We'll be waiting.
Email just sent:
We can't even hear the crickets anymore. Will there ever be an update? If it's dead, have the courtesy to let us know. We've been very patient for a very long time.
Thanks,
Auto reply received. Will update with any human response.
I'm surprised there hasn't been any response here to yesterday's update.

Shareholder Update March 26, 2020
Shareholder Update
Dear Shareholder,
We pray you are all doing well in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic.
All of us are doing our part to flatten the curve and hoping this will be over soon.
Economic activity around the world has slowed considerably and we have had several calls and emails from shareholders wondering how the slowdown has affected Copper King. We are sending this update to answer some of the questions we have been receiving.
It has admittedly been too long since we last provided an update. We do recognize the need to keep you informed and I apologize for not getting an update out sooner.
We were anticipating having some important and significant news to report so, rather than filling your email box with irrelevant information, I purposely delayed sending an update. That has turned out to be a wrong decision.
The corona virus pandemic has affected Copper King just as it has all of us in our personal and business lives. However, those effects have not all been negative. I am reminded of the quote attributed to John Wooden Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.
Negative effects of corona virus on Copper King.
 Project funding has been delayed.
Certain Corporate initiatives have been delayed.
We are under some time pressure to get projects underway and are negotiating for extensions.
Closings on projects and claims purchases have been delayed.
 Contracts have been delayed.
Possible Positive outcomes.
We have used the delays to add needed assays on assets and will continue that process on an accelerated basis for the next few weeks.
We are using some of the extra time to do more mineralogical and metallurgical testing to maximize asset value. This will provide a future payoff as extraction percentages will be higher.
There is a newly renewed effort in the United States to become more self-sufficient in some of the more critical materials and supplies needed to protect our citizens and our independence. This renewed effort should have a positive effect on Copper King specifically in the strategic minerals arena as it relates to our Arizona Fluorspar project.
Many experts expect the U.S. government to increase incentives surrounding strategic minerals including such things as subsidizing development of strategically important mineral assets.
We firmly believe that the future of Copper King is bright.
We acknowledge that times are tough, but we also have faith that the future will be better. If we handle these times correctly, we will be stronger as individuals, as a company, as a society, and as a country.
Please take care of yourselves and stay safe.
Thank You,
Regards,
Lee
p.s. I promise we will not wait so long to send our next update.
There's not much we can do but wait. I have to give credit to the crew that fought(and spent a bundle of their own money) to get the company out of bankruptcy.
Hang in there.
Will patience ever be rewarded? I've been waiting since 2005. How's that for patient?
Patience will be rewarded.
Bigjut, the shares were deposited in my account.
Shares arrived ar Ameriprise.
21750M208 SECURITIES RECEIVED - COPPER KING MINING CORP NEW 21750M208
Okay, we're rolling now. Under varying terminology, my shares have been delivered out of my accounts with Morgan Stanley and Ameriprise in addition to Fidelity.
I'll go for the ribeye, thanks.
From my experience, the old shares were removed because the broker received the new ones and they should show up in accounts within 3-5 days. Of course, there will be a smaller number of shares.
You wanted something to happen. It's happening.
I have this notification in my Fidelity Account today with the notation "Processing"
EXPIRED EXPIRATION #REORCM0050929110000 COPPER KING MNG CORP **EXPIRED POSITION (Cash)
No similar notation in my other accounts yet.
I'll be watching.
Thank you, Chuck.
Thanks, Chuck, for the most encouraging update in a long time. Two of my brokers are on the list and I'll be watching like an eagle.
Just curious ...
Have shares been issued but are just waiting for regulators?
Do we need a market maker or trading house to agree to handle the shares?
Does anyone know what our new ticker symbol will be?
Is this taking so long because the regulators never see a penny stock come back from the dead and they don't know what to do?
Just hanging in there because I still believe that patience will be rewarded.
Patience will be rewarded ... eventually.
CopperKing
Official Exit Notice 6/27/2013
It's Official!
Congratulations are in order.
Enough of you stepped up and made the commitment to fund the DIP loan. We are happy to announce that CopperKing truly is ‘Rising from the Ashes’ and has OFFICIALLY exited Bankruptcy. The POR has been funded and the notifications stating that Copper King has reached it’s “effective” date have been sent. (See below)
There is still a lot of work to be done before we will be ready to start trading again, but the major hurdle to resuming business has been cleared. Without the black cloud of Bankruptcy hanging over our heads, we are free to move forward with finalizing the acquisitions and financing opportunities we have been developing. There is paperwork and filings that must be made before Copper King stock can be traded again and too much of it can get hung up in the bureaucracy, but we are pushing the process as hard as we can. No promises, but we hope to have everything pushed through the process in 60 days or less. We are planning to hold periodic tele-conferences and send e-mail updates to keep you up to date on where we are in the process.
We have faced some seemingly insurmountable obstacles to get Copper King to this point. As a team, we are committed to facing the challenges before us and leading the way to a profitable future for CopperKing. We are committed to doing everything in our power to earn the trust you have shown in our management team, and to develop Copper King as a company you can be proud to be a part of.
THANK YOU!
The CopperKing Management Team

Chuck would be better to answer the when and how of trading, but WE, the shareholders, still own a big chunk of this company, thanks to Chuck and his hard-working team.

Hi Bill, there was an issue with our DNS provider being down and although they have it resolved it is taking time to repopulate all of the
possible providers. You should have access any minute, it has been a frustrating 8 hours for us. I checked just now and I do have access
to our site.
Thank you

Still no luck here.
There's a world of difference between a Merger and a Reverse Merger.
Also, please consider the source of this information at the bottom of your linked page.
You need to separate IBC and CPRK. IBC sold the shell company to Wilf Blum and that shell became CPRK. The $9 million went to CPRK, NOT IBC. At the time of Wilf's illegal sale of stock, the two companies were completely separate entities. What part of that is so hard to understand?
After the way the Nethers were thrown under the bus by Blum and his aliases, your assumption that they are friends couldn't be further from reality.
Thanks, Chuck
And welcome to the short list of posters/stockholders who understand what happened and when.
Patience will be rewarded ...
The SEC does not regulate private entities; only public companies come under their purview.
Your move.
Blaming Darrell Nether for the demise of Copper King is like a car buyer who crashes his car into a tree blaming the salesman who sold it to him.
Blaming Darrell Nether for the demise of Copper King is like a car buyer who crashes his car into a tree blaming the salesman who sold it to him.
When the shell of IBC was sold (and never paid for) to WUCC which took Copper King public, IBC became private. At that moment the two entities were separated forever.
I still haven't seen any reference to the date "1980". Thirty two years ago, the people upon whom you are casting aspersions, were probably still in college. If that date shows up in any SEC document referring to IBC or CPRK, I believe that we can safely assume it's a typographical error because neither entity existed at that time.
Perhaps if you read your own links more carefully, your conspiracy theory would hold less water.

What part of ALL SHARES will be effected equally in a reverse or forward split doesn't anyone understand? Splits are under strict control by federal regulators.
"A rising tide lifts all boats."
If, through the efforts of the ESHC and the BOD, the value of shares of Copper King were to increase, ALL shares would increase. Those with the most shares would see the largest increase in value and those with the fewest shares would see the least.
Should the holder of 50,000 shares expect to see the same value as the holder of 10,000,000 shares?
It's very simple math.
Chuck, thank you for sharing everything that is not under legal wraps. Just knowing that you and your team along with company management are doing everything possible to get Copper King back to trading and eventual profit is very reassuring.
Thanks to all involved for this Herculean effort.
I still believe that patience will be rewarded.
Stocks go up. Stocks go down. You can lose some or all of your money.
Neither ... it was a joke.
Shareholders can decide for themselves whom to believe. The vast majority of shareholders voted for Chuck and company to stand up for shareholder rights. They were successful in getting status for the shareholders. Chuck has stated that, in the course of investigating just who owns what, records provided by the transfer agent confirmed that the Nethers were NOT in the top 20 shareholders. How could they possibly have controlling interest?
Do you have any proof that they are? That's the way it works in this country ... innocent until proven guilty.
The only thing I know they are doing is defending their good names from unfounded personal attacks.
Firing the Nethers will be extremely difficult since they are not now nor have they ever been officers, board members, employees, or anything else connected to Copper King Mining. They sold the shell of IBCD which became Copper King Mining and that's where the connection ended.
It's sometimes difficult to determine the truth when so many mistaken "facts" are juggled out of sequence without any verifiable substantiation.
