"By the way, they've already doubled the amount of outstanding shares since the reverse split. This latest shelf will increase that to a triple at current prices."
Agree player, they consolidated shares to stay listed, then soon to triple the shares at current prices (with shares around a buck, pre split price).
We all hope for something great to come with the new shelf.
good job dca
Do you think village farms would be willing to merge with ACB?
Leopard, player, John thanks for checking in.
What would the price be of ACB today if it did not do the reverse
split?
Price no volume yes.
Why are you calling the facts of the matter, rumors, besides looking for a clever way to make a dig on the folks who bought into this?
A rumor would be the Coke deal, for example. I guess you made your point, in your own way, to the three or so people left posting on this board.
i don't recall any of the rumors ever being true.
thanks for the report weedisgreen.
Yeah, silver lining, but at what cost?
APHA/ACB discussions still rumbling....
Weedisgreen,
I reached out to the company directly and I received this response.
"We get our CBD from licensed and audited US growers and Processors. Currently the federal regs do not allow Canadian cannabinoids to come across the border. Any questions let me know."
Best,
Miguel
This note was from the father of Miguel Martin, the fellow who's the CEO of Reliva.
ACB can't use their Canadian CBD for Reliva products sold in U.S.
Just an FYI.
I agree funman. Who wants simple Simon at the helm of ACB? We already dealt with our own imbecile. There is no slop left in the ACB food trough, just a scrap or two.
Thanks for info and assessment TQE.
Someone on yahoo posted "Tyler is living in 4 million dollar mansion on lake okanagan, helicopter and 150K boat hanging out back."
Can anyone here verify this as fact?
Anyone can give a lofty share price prediction, like this latest one of
6.50. Give me a break.
Selling by Terry Booth coming to an end.. cue Charton Heston parting the red sea as Moses....
Leopard, cmon...
Valens has set their business up very well, continuing to look for international opportunities while fostering current partners. I don't think its extraction capacities can be matched.

I miss all your debates with Chicago Paul.
He would agree, and then some.
LOL
ACB knew Booth was out, should have had someone waiting in the wings...or after the split. ACB doesn't understand how to capitalize on momentum.
Must be a tougher sell than they thought.
(realizing most LP's are down today, just sayin'...)
Excellent research player 1234.
Much appreciated.
No, this junk is not climbing out of its hole.
This stock is .07 cents, that's unacceptable, management needs to go.
I thought AUSA was our entry in U.S.
Guess not!
Peltz is a godsend because......?
Oh that's right, his son will be the new CEO of ACB.
Got it.
Chicago Paul, what is your opinion on the recent price movement on ACB?
The headline that never was....
"ACB announces new CEO as stock splits"
Totally clueless.
"He got bamboozled by battley and booth. A couple of shysters played him like a mark."
How did he get bamboozled, he didn't lose a dime with ACB?
Perhaps his pride got bamboozled, if that's what you mean.
How much time do we really think Nelson put into this effort?
Thanks for the salary info, weedisgreen.
MDLZ has two billion on the sidelines.
Wish they'd cut to the chase and get 'er done.
Big mistake if ACB playing hard to get ... like before.
We all see how that turned out.
On line sales will now tell the tale with the retail shutdown.
"Then after Cannabis is taken off of Schedule 1 - then the USA can start IMPORTING Cannabis from Canada (like Whiskey) - but with Trump TARIFFS of course."
CP- Why in the world would the USA import cannabis from Canada, with a hefty Trump tariff, when we already have a glut of weed in the U.S., which will more than supply the U.S.'s demands?
It may be "fun" to grow weed, but it's a lot easier if you have a plot of land or a garden (hidden if in non-legal area) vs. a grow tent in your closet or garage. There's some trial, error, expense and knowledge in the process of setting up and growing decent cannabis, vs. throwing a tomato seed into the ground. Most wouldn't do it in non legal rec areas, too much risk, great if you're able to, though.
Also, let's retire the "long longs" moniker.
ACB investors are here for a pro and con dialogue, spare the insults. We all get it that prior management made some serious errors in judgement, along with Canada's government. Time to turn the page and move forward.
More like Terry out, Singer in, JMHO
JP 68
I stand corrected. I meant $165 an ounce.
Black market weed is cheap in Fla, you can get high quality bud for $165 a pound. Even if U.S. goes fed legal, why would Canada pay our import tax (unknown amount at this point) to ship their weed here if we have plenty of our own to go around? Never understood the argument that when the U.S. goes fed legal it will benefit Canadian LP's like ACB.
Reminder, most of the class actions against ACB are from trades in a very narrow window, after last earnings. If you purchased before, or when ACB was not listed on NYSE, don't bother.
"ACB's Management has been awful quite since Cam left."
And they weren't before he left?
The SP has gone up since Cam left.
Let's see who takes the lead at the next earnings conference call.
Comical to say that folks, especially over 70, from Germany, Poland, etc. who live in Chicago are going to give up their Old Style for a joint. I get it that lots of people are going to be smoking rec legal weed now, but spare me the "everybody is giving up drinking" their Luksusowa or Bud light at Wrigley.
Fricking hilarious.
