Blaming Darrell Nether for the demise of Copper King is like a car buyer who crashes his car into a tree blaming the salesman who sold it to him.

When the shell of IBC was sold (and never paid for) to WUCC which took Copper King public, IBC became private. At that moment the two entities were separated forever.
