I'll be damned!! Bruce really did update pinksheets info!! Speachless...
enough to make you sick isn't it ....Can't even stand to look anymore. MERRY CHRISTMAS BRUCE!!!!!!
Happy Thankgiving to all across the boarder!! Hoping everyone has much to be thankful for!
Cheers All,
Kim
Thanks for trying LARS.
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!......
LMAO!!!!
Ksw Industries was halted back in April 2007. Another stock Sparrow was tied to.
looks like kswindustries.com page.
He better!!!! PR is already overdue and I'm not pleased. All time lows with the sp and shareholders all waiting with baited breath for Bruce to pull a rabbit out of this yet. I guess we'll have to call and find out. I don't know what's up. Bruce has been true to his word with me so far....guess I should try and find out what's up...
Will try to give him a shout later this afternoon if time allows.
Cheers Lars,
Kim
Bruce and Samantha Thompson were the only shareholders.
Actually Oliver Creek is Bruce and his Daughter's start up company. They haven't done much with it yet nor do they have any incling to move OVCR forward until Mr. Thompson does what he set out to do withh PPTL. From what I understand it's on hold 'till he completes his commitments here. Hope this helps...
Cheers,
Kim
Actually I'm running interferance for my investment... I wonder why you haven't called Bruce. I do NOT need to defend myself to you. As far as Bruce goes.. take your accusations up with him. I hope you do..REALLY!!!! I have been posting on this board for a long time and found it invaluable when I first began looking into this stock with the information shared by people here at that time. Many have since moved on some have stayed. These boards are for sharing information and of course there will be some with a hidden agenda. I think we know what catagory you fall into. I am sorry you feel so slighted by this company but I don't see you making any effort to find out about your claimed investment. As that be the case it makes me wonder why you're really here!?!
Don't even go there !!! Your being very obvious now!!!!
Well folks... Apparently Mr. Thompson is working on filings for Pinksheets.com He hopes to have a PR out in a couple of weeks when he has something to say. Hopefully regarding financing. I only spoke with him briefly as that's all the time I had. Sorry Folks that I couldn't get answers to your questions but perhaps I will spend a little more time on this in the near future.
Greg... I fully appreciate your position on resigning as moderator but ask if you would reconsider. You have more than proven over the last few years your commitment to seeing your investment through and I know that at times you too have been frustrated & ready to throw in the towel. You, regardless of your feelings, have tried to remain positive and helped many people on this board by sharing your DD. You have demonstrated that you are open to all points of view expressed here but have no tolerance for lies and half truths. Instead you have chosen to focus on actual facts gained through the sharing of information and research amongst this community of investors. I believe that you have done a good job and would like to see you take back the position of moderator here.
.....A$$ can always be put on ignore.
Cheers!
Kim
A4...
Do you really believe the rubbish you're posting?
If you want out~ then get out. If you want to speak with Bruce~ then call him! As you claim to be so good at research it surprises me to no end that you haven't been able to find his other contact information. I am by no means the investigator that you claim to be but I did not find it all so difficult.
Then again perhaps you really don't wish to contact Bruce... Your real name isn't Jason is it?
That would explain a few things! lol
Thanks for the photo TB !
Happy 4th of July to all the board members residing in the beautiful USA..Have a safe and happy long weekend!
Kim

Dear Sir/Madame,
Financial statements are not required to be filed by pink sheet companies from what I understand. Please do contact the OSC if you feel any wrong has taken place. A legitimate company should not fear any querry that the the OSC may make. As far as the cheap shots you have taken upon the members of this board is completely unjustified. No member of this open forum has any close connections with the company from what I can gather and the mud slinging is childish to say the very least. If you would like to speak with Bruce you could do a LITTLE DD and quite easily remedy the problem you seem to find so troubling. You have it wrong when you claim that Greg is " running interference" for PPTL. He is an investor in this like the rest of us and is attacked for staying calm while some look to go on a witch hunt. Pink sheet companies are risky buisiness and being irrational can only cost you in the long run. From this point on if you so need to take cheap shots at someone here take them at me instead 'cause I really don't give a rats behind...
Take care and good luck to you...
Kim
The funding he expected didn't come with acceptable terms from what I understand so he's looking at some other proposals which put us back to square 1. I'm not expecting anything for another month or so. I wish it would be sooner but what can we do. I would rather wait for a good deal than have Bruce jump at an offer that wouldn't be in our best interest. The oil and gas aren't going anywhere and though he may be eager to get this going to market with prices of oil and gas so high, I for one am glad he's reading the fine print on the proposals. I hope I'm wrong and a acceptable offer comes sooner. I do know that since Habanero/Micron BS, Bruce is going to be very sure he knows who he's dealing with from now on.
Just a little info on why the lawsuit. Killing time while we wait for the funding. There seems to be some shareholders here now that are unfamilliar with the how and why it came about. I dug it up in case anyone is interested...For what it's worth.
Here's how Habanero/Micron played the game...
~~Micron's Part:
In February 2006, we entered into a participation agreement with Premium
Petroleum Inc., whereby we received a 5% working interest before and a 3%
working interest after payout in the Boyne Lake Project, located in Boyne Lake,
Alberta, Canada. During the year ended December 31, 2006, we paid $38,940 for
our share of the costs of the test well. The well was successfully drilled and
cased and has been declared on "Tight-Hole Status." We were informed by the
operator that the well commenced production during the year ended December 31,
2006, and was producing approximately 150,000 cf/day of gas from the Viking
zone, however we have not received any revenue reports and we do not expect to
receive any material revenue from this well.
In May 2006, we entered into a second acquisition agreement with Premium
Petroleum Inc. to acquire drilling and production rights to other depths on the
Boyne Lake Prospect for $7,508.

~~Non Sanctioned PR while on Tight Hole status #'s are preliminary from first test and not accurate!! But Jason didn't know what they were only that it made for a PR to raise his SP so he could sell more of his stock( His Game)imo
Habanero Resources Inc. has been informed by the operator that the Boyne Lake Prospect has encountered gas and tested for three hours with total gas flared .552 103m3 and final gas rate of 3.919 103m3/d (final production levels may vary from this number). The well is now shut in for buildup and it is expected to be tied in for sales by September. Habanero has a 20% working interest in this prospect.
Alberta, Canada – In February 2006, the Company entered into a participation agreement with Premium Petroleum Inc. to acquire a 5% working interest for $30,600 CDN (approximately $26,280 USD at December 31, 2005) in an oil and gas property located in Alberta, Canada. The well was successfully drilled and cased and has been declared on “Tight-Hole Status.” In May 2006, the Company entered into an additional agreement with Premium to acquire drilling and production rights to other depths on the Boyne Lake Prospect. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company sold its interests in this project to a related party.
~~Micron's Game: shuffling
On November 27, 2007, we sold our interests in all of our non-oilsands prospects to Giddy Up for $250,000. ( Jason Giggliotti/ Bradly RUDAMEN) AKA~ Habanero)

Apparently Bruce hadn't intended to sit on the BOD for Park Place for any length of time. It was a favour for a friend from what I understand and was meant to be short term.
Funding is a difficult thing. Being a start-up company doesn't afford for the best terms. I wouldn't want Bruce to settle for any financing deal that would give away the farm ~ so to speak. The oil and gas are sitting in the ground and it's not going anywhere, everything is ready to go & and oil prices aren't coming down so I guess we can afford to wait for favourable terms for the financing. The SP stinks but only if you're selling I guess. I don't think there's any shortage of places to get the $$ but I'm sure he would like to get the deal done so as not to cost an arm and a leg. This waiting will probably benefit us all in the long run IMO. I've waited this "long"..
Cheers,
Kim
Don't know what happened with Park Place. I'm just hoping that now he'll maybe start focusing on Premium.. and perhaps find a little time for a damn PR.
