They do have the paperwork done by someone who knows everything required to be continued trading (which costs a few hundred every year, paid by the primary scam operators). the comments I make are on point for this obvious scam to pull in every last cent of investment funding dollars and deliver nothing but losses. psyc is advancing downhill and it will continue going down, down, down, until they can come up with an actual product, not just a new buzzword.

paying a few hundred every year to keep this shell scam running has netted the primary operators millions, in tax free profits, over the last ten years... just check the amount of losses recorded by all the tickers this shell has operated under in the last ten years...
