No I am talking about actual short positions.. there are many many more than you think in OTC land.. hedge funds.. foreign scum etc . They use swaps and every other method to build short positions.. yes even in the OTC.. and in fact ESPECIALLY in the OTC. And you will never know how many are short either by the methods they use.
