To my cohorts sitting on many shares of GMSC. let's hope we see trading again, and that some deal comes thru for us. What has happened to this company?? We were all so hopeful last year at this time. Ugh. what a mistake this one has been.
It might not be appropriate to list another ticker here, but at least check out CNEH right now. Earnings are coming out very soon. It's been going up the past several days. They have a product - oil, with good production. I will be buying more this week myself.
Good luck to my fellow GMSC bagholders. I hope you all find something to help get some of your lost funds back.

Word to the wise - do your homework on stocks and only buy legitimate companies that have products and earnings. Don't buy stocks from misleading sites like americanbulls. They don't provide history and include misleading signals. I happened to buy ADSD the day before its Reverse Split. Why does the SEC allow R/S's at all? It only hurts shareholders, while benefitting owners. It's like legalized company theft, and they can do it repeatedly. Forward splits are fine. R/S's should be illegal!
If anyone is still watching ADSD, I did a search on ADSD and shell companies and found this below. I was even surprised that it had started trading again. What does the below statement mean for any remaining shareholders?
"Addison-Davis (CIK No. 932127) is a Delaware corporation located in Westlake Village, California, with a class of equity securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g). Addison-Davis is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2006, which reported a net loss of $2.7 million for the prior nine months. On October 5, 2006, Addison-Davis filed a Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, which is still pending. On August 6, 2007, at a status conference in the bankruptcy case, Addison-Davis’s president advised the Commission’s bankruptcy counsel that he had received the Division of Corporation Finance’s delinquency letter, but that until the reorganization plan’s funding came through, the company did not have the money to bring its periodic filings current. As of December 20, 2007, the company’s common stock (symbol ADSD) was quoted on the Pink Sheets, had twelve market makers, and was eligible for the piggyback exemption of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3)."
GMSC should arrange with the website below as a way for its management to communicate with shareholders. This site allows shareholders to post questions directly to management, and they can respond back. Sounds like a great idea. I hope more companies use such a system.
How did GMSC get this low and what is going to get it back to respectable levels?

Wally's post should be read daily and often! That's true. They're not going to tell individuals anything, until they're ready.
let's see if IR can address the BigLou statements. I'll continue to vote also. Not sure how long you have to wait between voting times.
Quick table. Keep the faith! The full table wouldn't fit, but you get the picture.
$0.0001 $0.005 $0.01 $0.02 $0.05
1,000,000 $100 $5,000 $10,000 $15,000 $50,000

I like the commoraderie on this board. BigDogs - thanks for all your input and research.
only 6.2 million.
Here is the link to the history on Qbanito:

It's good to know the history on our artists too. Everybody gets a start somewhere, and we are watching theirs.
Neiver Alberto Alvarez “Qbanito” was born in Havana, Cuba in 1979. Qbanito grew up in Guanabacoa, a neighborhood known as the home of the Cuban rumba. It was here that Qbanito’s passion and interest for music began. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s, U.S. music trends like Hip Hop and R & B made their way to Cuba. Young Qbanito became a fan of artists like Puff Daddy, Notorious BIG, Fat Joe, and TuPac. American music took Cuban youth by storm. As a young teen, Qbanito paired up with a neighborhood friend and wrote his first songs. The young boys mixed the beats of American Hip Hop with the Cuban rhythms they grew up listening to. The end result was Qbanito’s first compilations of “Cuban Rap.”
In 1996, Qbanito and his sister left Cuba to head to Montreal to reunite with his father. Montreal was a whole new world to the then 18 year old singer. Qbanito found himself in a “melting pot” of cultures and races. After a period of transition and hard work, Qbanito accepted his new home. For the first time, this young singer was surrounded by music and rhythms from the Mid East and France; as well as the Latin influences he left in Cuba. Qbanito decided that he wanted to add these new sounds to his music. He got his first big break when he created Cuban Convoy, a Cuban music group. The group participated in music festivals and concerts throughout Canada. Qbanito was committed to his music group; however, he never lost sight of his real dream…to be a solo artist.
In the beginning of 2005, Qbanito decided to begin his solo career. His plan was to leave Montreal and move to Miami. It was at this time that a producer in Montreal heard Qbanito’s demo tape. Thoroughly impressed with Qbanito’s musical talent and ability, he demanded that the singer stay in Montreal. A few weeks later, Qbanito signed with Universal Music France and Les Disques Tox as a solo artist, and released his debut solo album Partir.
Today, Qbanito is one of Grand Entertainment & Music’s signature artists. In October 2006, Qbanito released his Spanish album Adivina Quien Llegó in the United States. In recent news, Qbanito’s videos have been topping the charts on Canadian music TV, and his song “Homenaje a Celia Cruz” is featured on the soundtrack for the independent film Canvas. Qbanito and his producers realize that this is only the beginning for this rising Latin star. He is already hard at work on his next album, and he hopes to begin touring in the U.S. in the near future.
I like the song! it's got a good beat. Like Wally said, patience. They have a good product. Takes time to make it known. Keep the faith
Good post. Here is a link to some Big Lou tunes for anyone that is interested. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pageartist.cfm?bandID=525293
He's making headway. Will he make it as big as Eminem? Maybe he should make a movie about Camden, NJ, just a thought. How can we get a rap/hip hop version of Idol going...? He needs more exposure and they're working on that. I'm not in the music industry, but I'm sure it takes a lot to make it. Let's send Paris an album in jail! More exposure = more demand = more interest in GMSC = increase in stock price. It'll happen.
That's a good sign. Appears GMSC is on the radar of many, and more and more tuning in to Big Lou. Huge volume Friday. They're really working behind the scenes on promoting these two artists, good thing coming for longs.
If anyone has doubts on this company, read the shareholder letter again. It's all positive. It's too bad the stock price has dropped to these levels. But great stuff is happening for Qbanito and Big Lou. 2007 will be their year, and the year for longs. As long as no plans for a R/S, it will go up from here. It was the MM's playing the spread and keeping it down. Hold on for a good ride coming.
Dragonfly, have you looked at GMSC? 2 music artists on the verge of breaking out in the music industry. Good PR's lately.
Nice email. Thanks for sharing this. I hope he is able to answer you. This one is going to pop soon.
Good post Bigdogs. It does seem like it's only a matter of time for this one. It's going to be a momentum play and people will be trying to get in on the ride up. It can't go any lower and many of us never thought it would go this low, but that's the pennies for ya. Doesn't that skakerzz post his picks (after he buys) to his group of followers, who then get in on his rec., like we saw a few weeks ago, let it ride up, he takes his profits, and it's back to where it was. That's not a true measure of performance for a stock. That's all hype. (and not quite ethical imo). This stock has a sound product in the workings. At some point, GMSC will run and make big gains for the long holders who averaged down. MMs also controlling. I agree, it does need some momentum and volume for a run.
Good DD Big Baller. I read some of your posts on other boards, and it sounds like you know what you're doing. welcome aboard
We are all for being positive on this stock, but it's hard to read is all. Was the increase in GMSC this week due primarily to a pumper's email distribution? It's just going to be a longer term hold until the artists get national recognition. We are positive. Many of us here are LONG holders. (Not that I am encouraging, but the smack dat response was rather funny). And let's keep to topic.
I'd have to agree as I witnessed it on this other stock. It shot up for an hour or so, and then down. R/S's by nature, are not good news. Many will place sells right away. With their shareholder newsletters and trying to 'increase shareholder value' how do they think this will help any of us?
Thanks Stockz40. I've been watching GMSC since February. It's had great news updates and positive forecast on its artists, but the price has seen a big downward trend. GMSC is starting to get noticed, but still more time in the developing of these artists, albums, name recognition, etc. There are many holding it waiting for its next run.
Having bought on whims, I am now doing more DD before buying anything. Here is one to look at:
TRMS, trimeris - Drug stock that makes an HIV inhibitor and good results with it. Trading around $7.51-.80 range, with earnings out next Wed. Was recently a $12 stock.
The financials are excellent. I'm holding to see $12.
REPORT 4/18/07:
"Trimeris reported the numbers after the markets closed Tuesday. Worldwide Fuzeon sales rose to $64.3 million in the first quarter, up from $55.4 million in the prior-year period. International sales of Fuzeon grew 25 percent to $35 million and sales in the U.S. and Canada increased by 7 percent to $29.3 million."
They did a forward split saying the shares couldn't go any lower, and rewarded shareholders so to speak. Now they are going to do a reverse split, then a new company name and symbol. But what does that mean for the share price of this new company? I was burned last year but another R/S and the share price went down to where it was prior to the R/S. If the stock shows an increase in pps after this R/S, where will it go? Should you try to sell right away to avoid another downward trend?
When I talked to Cimino briefly by calling, he said they couldn't say anything just yet because of SEC restrictions. I haven't followed SSTY too much, since it hasn't moved much, but he did say that he is a shareholder too. So he does have a personal interest in this company. I hope they can get out of the greys, sooner than later.
Have you looked at WTVI? It ran in Feb. from .0037 to .08. It made a nice gain today, 102%.
GMSC could break out soon. Pink.
Check out GMSC.pk Grand Entertainment & Music Inc. They have 2 artists that are ready to breakout in the music industry. Qbanito and BigLou. Stock price has been beaten up. Company had a buy out offer last year of .02 but did not take it. There's an IHUB board on this stock.
Background:
Based in Montreal, Canada and incorporated in November 1998, the Company is an independent music entity that produces, promotes, markets and controls the copyrights on music recordings in multiple formats. Additionally, The Company's multi-million dollar studio, Cherry Studios, has produced voice-overs and sound tracks for commercials and film. In addition, Cherry Studios has also produced thousands of recordings and has to its credit a total of 23 gold and platinum albums. GEM has recently found success in the reggaeton market with its signature artist, Qbanito. Qbanito's debut album has already generated a #1 hit in Canada and is currently being marketed by Universal Music in Europe. Grand Entertainment also controls exclusive rights to vast catalogues of previously unreleased recordings from Cuban music archives. In November 2006, Grand Entertainment acquired half of Lost City Records, adding a half dozen award-winning artists, including rising rap star Big Lou, and a 500+ song catalogue to Grand's existing assets
I received an email from a yahoo message board and GMSC was its pick today. There's been a lot of new attention to our little GEM here the past couple days. I think we'll see real momentum in due time, with sustainable price appreciation. Anyone getting in now, IMO, will see handsome profits. Suzanne
I have a ways to go myself, but yes, it is moving in the right direction. Sometimes the stock price needs some time to catch up to the news that we all know, but the general public may not. Things in the works are now working for us. The IR responded to a note I sent yesterday, and said, 'hang in there' ...
Good luck everyone on the board here! wish you all big profits!
Yep. We're all here. Same stuff different day. Even new website and news on it isn't moving this price any. Shareholder newsletter sounded positive. Wait wait wait and wait some more game right now. We're all just hanging low. snore.
Thanks MF. I wonder who all those 'big buys' were in the 200 million volume this week. maybe the owners buying at these levels? it'll break resistance sooner or later...it's the later part that is a drag.
I need to sell something else so I can get on this profit bandwagon and average down like the rest here! Good board.
volume was huge yesterday. this is such a buy at this price level. easy money here, no doubt, even if you held it for a few days. it seems to be in a trading pattern right now. $1000 could return $500 (before commissions) in this range. I wish I had more to invest in it to avg. down.
MF, maybe you can have DrPennyStock put up a chart and give an idea of what's going to drive this price up and when.
I talked to IR who said there should be a press release update this week. He reaffirms that the increase in shares is for growth and expansion as needed now and in the future. No plans for reverse split, which is good for us. If these 2 artists go big like they think they will, who knows ... there could even be another offer on the table, (IMO - he didn't necessarily say this), so my thoughts are that patience will pay off. And they are working on other projects in addition to Qbanito and Big Lou. For now, like Wally says, and the rest of us, there isn't much new news to report, seemingly that patience will pay off. They really can't tell you much more than is already public information. I think it's a good sign in itself about this pink penny that the IR is as responsive as he has been.
Good, everyone holding, at least on this board. Received a quick email from the IR saying he'd call me today as I have left a couple messages. I'd like to know what's to come after BigLou's concert Sunday. Will report in a bit. You are all holding many more than I am because I bought a tad higher price, but we're all in it for the long run. Rule #1 is: don't lose money, so let's all follow the Rule! GL!
we all need to tell 2 friends to buy GMSC! Get this demand up! I am listening to Qbanito's Maria right now. GLA longs!
what's everyone's concensus out there and who is still left holding? Wally, are you still in? What do you all think is going to move this price up? volume low so far today, but at least we're up from open.
"In November 2006, Grand Entertainment acquired half of Lost City Records, adding a half dozen award-winning artists, including rising rap star Big Lou, and a 500+ song catalogue to Grand's existing assets. In addition, the company will continue to focus on growth through acquisitions over the next twelve months in an effort to reach its mission of becoming a premier production, recording, publishing, and internet distribution company."
