by "investors" you mean owners.
I got my votes for both my IRA and personal accounts yesterday. There was no blue card or white card. It was just a vote.
My TDAmeritrade proxy was the same. Board recommended "Against." I voted "For"
With the full understanding that a vote of FOR was contrary to AMRN's recommendation

Please add me to the list. Lost significant 6-figures (paper losses because I am hanging on for dear life)
matt
Well I want to say it waas genetic because it was literally all them (my father, his only brother, their father, uncles, grandfather… all of them.
Though, they also grew when everything was cooked in Crisco, they smoked and didn’t spend much time with their doctors. My lifestyle is much different although I have 7 siblings and none of them have significant CVD. I take good care of myself, so my numbers are the best in my family and I am the only one on V but only for about 4.5 years or so
Thank you. I just read up on all of that
What is an Hefh?
Total 128
LDL 78
HDL 43
Trigs 64
Im 59
How many of you have your CRP measured regularly?
Before Vascepa, mine was at at or below .3. Since Vascepa, it has been a steady .06. The results explanation tells me that a level below .1 carries with it a low chance of CVD. Given that all the men on my father’s side all passed from CVD or if they didn’t die from it, they still had massive heart attacks. I genuinely have no fear of following in their footsteps and I attribute a good amount of that to Vascepa.
Why on earth is this drug not being vigorously marketed in the US. This is criminal
Why… I oughtta… pow! :)
Oh no... please not that word! I now have a visceral, negative reaction every time I hear the word "robust"
Thank you for the thoughtful response. I still think I will get every dime of my money back and then some. Unfortunately it’s just a waiting game, which everyone is so sick of
Wont it require extensive clinical trials and years of development to do something like this? I am so over waiting
You don’t have the remotest clue of weather an agreement to settle was even an option during the case.
Or she just found a better job
Please just drop this idea. It is an idealistic, poorly misconceived waste of time
I’m a transactional guy so I know as much as the non-attorneys about the potential outcomes of the r-60 challenge; however, I did just see Marjac’s previous outcomes potential and now I get it
Marjac cannot reach a settlement with Hikma, et al because Marjac does not have power to bind the company.
The only real result possible from the rule 60 challenge is likely remand to the DU court.
For Marjac, is it possible to end up with a nullification of Du’s ruling and ordering a trial de novo with another judge or even another district?
I think you might be conflating burden with bourbon. Quite understandable hahah
We are every bit as greedy as anyone else. The only difference being the extent we are willing to go to screw other people
You’re right. These lawsuits and investigations are all hosesh*t. The are ultimately nothing burgers but countless people willl lose plenty of money as a result
They have nothing to lose, unfortunately. That’s why these firms do this. I remember at one point I used to look the firms up and would find all kinds of crap about how incompetent they are and/or were. There is just no shortage of trash out there
It would be very nice if a law firm would sue all of these a-holes for malicious prosecution and for degrading our investments
A legitimate Covid treatment or preventative has zero percent chance of not being blasted all over the planet on every medium in existence and you can bet your life it will be characterized as “fish oil prevents Covid death,” and every store shelf on the planet with EPA will be emptied in a split second
Your reply is interesting thank you. Consider other things though (if Prepare-it II pans out). EPA is already widely accepted as something that is anti-inflammatory. If P-II pans out, Bob the cop, Andre the barber and Lilly the unemployed lady aren’t going to their doctors. They’re going to Dollar Tree or the supermarket to buy fish oil or any other EPA they can find.
Interestingly, even if AMRN did not see a significant increase in sales from just the P-II results, the public would obliterate EPA supplies, essentially strangling Hikma and the other generic from access to supply. AMRN would get virtually all the CV sales of V, including for >500 trigs. We fortunately have our supply contracts
Wrench.
If AMRN comes out with super great news regarding the reduction of symptoms and/or hospitalizations/death, etc., because DHA isn’t an issue, how will not every single supplier of virtually every form, combination and permutation of EPA also be able to benefit directly from the trials/research?
How does AMRN distinguish itself and make it clear that only Vascepa is going to do the trick?
The brief takes no account whatsoever of the fact that intellectual property laws are being raped by those generics who want to do whatever the hell they want with the drug, even though the label may be very restrictive. The brief merely says that generics should have the right to use skinny labels and sell the drug for any and every purpose. They use *woe is the american public who has to pay higher prices for brand name drugs*
Stating a claim does not mean that a party has proven the claim in their favor, it merely means that there is enough in front of the judge to make her believe that there is a triable issue that should be given an opportunity to be proven in court. What is clear is that author of this brief is afraid that if this goes to court, their weak case will result in a loss.
The brief is an embarrassment to the generic industry

That makes complete sense.
Can a generic be written for off-label use?
Pretty amazing
I believe that excludes canker sores which form inside the mouth usually on the inside of the lips. Many food types can cause an outbreak including copious amounts of pineapple and other citrus fruits, chocolate, tomatoes and other foods.
The outbreak is caused by a breakdown of proteins in the mouth and that’s led on by these foods
I’m kind of just looking for anecdotal information to see if there’s a non-scientific connection to being on Vascepa and avoidance of Covid or at least a minimization of symptoms
Hah! I just tell myself that they are just paper losses and the share price will put at least all my money back in my pocket……………….

Eventually
Ive been on it a year longer than that and I can say the same thing. I havent been sick once
How many on this board who had been on Vascepa for at least several months contracted Covid and how bad were the symptoms?
I’m in central Florida. Please keep the wind blowing out of the north!
They have also discovered a new variant in Florida
You keep mixing getting the virus with being vaccinated or not and that had nothing to do with the original premise. I was explaining herd immunity. The mutations happen grotesquely more frequently in unvaccinated people than in vaccinated people. If everyone gets vaccinated, the virus can’t mutate like it can in unvaccinated people and it ultimately (but never totally) disappears. It will probably never disappear if millions of idiots don’t get vaccinated.
It’s just true that mutations happen with vastly less frequency in vaccinated people.
Rubella
Polio
Hepatitis B
Tetanus
Countless diseases disappeared because of vaccines. They stopped mutating because the host was too deadly to the disease (thank you vaccines).
I’m not going to respond to any more of this
I’m scratching my head trying to understand how you think it is my position that only unvaccinated people can spread the disease. Nowhere did I even imply anything of the sort. Nor did I say variants could only come from unvaccinated people. Am I being punked or something?
How does something so basically clear get so misinterpreted? Of course vaccinated people can spread the disease. It would be absolutely absurd to say they can’t. It’s even more absurd to say that I “obviously believe vaccinated people cant spread the disease.”
If the virus is on your dog, then your dog can spread the disease.
