar deal
For all we know it could have been a 2 hour course all the sales reps attended to learn about the pods, anything more is just speculation. Im sure there is a page they were all given to refer to about the specs and how to sell it on the phone. And most likely there is probably 1 or 2 sales reps specifically handling tptw sales. Call thomas sci and good chance they transfer you to those 2 people. Those 1 or 2 reps probably make cold calls once in a while
Aye yay yay. Thanks a bunch. This board comes in handy sometimes with valuable info from friendly users such as yourself
Wtf happened here? I was holding LVXI and sold about a year ago. Did ceo merge it into this company? If so, what was the share conversion from lvxi to mapt
Why can't it get to $5 tomorrow if a big contract (fema, sports league, state) is signed?
Im not sure how long it takes to go "not current" if fins arent filed, but tomorrow might be the last chance for many of us to buy shares if this ticker goes not current. Alot of brokers dont sell not currents. Cutting it kinda close huh
Thats what people said in the 06s. That it wont fall below 05
People have no faith that the financials will be good otherwise they would be slapping the ask. Low volume on a day that should have seen much more slapping
From reading the intention to file late form it clearly states that 10Q must be in by the 5th calender day of the following month. So do they have until the 5th or did someone from company say they filing today?
Its quicker cash to franchise the pods as opposed to operating and testing. The latter won't show profits until after vaccine is accessible to the masses
I bet Lamar and Alonzo own those 2 quiklabs going to Miami. $200k revenue
Is it possible security just saw it open for a bit for photo ops and testing friends and family still?
Busta menu is far from rolling out. If you go to the feast by busta website they are looking for restaurant partners, so it has been months now and you still cant order. The only place is prolly in the back kitchen of the blind pig. Will there ever be a partner? Nobody knows.
Consummated as in finalized. TPTW will be making monthly payments until satisfied. I forgot the exact monthly payment total, but it was something like $25k. Could be months, could be years to finalize and start the ball rolling on free innovaqor shares
The rural areas have a market for it. Most cities have monopolies selling their internet. You can only choose from 2 or 3 providers. They should mass market all rural areas imo
I hope they get a million people signing up. Why hasnt there been publicity about it? Dont you think if it was doing so well we would be seeing ads or chatter about it
Where is the revenue coming from. I haven't gotten an answer. A handful of people have been tested and no contracts for 5G. But plenty of money spent
False negatives. Get a hall pass 48 hours after becoming infected
Lol. 10 min after you wrote that it fell 8% lol. Its pennyland
False negatives if tested too soon. Say there is a game on sunday, fan gets the virus Thursday then gets tested same day or Friday......bam! They get a hall pass and infect hundreds of people at stadium. And by 5 min before game I meant that they come in contact with someone before the game and get sick but yea not contiguous yet
We should also take into consideration that getting tested too early after exposure will create false-negatives. So some of these people with "hall passes" tested 48 hours before a game could have been tested 1 to 3 days after being infected and the test result will show a negative
You will be ok with attending a game alongside 25k fans who were tested 48 hours before, most of which went to work, school, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping etc. during that 48 hour period?
Days before a game? An individual can get infected 5 minutes before they pull into an arena parking lot. Testing will have to be immediately before the game, and that will be problematic, since anyone getting tested at the arena will be exposed to the virus if they were in close proximity with a fan getting tested before the game as well who was positive but didnt know yet
Can someone explain the logistics of processing 25k people before games. Lab techs will have to process paperwork and notify patients for 25k people and still adhere to rigorous clia standards
Mass testing for arenas is not practical at this point. Can't test 20k+ people in 3 hours, heck not even in a week even with 20 pods outside the arena. And it is still very expensive. Insurance would consider that a luxury, and wont cover testing unless someone has symptoms or a reason to get tested because of contact tracing or medical related
I'm still waiting for the CEO to address how disinfectant mist will stop the spreading of the virus because of shedding. $30k per pod sounds a bit much just to take temperature which a $10 handheld temp gun can do with 10 people getting paid $9.50/ hr for 2 hours of work
What news? Schools are using $10 handheld thermometers to check temps. They don't trust kids going through a self administered temp check for $30k
Good catch, the wording in the 8k is vague. In layman terms, I read it as Opti's part of the deal was to secure and deliver the PPE for $2Billion total. So the cost of the PPE and delivery could be as high as 98%, in which Opti's "commission" would be 2% for their service. Sort of like a realtors commission. I am obviously making up numbers for the sake of discussion, but now intrigued of what the actual terms are
Yes, how else would iphone users be able to download the app?
Yea I don't think anyone knows the specifics behind those 17k subscribers and what they were actually subscribed to or which parties were involved other than us. We could have been a 3rd party commission based player bringing those 17k subscribers to an established internet provider.
That being said, I would get skeptical the moment thomas sci takes our products off their front page
I don't believe Thomas Sci would drop any company that fast especially since they have nothing to lose keeping the pods up for sale for months or years. They prolly just getting commission per sale, even if pods sit unsold for a long time
