Well their coffers are full and they apparently plan on increasing the actual size of the company.
Emphasis on R&D
Attempting to hire Sr. Sales and Jr. Sales positions before the proof of concept, pipeline in the works?
Yeah I'm not sure when that closing announcement will come at this point. There must be a reason they went dark about it.
If my timeline is correct they put out all those job ads just a week or two before the proof of concept.
So if that's the case it would lead one to believe something was already in the works before the POC ever happened.
Need more buy pressure, and with some news this would run. The key, in my opinion, is that no one is selling right now. That much is very clear.
On 2 different message boards the total watchers has doubled over the past month.

I read that as a jab as well, "proof of concept gizmo". There's no need to say that unless you didn't like the test results of said gizmo and feel threatened by it.
Not sure if it has any merit but I found that Edgewater put out several job ads on LinkedIn, all posted at the exact same time 3 months ago.
- RF / IC designer engineer
- Senior RF / IC designer engineer
- Vice president business development OEM/ODM products licensing
- Wifi radio firmware engineer
- Senior Sales engineer
- Senior wifi application engineer
- RF technologist
- Jr. Sales engineer
- Project assistant
According to LinkedIn there are 11-50 employees at Edgewater. These positions were all filled that would expand the company workforce somewhere between 20 and 45 percent.
Do you think they are stalling or something else?
Yesterday there were some decent nibbles though, someone got in above .12
Between now and whenever we get news there will be tons of manipulation. You can literally watch level 2 all day and see the shares being sold are not even on the ask.
Dangerously think on the ask, any news and this should have legs.
Well almost the whole market was red today and yet KPIFF has ticked up the past 2 days.
I think there are more people watching this than anyone thinks imo.
That's why I'm thinking buyout over any other option. They can't even mass produce anything in the near future due to the shortages of needed components.
With the current silicon/chip shortage I think partnership or buyout would be most likely imo.
The moment a tier 1 says we need that patent it's over.
Market maker algorithms are still annoyingly keeping this down today imo, while the rest of the market is green.
Interest may have dropped a little but judging by the trades over the past few days no actual people are selling imo. The same shares have been sitting on the ask each day.
Also wondering if the tranches are done after that big one went through yesterday.

Edgewater is noted as a key player in this $2800.00 forecast report
Market makers still selling below ask, hopefully they ease up soon.
Well I'm loading up either way, I'm halfway across the world from Canada and I heard about EW through a local market forecasting group. So obviously their name and tech is well known.
But you're right, they need good pub and to make a deal. Any deal. Just to prove they're in the mix and not on the outside with nifty fringe tech looking in.
I think this has potential to be a disruptor if it takes off.

I know what you mean about the updates. It's hard to tell if that is purposeful or not.
Part of me wants to believe there is an nda active since the poc was a hit coupled with raising new funds. But who knows in pennyland.
Price is holding well even with a mild rinse going on. Can't wait to see where this is EOY.

"nothing is one size fits all"
"Overall, we’re at the cusp of a new era of intelligent ubiquitous high-speed networks for all, whether it’s urban, suburban, or rural."
nice jump with no news, combined with a couple $100k of insider buying. Me thinks something big is coming in the next few months.

From last October but it does reference eero and slicing.

Does anyone know what's going on with the eero and mediacom deal? It literally says spectrum slicing right on eero's website but no mention of Edgewater or its' tech.
On mediacom's website it says eero's product will be available next month.
Did Edgewater get beat out somehow or are they behind the scenes? I also thought they were rebranding their tech as "Aero"?
Massive sell off today
What's the key?
Looks like it may have bounced off the bottom this morning
IGEN overdue for news
Some serious consolidation going on here
looks likes there's several arranged or negotiated trades this morning, dilution still rampant.
Here's a list of OPT's competitors, do you think they are ahead or behind the competition?

They also had to pay for the power point to be announced. What a waste of time and money.
Powerpoint looks like it was made by a middleschooler.

The orchestrated pumping across multiple platforms tells me that they aren't close to being done diluting yet.
No contracts
Fluff pr's
Dilution
Organized pumping
Multiple reverse splits
Doubled the OS structure this year alone
But yet the CEO takes his 750k salary.
I like the product but firmly believe it fell behind the competition due to poor or intential mismanagement for personal gain.
The only one making money with OPT is the CEO. That's a problem.
Looks like CEO still wants his fat salary during a pandemic, more shares being diluted yesterday and today.
Consistent share dilution almost every market open. Hopefully they get a nice sized contract soon.
Lots of players will be shifting to green energy for long plays to recoup over the next few years.
Navy has been leasing a power buoy for over a year.
Italian Oil and gas company has been using an AUV for over a year with zero problems and 100% maintenance free operation. (also proved buoy will work in low energy/wave seas)
Taiwan is in line for the next gen buoys
OPT tapped for Adriatic sea set-up that they are having to work together "multiple" buoys.
With this geopolitical climate, a 100% self contained recon buoy/auv charger is no longer a luxury but a necessity.
17 million shares now outstanding
This should be at $20 within the next 6 months imo.
Just based on the contracts and revenues they have coming up.
