Up 47% yesterday and up another 30% today. Market is down 452 points. I smell neeeeeewwwwsssss!!! From Koooooosss!
I believe this is a setup of what’s about to come. I believe Koos has waited years for this moment to happen and he will have enough cash on hand to take this company to new heights. Get it on the map as a leading Biotech company in Immunotherapy Cancer treatment Cancer cure 100-billion-dollar industry. Massive volume could have on the buy side either today or last day tomorrow. Just an opinion not advice
I always believe Dr. Koos has had a plan for some time now. This 1-1500 RS was not an overnight Quick. Hasty Reckless decision, It's been well thought out. He's not going to screw up after spending countless time, money and effort to get this company cleared of 3 million in debt, revive its patents, settle a lawsuit. And get them current. Ready for pre clinical.. He could have waited months but probably has a number of big things happening after the RS and 5 million comes in
We are the Number 1 searched stock on the Lion https://www.thelion.com/. Could FOMO be sinking in? Yes, I did buy more yesterday between .0014-.0016.
Great point! I remember when ONPH Skyrocketed to $50 a share on nothing compared to what RGBP has in place. The RGBP story blows away ONPH so it's possible we could see RGBP Skyrocket with certain news after RS.
I don't question at all that he has the 5 million lined up. There is no way I can see him doing this 1 for 1500 reverse split unless he had the 5 million in place. He does not have a history of reverse splits over the last number of years. He even said in the conference call does not want to do any reverses in the future. He's reversing himself he has not made the huge payday he could've made but now I think he has everything Lined up
Were the other 7 companies debt free and didn't need any cash infusion for 2 years? RGBP will have enough cash to get us to the next phase of financing which will be the non-dilutive phase- milestone payments-licensing.
Listen to RS CC Two weeks ago in how excited Harry Landers is at the 4-minute mark talking about the NF2R6.
Then listen to at the 23:00 mark. Koos says he has indications of interest from several entities that will fund the 5 million dollars. He is ready to move things rapidly after the money is raised. He doesn't want to raise too much just enough to not dilute the shareholders. He will personally invest in any type of financing that takes place. Looking to file an S1 post-RS that whatever it's priced at will be more shareholder-friendly than a convertible note.
What you're not understanding is that the reason why Koos is doing The reverse split is because he got offers for the 5 million conditional on the reverse split you're putting the cart before the horse. No reverse split no 5 million He was given a number of offers from what he said on the conference call indications of interest for the 5 million but he must reverse split the stock And have a certain share structure in place in order for a deal to be consummated .I'm a buyer at all levels when I get liquid. I have over 12 million shares average. 009 over the last few years not worried a bit. I'm patient and I see what the potential this company has. 5 million will take them to the promise land. Koos Has skin the game he is a shareholder just like us.Said hes going to invest in the financing not taking a salary working his a** off for 3 years. For what ? He could have sold two times at eight cents didn't why?
Nothing will change if you own 10 million shares or 5000 shares percentage are the Same. $1000 can be worth $20000 if stock goes up 2000%. This stock has already gone higher than that from trips to 8 cents 2 times on 1/4 of what they have now
Maybe sooner than we think. Remember Koo said his CC's The goal is to push the science forward as quickly as possible. The only thing that was stopping them was funding. Now they will have all the funding needed with no debt and enough science over last 10 years + the 5 million for preclinicals going foward to take them to Big Pharma land. After this RS we are one and done no need for anymore diltuitive financing.
Ha, but i was able to see your Emojis on my smartphone on IHUB. I got 100% agree! , a Hot Fire, and a Bull. We know what we have. I'm excited about the transformation this company will make on March 6 which sounds like to me Koos will have the 5 million in place unless its already in place Presplit.
I'm sure he's been working on this for a while. I love the fact that unlike other companies the 5 million can take us to the promised land without having to go to the markets for any further cash infusion.
This is why whatever the stock does post-split will not affect the company's cash position or ability to push the science over a 2-year period. At any given moment Big Pharma or a potential joint partner can step in early on in the game or risk missing out on what this company is in possession of.
After 5 million is in place. Here we will have a biotech company with $0 debt and 5 million in cash in preclinical not needing a dime to get some of their therapies through Phase 1 which can put them at billion or billions plus evaluation. I like the answers to my questions on the CC. 5 million use of proceeds and how long can that money will take them. 2 years is impressive. What people don't realize is when he said 2 years it doesn't mean the stock can't shoot up multiples within that time frame it means it's a 2-year plan where we don't have to worry about burning through cash and needing to dilute. He said after RS we are 1 and done that it! He doesn't want to dilute any further until the goals are met in the preclinical.
So what is this talk about dilution? No more dilution after the capital is raised. If the stock drops to pennies will it affect the company's ability to reach its 2-year goal? No.
Unlike most other companies that need to dilute because they need to constantly raise money.
I will continue to be a buyer when I have cash available over this 2-year period. My lowest stock price purchase was last week's 1 million shares at .0019 for over the past 2 1/2 years I have been involved in this company. Right now I am more excited than ever about their future. This is just an opinion. Not hyping or pumpin' just a believer in what is to come for RGBP.
It could be a prefixed agreed upon price before the Reverse Split. A Presplit deal that includes warrants to sweeten the deal. I've seen this happen before. For example they could price it between $3-$5 putting out 1 million-1,500,000 shares and $5.00 5 year warrants. So you have a preplit arrangement regardless of what stocks does after RS.Hence no dilution. No need for further capital for 2 years while building the value of this company to a billion dollar evaluation. They would have about 5- 6 million outstanding after split. Hopefully this is the Koos plan in the works.
When he came back? This is the strongest position the company's been in fundamentally and scientifically since its inception IMHO, aside from the stock price. But the stock price will take care of itself as science is pushed through and fundamentals Increase in value through all the clinical trials they will be proceeding with. So Sid? Why March 6? Why that particular date? Why is that the date he has slated for the RS? Why didn’t he sell when he had the opportunity when the stock went to 08 cents 2 times? Why hasn't he taken a salary? Why would he put all this time, money, and effort into settling a lawsuit, and reviving patents to bring the company current?
There's no payday for him unless there's a payday for shareholders. We're all in it together. And also why would Thomas Ichim and Harry Landers with very astute, credible backgrounds in the medical science community talk highly of RGBP and lend their names to this company?
So instead of replying with garble. Let's hear what your answers are if you have any credibility as an investor that knows what the word due diligence means.
I highly doubt that Koos would be doing a reverse split unless he had some Master plan behind it. He is not in dire need of cash his company does have a cash burn. Doesn't take a salary and he's been able to handle the expenses over the last few years. In the last 3 years he has Completely turned this company around Methodically and patiently. I'm confident that he has a A number of deals lined up after he he gets the 5 million . It makes absolutely no sense for him to do a 1 to 1500 reverse split without knowing Everything is in place. Why March 6? Why that particular date? must be a reason?
The RS provides the means by which money comes into the company. Without a RS No potential investors or banking groups will put money into this company. Listen to the conference call. He has a number of indications of interest but it's conditional on a RS 1-1500.
What usually happens is the reverse split works simultaneously with the financing in place first at a certain price. PreSplit. More than likely, they will strike a deal soon before march 6, probably with warrants attached to beef up the deal.
I believe It will be in place with a PR announcing the deal right before the RS. I've seen this happen a few times recently with certain companies.
Remember he has a number of investors that are interested he can leverage one over the other. With the billion-dollar potential of this, a biotech company in the cancer treatment/cure 100 billion dollar market with 0 debt with no cash burn for 2 years Is extremely attractive to early venture capital investors. After RS the whole dynamic will change with this company which can make the stock skyrocket.
Due to new investors' more credible exchanges. Let shorts try to short this on any given day this company can announce a partnership that will burn these shorts massively.
Remember this 5 million has the potential to take them to billions in evaluation. Koos said after the 4 million goes into research and INDs Phase 1 he will have the ability to bring in non-equity non-dilutive financing with milestone payments and licensing. The other 1 million he will have for operating expenses which can go far due to low cash burn.
Remember Koos had 2 opportunities to cash out for millions at .08 cents he never did. He is not taking a salary. He said publicly on CC he will personally be investing in the financing Why? This is a very unique once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in my honest opinion.
I listen to the CC and my questions were answered. 5 million will cover them without any further dilution or need for capital till Big pharma takes over. Enough capital for 2 years. Guess what? I believe not in 2 years but within 2 years starting from financing on any given day Big pharma can step in. I don't want to be without shares when that happens. I bought another 1 million shares this week and will keep buying when I get another cash infusion. I think big news at end of 1Q-2Q. Block out the noise.. Just My Opinion
Exactly He has no clue.No dilution for 2 years. Ceo said 5 million will be enough capital for 2 years till phase 1 when they are ready for a Big Pharma partnership. Who says Big Pharma wont step in sooner while they are in preclinical.Remember they own patents in a 100 Billon dollar industry. Koos May have a deal in place in sync with RS. .
Questions im sending in :
1) What is the Use of proceeds for the 5 million you are proposing to raise?
2) How long will 5 million keep the company afloat before you need to raise more capital?
3) What is the potential evaluation that 5 million can bridge this company to in your opinion? 1 billion? 3 billion? 5 billion?
5) Explain the 300k you paid your brother Brian and what it did for the company?
6) You hired a firm for 25k to evaluate the commercial value of RGPB's Portfolio of IP. What did that report show and is it available for shareholders?
7) Based on the conversations you have had with industry experts what type of evaluation can RGBP's IP have?
8)What is the status of this Eli Lilly collaboration agreement from this PR dated back in June of 2016?
https://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/127723/regen-biopharma-inc-announced-drug-discovery-agreement-with-eli-lilly-and-company-127723.html
9) Why did you leave the company for a period of time? Why did you come back?
10 Reverse splits have a very bad history of being shorted and sold off down to under a dollar back to pennies. How have you prepared to protect shareholders from this happening to us?
Short Squeeze coming!

Those on the sidelines IMHO will not have time to jump in. I believe out of nowhere this will hit pennies with no time to get in cheap. We are in the best position that this company has ever been in. Why is Koos on a PR campaign? Because everything is in place.
We are ready for the big-time-Clinical Trials for a possible cure for cancer; 12 years in the making with some of the top scientific people behind this.
Just a matter of time. Could be any day from here that some whales will take a huge position in this without news just on what they have now and forget about cheap shares anymore. JMHO
I have a small position in INND and a Large position in RGBP. I'm looking to Accumulate a big position In INND but have some questions:
1) Why doesn't the company have audited financials? Isn't that a requirement to get up-listed to a higher exchange?
2) Q2 showed. 3.7 million in Net profit but why do they only have $100,000 in cash?
3) Short- and Long-Term Liabilities are about 20 million which include: 7.6 million in accounts payable, 3.2 million in loans payable, 920k Notes payable, 1 million In Long Term loans payable, 993K derivative liability, approx. 7 million in other liabilities How long will it take to show cash flow positive on their balance sheet?
3 How high can this stock justifiably go with almost 8 billion shares outstanding? at $0.10 a share, it's almost an $800 million evaluation.
4) It seems like if the company really ramps up to a credible exchange, they will have to reverse split the stock at some point. Maybe after an R/S would be best to accumulate?
5) it looks like. Mark and Kim Moore. Less than 1% .009 % of the common shares outstanding. Should this be of concern? I do notice that they have 33% of the Series B preferred.
6) I'm impressed with how this company has positioned itself as a leader in the hearing aid market but also concerned about how will the company sustain this type of growth with a strong balance sheet playing catch-up on payables and loans.
7) EARGO went from a multibillion-dollar market cap constantly losing money to crashing and burning. How will INND strategy be different to prevent the same mistakes?
My Take on why Koos put out that Press release a week ago for the whole world to see. IMHO he has offers for either a B/O, or potential Joint ventures. Licensing, partnerships, or a merger. He wants to get the best offer out there and he boldly made statements for the whole world to see what this company is sitting on. Exposing the patent in a PR could bring in other bidders to come to the table to do business with Regen Biopharma. This man has kept quiet for months. Why now? and why this bold statement? When he is a man of very few subtle words? Just my take on things. This could be heating up real soon for a major blowout run.
Why did Koos release this news today? Why did he say “Will” enter Clinical Trials and not “planned” to?
“ the planned formulation that “will” enter clinical trials have been granted patent protection."
Timing of PR? Maybe No more notes or dilution hitting the market? Why "will" enter clinical trials? Possibly because The money is there? The partnership? All In place?
Protection of their patent was key before starting clinical trials: Immunotherapy of cancer represents a very large market which is currently being led by the class of drugs called "checkpoint inhibitors" and "CAR-T" cells. To date there is no mRNA immunotherapy available for treating cancer"
Since 2015 "We are proud of our collaborators and colleagues who have worked on our first issued survivin patent, which was filed in 2015, before the world realized the potency of modified-mRNA technology that was first successfully commercialized with the COVID-19 vaccines by Moderna and Pfizer "
Ichim is validating that the cancer patent Regen holds has value! That's big! especially after all the criticism that their patents don't have value.
Ichim Knows!
RGBP-Ichim-very positive Tweet on the Cancer Patent they own.
This could be a great collaborator for $RGBP since they work on survivin .....$RGBP has issued patent on mRNA vaccine to survivin on cancer.https://t.co/huT2wej8QA

As of April 7, 2022 the outstanding balance owed to Coventry is now $982,801.99. The face amount on the note was originally $1,500,000. This represents great progress on reducing debt off the balance sheet.
The current debt is $982,801.99 not 1.7 million. That's what matters now
How is this false information? When April 7th tweet is the most current information on the debt. The 1st quarter 10Q is only showing debt as of March 31st, 2022. It does not include the month of April which is financial information for the second quarter.

IMHO Notes are converting that's why the stock has pressure. Yes MM's maybe shorting but shorting against the notes possibly. When these MM's show up OTCX , PAUL & STXG the ask usually means paper/ Dilution is about to hit the market. Remember April 17th another $312k note is due. Hopefully, the market is absorbing and will continue to absorb this paper. I don't expect any news for a while till these notes are taken care of. Just an opinion of course.
Yes. Very Encouraging

Let's see. For Koos to go through nine months or more of filings, bringing the company up-to-date, reinstating patents, settling lawsuits, Putting out an 8K to prevent a hostile takeover, not taking a salary all has to be for a reason? On top of that to get $1.9 million worth of stock from ONPH. Where did that money come from? $1-2million is not small money to throw around in a penny stock biotech They must have seen some type of value in licensing it. Somebody was buying that stock at much higher levels knowing they had a licensing deal with Regen Biopharma. Yes, you could say there are bagholders but you could also say that of shareholders of Moderna buying the stock at $500 and dropped to $130s now just rebounding a bit at $165. Something else is going on behind the scenes with RGBP that you don't know and we don't know that could put this company in the forefront of cancer treatments and vaccines.
Best Regards

Wow!-Israeli Biotech company says it can revolutionize drug development
Tissue Dynamics Ltd., an Israeli biotechnology company, says it can cut drug development cost by 40% to 80% and the time required by 30% to 50%.
Developing a new drug and bringing it to market typically costs around $2.6 billion and takes about 12 years. Tissue Dynamics Ltd., an Israeli biotechnology company, says it can change all that.“This is massive. It means that you won’t need $3 billion to develop a drug; you will need several hundreds of millions of dollars to do it,” he said.
The technology, when completed, will transform the pharmaceutical world in two ways.
The first, he explained, is that small pharmaceutical companies will be able to develop and test medicines on their own.
