required loads of averaging down to break even. get out now while you are up, if you are really up. won't hold this pace without an actual product. cannot maintain this value on buzzword hype alone
Do they own a shroom manufacturing company, or is it still just a newsletter?
Still watching and wondering what the product for this company is...
It has been fun, but it is getting old, and I'm over this scam...
All the money in the world isn't gonna help them from what is coming...
pfft... this is totally manipulated... the manipulators will keep it steady, and even increase the volume little by little to lure hopefuls into jumping in, if that doesn't work, they will even run it up a little bit to get sheeple to jump in, and when the sheep take the bait, the manipulators will drop the floor out from under this thing, sending it into the .007s or below... buy back all the panic sells, then they will raise it back to .009 to get interest back, then they will do it again and again, until it ends into the trips, then they will move on from this dead horse...
all risk, no reward unless you got thousands to gamble on this newsletter... and are prepared to short its tail off...
run away...
No. this is a newsletter stock. not mushroom stocks... it is and always has been a scam based on capitalizing on buzzwords... there has never been any meat here, only an empty shell, and frankly, I'm embarrassed to have even bought into their b.s. to begin with... well I've learned how to spot a scam now... guess it is not a total loss, only lost my entire investment value, but claimed the tax loss... and learned not to invest into any company that doesn't have an actual product that I can see and touch, or people I can contact in person and see the operation first hand. Way too many scammers out there who are experts at creating a false "boiler room" company, to get people to invest into, from which they can then steal all value and run away leaving the "company" worthless, and the investors holding the loss bag.
Woopie doo! a newsletter edition! no monetizing appeal what so ever. Looking at this I predict a slight bump up to lure in hopefuls, and then another channel drop down into .009 range, or maybe lower... there has been quite a bit of dilution and the current pps is propped up by the mms right now, the bottom will drop out soon enough because they don't want to risk too much on this turd of a "company" for too long.
wait and see...
She sucked the cash cow dry with that reverse split and then hit the road with all the investors money, debt free. She is a mastermind... and got away with it too... scott free...
If the people running this one were smart, they would hire a consultant firm named "Enlighten Servicing". They are very knowledgeable in regards to psychedelics in general and could prove to be a valuable ally and resource.
their consultation rates are reasonable I've heard, but this (psyc) "companies" leadership doesn't seem to make very intelligent decisions, well at least for the last few years anyway.
whether they can pull themselves out of the drain or not remains to be seen, I really doubt they can...
Bwhahaha. This company totally screwed the pooch with it's move into the monatized website industry. The psychedelic community does not need any marketing companies to try and capitalize on it. Psyc is circling the drain with its pps dropping farther and farther with each round of dilution.
The 1/100 r/s was the kiss of Death for this company, they are just trying to wring out every investment penny...
buyer beware, this "company" is all smoke and mirrors, all empty statements and no follow through... anything they say they are doing are really just "fake news" that time reveals to be just another marketing gimmick to lure the unknowing...
they shouldn't have destroyed their long term investors value and gave them nothing except a lesson to be very weary like they did...
thanks....psych!
A psych out of any would be investors, fake news at best, an effort to lure in as many investment dollars as possible, and spend as little as possible in business expenses, except payroll... they want to spend as much as they can on payroll, to the point of running the business (ticker) into the ground.
A disgusting lie, puked out by a marketing group, hell bent on making nothing sound like something...
There is no product, this ticker is not associated with any real psychedelic industry business, it is all a scam...
They are supposedly putting out an information source regarding psychedelics as a whole.... at best there might be some advertising aspects to it, but doubtful since the invention of social media makes it incredible inexpensive to advertise any business these days.
only more dilution and losses ahead... wait and see... pps going down...
I have 700 shares left after they screwed all the investors with the reverse split. This is an obvious empty shell company that has been trading over the last 10 years under multiple different tickers/ management teams, and will continue to trade as long as the person they pay to keep the SEC paperwork updated continues doing what they are payed to do. the idea that this is an actual "company" is the scam. it is clearly just a marketing company capitalizing on "trending buzzwords" to lure unsuspecting naive investors into "losing their investment dollars in hopes of being in on the next big thing". There is no actual product or revenue stream capable of paying the cost of running business (rent/payroll). So no, I don't see this "company" in existence in the next few years. will it continue to trade? maybe, as long as the mm's continue to trade back and forth to each other creating the illusion of volume and liquidity, I'm sure naive hopefuls will fall into their trap. The insiders will continue to liquidate shares from the auth as long as they can which will dilute it further and further into worthlessness, to pay their salaries.
As far as psychedelics in general are concerned, a normal person can setup their own personal psilocybe cubensis grow system for less than 100$ that will produce endlessly with minimal effort. Therefore I don't believe that psychedelics will be a huge revenue potential for any company, at best if medical legalization ever happens, shrooms will show up in already functioning cannabis dispensaries for people too busy or too lazy to just grow their own. that plus the fact that they are not habit forming, and in fact help people overcome their bad habits, adds to not such a lucrative situation for businesses.
So to sum it up, any company pr distributed by this "company" or any other that has them claiming to be on the forefront of psychedelic research, is more than likely just another buzzword capitalization marketing scam, designed to pull in investment funding dollars, and deliver nothing but business losses and reduced share values in return.
Be very careful investing in otc stocks I'm sure 99% of the otc stocks are just scams that do exactly this situation (deplete the auth, r/s, change names and start over). As far as doing good DD, make sure that any company you invest into has an actual product that you would be interested in buying. The people who do the paperwork can make the financials look however they want them to look, and can keep current even if the "company" is circling the drain. If you decide to jump in on any otc stock, wait for a significant drop, and be ready to short, same day or within that week... longs in the otc market always lose...
best of luck.... TranscendSelf~
Still no revenue stream to speak of. A few grand in potential advertising revenue will not support the business or pay the executive salaries... I see more dilution in the future and more loss reporting... not excited about wheel spinning...
Sadly, the vast majority of these otc stocks are insider enrichment scams and all the losses they report are dilution to pay inflated executive payroll, to achieve failures after failures...devaluing the company, racking up debt, destroying investor values with reverse splits, changing ticker names, rinsing and repeating.
the only thing they are usually successful at is scamming the investors gullible enough to believe the lies and other "forward looking statements" promoted by the company and its employees on the boards...
Do good DD, before investing, make dang sure there is actually a company product and a reliable revenue stream...
Transcendself~
When they pulled the reverse split there were huge load dumps just before it took effect, which dropped the pps significantly, and it was no coincidence... the company and the mm's work together... they have no problem destroying shareholder values as long as they can profit from it...
the sec doesn't care either... they are getting a piece of the pie, so for them this is business as usual...
the thing is, this is all totally "legal", because people invest into these scams by their own choice, people choose to gamble their funds in a hope for a gain, and willingly give their money to these predators who cheat the system... as long as they pay taxes on their ill gotten gains, no one cares...
it is not stealing if people choose to give their money willingly... even if it was an illusion/ false hope that tricked them into giving their money...
the mm's are just trying to get newbies to put money up on the bid stack, and then they will clear the bid pile and drop the pps.... to lock those naive enough to gamble on this into losses... if no one falls for it they will trickle up the pps day by day until someone gives in to hope for a gain and makes the mistake of putting money on the bid....
it's a sick game they play... buy and sell all day and pay zero brokerage fees, they know when outside money (not their own buys and sells) moves into and out of the ticker, as they control the action by buying and selling to each other to create the illusion of liquidity, all in the hopes of luring the unsuspecting into giving them their money...
it is a trap, they (mm's) have way, way more money than everyone else, and yet continue to bend the rules to create unfair advantages for themselves in order to trick the unknowing out of their investment dollars. They can afford to wager thousands to cheat people out of twenties...
there is no real risk in it for them as they know everything about a stock before it happens, due to their control of the bid/ask pps, and are warned before anything catastrophic happens to the company, so they can load dump before the company dissolves or delists.
pfft... theres nothing "good" about this psyc out. did you notice it finished at its all time low since they changed the name this last time?
truth shall set us free... from psyc
free from the deceivers at psyc's tricks, to make others suffer losing ...
say what you wish of my view of this deception designed to lure the unsuspecting into the trap, your judgment of ALL I AM, does not concern me.
nor does it shake my faith in ALL, I KNOW, I AM...
blessed be those who understand...
bwahaha, lmao, I do not discriminate, I despise all selfish liars and evil doers equally, even if they are decieverish enough to play themselves off as sincere and blessing of others. like this "company" and its employees* for example who promote false hope and lies in place of truth.
my awareness of the real truth of this "company" is founded in experience, as I have been a stockholder of this company since it was GOHE, then MTRAC, now PSYC.
since you brought this up, I AM responding, evil and good are simply value judgments based in perception, and since you perceive my heart and mind to be bent on evil, I will ask you, is it evil to lure unsuspecting naive investors into buying stock in a worthless company and inevitable losses, in the pursuit of self gain, or is it doing good? good for who?
To truly do good, one must carry and share truth even if it means that it won't work out in the favor of THE ONE delivering truth. to do what is right even if it isn't financially profitable, is its own reward, to gain in one's own strength of will, selfishness must be surrendered, and what we are to overcome, if this company is ever going to get where it is destined to go.
They do have the paperwork done by someone who knows everything required to be continued trading (which costs a few hundred every year, paid by the primary scam operators). the comments I make are on point for this obvious scam to pull in every last cent of investment funding dollars and deliver nothing but losses. psyc is advancing downhill and it will continue going down, down, down, until they can come up with an actual product, not just a new buzzword.
it is an empty shell...
paying a few hundred every year to keep this shell scam running has netted the primary operators millions, in tax free profits, over the last ten years... just check the amount of losses recorded by all the tickers this shell has operated under in the last ten years...
do good dd..
a website and a newsletter, that is all... nothing medical what so ever...
even the ticker speaks volumes... psyc! (like psyched you out of your investment dollars)
seriously this is a terrible scam group running this scam under the guise of "project funding".
there is nothing medical about this company. it is only dedicated to continuing to pay the worthless executives salaries via selling stock shares and diluting the share structure... endless forward looking statements that never develop into revenue streams... it is a failing scam...
it is going to continue its downward momentum trend, just wait for it... it is not stopping the downward slide with its newsletter...
the newsletter is not going to produce a revenue stream lucrative enough to stay in business...
the only thing for sale is their soon to be worthless stock, and once they deplete the auth shares, they will reverse split, change the ticker and rinse and repeat... if this "company" hasn't been delisted by then that is...
I would love to see more truth regarding this failure of a "company" which is in actuality simply an investment funding scam, that talks about buzzwords like "psychedelics" to capitalize on, via forward looking statements that will never develop. I am bringing truth. Psilocybe cubensis is the heavens manna left here for humanity... a small round thing that appears with the dew overnight. it is easy to produce endlessly for one's own self with a minimal investment. it is not something that should be profaned by a scam group capitalizing on the idea of its potential to help humanity.
If I was a b.s. liar (like this companies propaganda)... I would expect to be called out on it... thus I AM doing that, which I would have done to me...
Psyc execs should read "finally the TRUTH comes out; this is manna from heaven" (psilocybe cubensis)... it is available free on lulu... maybe then they could stop lying to lure unsuspecting naive investors, into losing their investments to their scam. although they would need to learn something about themselves first which is the hardest thing for a human to do.
for 100$ anyone can setup an endless personal psilocybin production system that takes very little work. there is no potential for huge returns from monetizing natures gift of psilocybe cubensis. big pharma companies that actually research, extract and produce psilocybin in pill form are the only companies that will be able to tap into the psychedelic revenue stream. This "company" and it's "newsletter" have no hope of getting a piece of the revenue pie... no matter how they try to position or market themselves... it will always be just another investment funding scam.
Uhhh... Psyc gave up on mtrac... endless marketing ploys rapped up in forward looking statements that never develop... this has always been the standard mode of operation for this investment funding scam called "global".
didn't I just see this about mtrac?
Global” “PSYC” or the “Company”would like to announce to its valued shareholders and stakeholders that in an effort to more strategically focus the Company’s current growth and expansion initiatives within the burgeoning medicinal psychedelic industry, in addition to adapting to the challenges faced within a changing economic climate, the Company has made the decision to wind down operations associated with its wholly-owned subsidiary, MTrac Tech Corporation effective immediately.
hmmn.... something stinks.... must be the the manure psyc is prepping
major mm's controlling this for .0007 potential gains, there is no hope for anyone without huge money to waste on a "company" with no actual product or revenue. swim away, swim away... the 2 minute jump to .11 was the controlling mm setting up to get the heck out, so they can drop the pps further... expect a 20-50% drop by end of this week or next
pfft.... the mm's are setting barriers to prevent movement. soon they will pull the floor out from under this and anyone holding any amount of shares will lose all value as it runaway trains into the trips... to all holders horror... truth hurts liars
there is no opportunity here, it's a scam
Psyc is about to be delisted, they hang by a thread
Bwahahaha, do you know how lame "expressed its intent and commitment to positioning itself at the forefront of the psychedelic revolution" sounds?
This is not a well run company, in a lucrative market. it is a worthless newsletter. If the management of this company knew what he was doing, he would stop trying to capitalize on generic blanket buzzwords and actually come up with a product that investors could get behind and believe in...
this gravy train has ended for these scammers...
psychedelics are not a lucrative market... they are simple and safest to produce at home for ones own self... they will never be mass marketed/produced (dispensaried) like cannabis.
they should get back into the prepaid card scam, cash is going away, if we are all gonna continue this lockdown state of being. e-funds are going to be more critical to human functioning...
maybe they should hire me as a consultant... frik....
Psyc has zero access to any revenue streams, it is not a company that has anything to do with the psychedelic research movement, it is a fake out move to lure in as many investment funding dollars as possible while producing zero results for investors... you know psyc!
this company is not involved with any psychedelic research... it is a scam to sell shares in a worthless investment funding trap...
run away as fast as possible
no one wants to trust this company with thousands of dollars, for them to dilute and destroy the value again.
the company has no product, no one cares about their newsletter
no one is talking about this scam stock
if insanity rules, buy this one at 30% down day, then short for a 10% gain on the 15% correction bounce that day or the next. do not hold more than a day or two or loss guaranteed.
or if wise, just run away from this all together...
this "company" (stock share marketing investment scam) has nothing of value...
anyone holding this stock is bound to lose value
It will keep bouncing off the ceiling and dropping...
within a few months it will be in the trips
The only thing for income is shares to sell. this is the reason for the endless downward spiral of its pps. do not believe the urgency to buy this scam stock, they continually dilute the share structure and then r/s to clean up the auth count, and change names to cover the tracks...
buyer beware... this company has already committed suicide with the 100/1 r/s... any investment into this company will be lost to the predators who are luring the unaware...
