530K shares on the bid at .12
CVSI Market Cap: 16.82 M
CWBHF Market Cap: 216 M
The Market Cap of Charlotte's Web is about 13 times CVSI's right now. Last time the CW market cap with 14x CVSI, CVSI went up 150%. After that run, CW was just 4x the CVSI market cap. Since that point CVSI has sold off and CW has had a about a 40% run up. We maybe primed for another run especially if the current CW price holds up.
There was a bid at .14 for 200,000 shares. Wasn't getting filled so it looks like they moved it up to .144. Pretty big bid considering the volume is only 17K after 2 hours of trading. Someone's eager to accumulate.
CVSI Market Cap: 11.5 M
CWBHF Market Cap: 161.3 M
I don't think CW should be worth 14 times CVSI. The drug development division alone would justify a 11 M market cap. Seems like the bottom should we in about here.
I didn't realize Von was apart of Albertsons. Not sure on the products. I'm sure it's just topical products. I just noticed these store on the PlusCBD store locator on their website.
CV is doing pretty good with distribution. They're now in Vons , Publix, and Safeway / Albertsons. These seem like relatively new wins. At this point they're pretty much in all major grocery store chains.
PlusCBD isn't doing very well with their social media accounts.

Maybe it will get filled. A couple of large sells and almost half the shares are gone.
Saw 200,000 shares on the bid at .46 and then got moved to .47 cents after it wan't filled.
Last quarter B2C sales were 51.2% of total quarterly sales, which comes out to 12.85 M. I'm assuming that's almost all online sales? Online traffic last quarter was up slightly from web traffic Q3. This should result in a higher B2C sales in Q4 unless prices have come down.
How many additional stores did CW enter in Q4? Any ideas? If they didn't enter many additional stores I think it maybe hard to get over the 25.1 M again this quarter, although I think it will be close. Most of the stores are selling topicals only, which we all know don't sell as well as ingestibles. Topicals are about 15% of the CBD sales for stores that sell both topical and ingestible products. CW makes the most money when they fill the first order for new stores and there may not have been many this quarter.
Products could be manufactured already. If you look at the manufactured date on the grapefruit body location they were manufactured as early April but not in stores until November.

RSB15 for 15% off. Try that
What's time is the CVSI-007 appeal tomorrow? Where will it happen?
Looks like over 100 items on the agenda for Friday and only 11 say 'Urgency' and AB 228 is one of them.
Google CBD wholesale. PlusCBD is the first result. This search brings in 3% of the traffic to PlusCBD's website according to SemRush.

PlusCBD uses the gold formula in their gummies and they wanted their GRAS status in hand before launching their gummies to give consumers like you peace of mind. And I'm sure many others like you want to make sure they're taking a safe product with the No-Observed Adverse-Effect Level (NOAEL) determined. I hope other companies with gummies products will go through the same toxicological work.
"Tomc says CV Sciences wanted to have this GRAS self-determination in hand before the company launched its new hemp CBD gummy product this September, a product the company calls “the first hemp-derived CBD gummy in the natural products space.”

Look at slide two. The difference between hemp and marijuana isn't the percent of THC.

The USDA cares about the hemp strains, otherwise people will grown low THC marijuana plants. This goes against the intent of the farm bill. USDA will likely follow the European model and only allow certain strains to be grown.
CV is using Fedora 17 and Futura 75 hemp strains. They will be growing the same exact stains in the US. These are the same stains that have been grown by Manitoba Harvest for years. Everything is the same but the location of where it's grown.
Map doesn't even include the 24 Hour Fitness locations. Also Ralphs will be selling the CBD as soon the new bill is passed. They are owned by Kroger, but also in an internal news letter in the last month Ralphs said they were considering selling CBD.
About $2k worth of product here. What percent of the retail price do you think Kroger pays to CV?

Wow can't get much more screen time than this in these two videos haha. They couldn't take the cameras off the PlusCBD products

Tomc interview on KPBS.
You're right, every CBD manufacturer needs to determine the No-Observed Adverse-Effect Level (NOAEL) of their product and PlusCBD was the first to in the industry to determine the NOAEL of their product. PlusCBD is Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS)

Thanks for the information! Look forward to see the PR!
I heard rumors of a label change, are they going to keep PlusCBD? They aren't going go something like PlusHemp are they?
Just a year and 3 months ago I a dream this hit 99 cents (it was 40 cents at that time). Now people are complaining about this being at $4? This is a great stock and and even more amazing company.

Closer to 5,000 stores now
Here's what we'd added this quarter:
250 sprouts
300 24 Hour Fitness
99 Weagmans
25 Natural Grocers
945 Kroger
25 Dierbergs
Plus other Misc independent stores
Kroger maybe different for CBD because from what I heard they have a display just for the CBD products and it will be by the pharmacy. Once pharmacy closes they will put it away so we won't be taking up traditional shelf space, plus everyone knows this stuff is going to sell like crazy.
Some major retailers require that you pay just to be on their shelves and some you don't get paid until the product is sold. You should see if we have that arrangement with any retails like CVS or do we get paid upfront?
Products will not be sold in Ohio yet.
Here's the Kroger stores. Which 17 states?
California - 321 food stores, 93 convenience stores
Ohio - 213 food stores, 16 convenience stores
Texas - 209 food stores
Georgia - 173 food stores
North Carolina - 159 food stores
Indiana - 150 food stores, 3 convenience stores
Colorado - 143 food stores, 97 convenience stores
Michigan - 129 food stores
Arizona - 123 food stores
Washington - 119 food stores
Tennessee - 118 food stores, 5 convenience stores
Kentucky - 114 food stores
Virginia - 106 food stores
Kansas - 64 food stores, 74 convenience stores
Illinois - 63 food stores
Oregon - 56 food stores
Utah - 51 food stores
Nevada - 43 food stores and 7 convenience stores
West Virginia - 41 food stores
South Carolina - 35 food stores
Arkansas - 32 food stores
Mississippi - 31 food stores
New Mexico - 25 food stores and 1 convenience store
Idaho - 15 food stores
Missouri - 15 food stores
Alaska - 11 food stores
Nebraska - 11 food stores and 36 convenience stores
Wyoming - 9 food stores
Louisiana - 8 food stores
Montana - 4 food stores and 8 convenience stores
Joe mentioned that pharmacies usually have the most respect for GRAS status. Then why did we miss out on Walgreens and Rite Aid accounts? And we have the smallest shelf space at CVS. Plus Safeway, which is a grocery store, only has it's CBD in the pharmacy and they only carry Charlotte's Web. The biggest pharmacy we've landed has been Pharmaca, but that was expected because Tomc is buddies with the founder plus they carry just about every popular CBD brand.
Talked to someone in the Drug GM department at Kroger today at a store in Michigan. Confirmed PlusCBD and Charlotte's Web will be sold there. PlusCBD Balms and roll-ons.
Plus Anavii Market sells CBD pet products. All this indicating CV is entering the pet CBD market?
