So, close to 100,000,000 shares within a multi billion dollar electric (everything) industry. CEO talking big in interviews. Stock price sitting in waiting. $8,000,000 equity financing. This sp should move north; especially with CEO statements. Time to let the horse run!
It has dropped a measly .54 since the sp high before that announcement. It is not in the announcement itself, but in the why the regulators were contacted (a short seller?) or someone who wants in at a lower price? Or both hahaha? Measly pennies (pun intended) when looking at the billion (multi-millions) of dollars the electric/battery efficiency market might contain IMO. All of this has been seen before. It is the wonderful world of horse racing that we CHOOSE to be apart of.
Yes, very weird to see the email. Very weird to hear CEO comment on sp. As far as material news, the partnerships (5 out of potentially 8) and actually the whole “exro is” statement within the email itself (not to mention their website) is exactly why the valuation is increasing (imo) BECAUSE it can be seen as undervalued to its full potential. It is the qualitative and not necessarily the quantitative that is the essence of speculation.
thinking that really could be a great green day indeed
Great Mention of gum as a CBD vehicle in a NEWSWEEK Article from August - IMO, as soon as US federal CBD guidelines are inplace for dietary supplements (AXIM Gum), we head north. On another front, AXIM Quarterly earnings report ended Sept. 30th out a few days ago, I wonder if our gum fda equivalent clinical trial is underway yet since Sept. 30th? As we wait, here is the link NEWSWEEK article: https://www.newsweek.com/2019/09/06/cbd-oil-miracle-drug-science-1456629.html?amp=1
Lets go AXIM! It’s go time! “AXIM’s flagship product, MedChew® with dronabinol, is planned to undergo a bioequivalence study in the near future to fast track through FDA as an alternative to approved Marinol.”
Difference is they are the Wolves...Wolves are great pack and family members...Wolves are respected by many for their attributes...
Wondering if cannabinoid gingivitis trial mentioned is the AXIM products. Should hear something by year end along with the bio equivalence study outcomes along with possible US CBD fda framework for dietary supplements (and everything else). https://impression.healthcare/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Australia-on-a-high-in-cannabinoid-research-The-Australian-972019.pdf
Yes it was. On patent news.IMO, now, they are at a place where AXIM patents will finally capitalize on where the industry is/ and going as far as cannabinoids (cbd, cbg) are embraced/regulated and given more accurate market valuations to those companies with pharmaceutical grade, GMP certified production/quality assurance processes and products that are market ready.
Australian cbg mouthwash’s clinical trials, fda cbd guidelines soon to be released, US hemp operations to support demand for AXIM products, fda dea relaxing medical marijuana research (cannabinoids) AND dronabinol bio equivalence clinical trials in the works - imo great times ahead
Not sure about link - type CBG into Forbes search and the article will come up
AXIM CBG focus mentioned in 9/11/19 Forbes article - https://www.forbes.com/sites/janellelassalle/2019/09/11/why-cbg-cannabigerol-expensive
It’s the audience which has changed. Its not the spiel, which hasn’t wavered as you correctly stated. Rather, it is the beginning (the moments) of enlightenment into the reality of cutting edge science.
Writing on the wall says Inmed is participating next month in a cannabinoid derived pharmaceutical event in Boston, MA
That would really suck since EA has millions in options and recently purchased 100k more in the open market!!
International Cannabinoid Conference link: https://international-cdp.com/
Axim speaking at international cannabinoid event in Boston during Sept: https://lookaside.fbsbx.com/file/2nd_Annual_Cannabinoid_Derived_Pharmaceuticals_Summit_Full_Event_Guide.pdf?token=AWx4cMYZZED74EgioTlbwP_iQZJOZNg-AbjhzGgQwiyFs7wEjUopMtv-z74l4ILnBT3dWyNLoBwCcVqVBFIQ_i9t-88S1zQ1kPoFiWt-kigFwkWt9K1TU2goDmKFksPxsvnn5M-8BgB3RL-jVjtyw115
Hahaha - the order was in April and it’s in the news section above us in need section
Thanks JFXL2, I believe the Kannaway CBD gum order was for an initial 7500 boxes and then a reorder for 7500 additional boxes of CBD gum occurred in May. I am talking about the 50,000 boxes of CBD gum order in May too (part of a 300,000 yearly order for exclusive rights agreement or something to that effect).
As US states attempt, through their respective Congress’ , to free CBD in foods while the FDA is figuring out regulations for the same, AXIM with their significant science background and manufacturing supply chain should have little problem with their products because of data driven dosage and safe CBD levels. Who did they sell all that CBD US (exclusivity clause of 300k boxes if I recall correctly) gum too?
Thank you Patrick1979 - Great May 15th Presentation!! Actually answered my earlier post. Looks like around mid September bio equivalence trials begin through end of 2019 where bio equivalence results will available. Also, chewing gum delivery system was highlighted (heard Tiger Woods reference: Tiger chewing gum during Masters) and is very exciting. Also, thought the nicotine (help stop smoking) gum with cbd to offset anxiety experienced by many as they quit smoking was a great concept (and potentially partnering with existing cessation (stop smoking) manufactures regarding Axim cannabinoid patents/licensing. Excited about the toothpaste coming onboard in 3rd qtr and the use of current gum distributor distribution channels.
CBD Toothpaste Launch Date?!Axim should be beginning the bio equivalence trial for their Medchew with Dronabinol soon?! IMO, given the share count, we could be off to the races once trials are officially underway. Again, repeat CBD gum order is a great thing (especially after approximately 2 months).
Refill order after 2 months!! That is a great indication!!
Now, chewing gum for anxiety relief was something that did not occur to me. You are right, that could be huge once those two are linked together with Axim encapsulated chewing gum. Maybe Wrigley Jr. or whomever bought the Wrigley gum empire would want to license technology for their products too? Or buy us out lol
Garbage is a $70 BILLION industry.
It is time to become the great company you are and to seize on the opportunity before you. Get some real partners for your roll outs and leave this online sales direct until later through your “retail partners website”. Also, file all your paperwork on time. Lots of us out here who believe in you!!
“When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is strange with its twists and turns
As every one of us sometimes learns
And many a failure comes about
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up though the pace seems slow—
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out—
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell just how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit—
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.”
So, being Aril Fools Day, what you are actually saying is: “Another productive day on this great gem. Ecstatic....Ecstatic.....Ecstatic....”
Axim should be beginning the bio equivalence trial for their Medchew with Dronabinol soon? I know they are working on a CBD toothpaste too. What about Axim contacting Walgreens and CVS for supplying those stores with products (cbd toothpaste and cbd gum)!? Time is ripe; especially with patents and major retailers coming onboard.
Right on with your long term hold. i really believe we are early on the industry itself.period. i do not believe that others even realize the total impact cannabanoids will have on many different industries. It will be huge! I have read many, many articles and it seems that the general public (at least in the US), are still thinking UC Berkeley ability to create cannabinoids in yeast is a bombshell. We are early investors in a major shift in our reality. Reminds me of DOS and Microsoft Windows. Windows changed everything. I have also thought why we have not been approached. Maybe no hostile takeover can occur because no one is releasing their shares to market? Maybe since we have a runway financially of two years and no need for a massive financial placement, they (purchasers) are not in position. Maybe they are unable to price the value of future cash flows because industry is so new (this may very well be the reason!). As banking laws change (in the US for debt takeovers), we finalize our commercial scaleup in Canada and secure our vector ecoli patent, we will be off to the fffiiinnggggg races. All i can say, it is very exciting to be in this company at this time while we await the correct valuation.
Bye bye Pete Sessions of Texas too
From WEED NEWS, “One of Congress’ most powerful and vocal marijuana prohibitionists, Republican Pete Sessions of Texas, failed in his re-election bid for Texas’ 32nd Congressional District. Sessions was defeated by Democratic challenger Colin Allred.
Representative Sessions used his position as Chairman of the House Rules Committee to block House floor members from voting on over three-dozen marijuana-related amendments during his leadership tenure. His actions single-handedly killed a number of popular, bipartisan-led reforms — such as facilitating medical cannabis access to military veterans and amending federal banking laws so that licensed marijuana businesses are treated like other legal industries.
“Representative Pete Sessions was the single greatest impediment in the US House to the passage of common-sense, voter-supported marijuana law reform measures,” NORML Political Director Justin Strekal said. “His departure opens the door for the possibility of House lawmakers in 2019 enacting a number of significant, NORML-endorsed policy changes.”
Supreme is far, far undervalued. Period. The deals they have in place. I would not be surprised about a Starbucks announcement in the coming future. If Supreme shows they can demand a premium price for their high quality weed from 7 acres, their pps will explode higher. Sounds a lot like a well known commodity sold at a huge premium to cost at a storefront in Pike Place Market, Seattle, WA.
Has Inmed ever mentioned pancreatic cancer in its presentations or actually anytime? I cannot recall this acknowledgment or suggestion of this condition in their application of their (Inmed) assets at anytime. It seems very interesting that they are included as a major player in this medical condition space. This article/industry sales pitch looks to be a month old. Found it on another message board.

Summer Interns. School almost in session. Time to let the professionals take over again. See you on the flip side.
They are on yahoo finance conversation board LOL
Shaking the tree, buying. sifting out the footsteps like they were never there by painting here and there. not on radar by quantative search. great trades ahead once the arena players turn the lights on for the season.
IMO - Hemp Farming Bill passage in next couple months will cause entire business to change as more participants enter market with banking leverage earnestly available. TURV has greenhouse 1 that is separated into two grow operations (both which could be filled with a better financed operation). Greenhouse 2 should be able to secure loan based on cash going forward from greenhouse 1. These lawsuits need to be resolved. There is too much money at stake for all parties and the hemp landscape in the US is about to hit a feverish pitch. These people need to put there egos aside and focus on being in the sweet spot as it unfolds.
Look at 4:33 in video with CEO on midas Letter
Sterling Compassion CA asset? Wondering why this purchase isn't receiving larger attention as it is located in the 6th largest economy in the world? It is not shown on their website or AGTK presentations but I believe it may be mentioned on all AGTK news releases: "...has licenses with permitted facilities in California approved for cultivation as well as manufacturing capabilities"
