They’ve burned a lot of people out , now the stock takes it in the shorts and flip flops. What’s next a massive rs? Bk? Ugh what a big disappointment this company has turned out to be.

Hi Juan. Speaking for myself I would like them to post the long promised audited fins and not say anything. Let their actions do the talking. I won’t be shocked by another visit to sub penny and by the looks of the trades I am not alone.

What do unicorns and audits have in common? That’s right they are both figments of peoples imaginations. Been hearing this fable for years. What was it a year or two ago I said audit/uplisting not coming any time soon? I was heckled by some who claim to be in the know. Ya I get it “stuff” happens, and keeps happening and happening. Covid-19 is winding down and will soon be in the rear view mirror but not until the trillions of masks are sold and every penny is squeezed from it. So what’s next Amfil? How about get the paperwork in order, audits complete, uplist, legitimacy and fulfill commitments made to investors long ago? Mmm yeah ok, I know people have passed away waiting for these things to happen and yes I’m still holding my breath while I play with my unicorns and lipstick lesbians. There may have been other games but I didn’t have time to check. Is Amfil in on the sales of those games in USA? If so how long have they been with Target? Thank you, yes I understand what you said and do not contest any of it. Taking all that into account, here is what I see and hear. I’ll back up for one relevant point. A few months back I shared some things I observed in the tea leaves. One of which was someone didn’t think the audited fins would land by the deadline. That turned out true and as of today it is still true. Back to what I’m seeing and hearing. 1. Investors, long term shareholders have lost confidence. Many are hanging on but if confidence was even moderate shares would be getting snapped up. I really want to grab a fat lot but I just can’t do it. The daily trading we are seeing is just that, daily flipping, people hustling to make a buck. Just a guess that most of the increase in shares held was due to the company using them. If they don’t make moves to regain investor confidence, though the company may grow the stock price wil not. Who is going to make the first move and grab a couple million shares? Not seeing it any time soon. Hope I’m wrong

Yes amigo so many positives that continue to mount. What is your take on #1 why does the stock pps continues to languish #2 why isn’t this stock getting snatched up at these ridiculously low prices, I’m talking half mil lots to million + buys? What did summit grab a million at .14?

Yeah and that’s great the “big money” private investors are making money and will make more. Three years I have yet to cash a single check. I’ve heard everything there is to hear and I understand growing pains. They should be all grown up now. We will see soon enough. If they go silent as they have been doing along with audited 19’s still ghost you can bet we will be making the wrong folks very happy.

Sorry I neglected to mention the subsequent buys. Yes 100% is good over three years. Too bad I cannot escape what it reaches a few months after initial purchase. I hung on and still hang on due to a belief in this company. They need to start executing strategy like professionals, they’ve had time for growing pains. NSI was really a small investment on the companies part but they did present it as a positive acquisition with lots of potential. Then they let it go without the slightest of comment. That hurt way more than losing a few crumbs. I’m hoping they discontinue that practice. Though $$ insignificant it’s still not a good look.

Eh depends how literally one interprets info like this. I’m not saying aye or nay but I do see how some can say that. The fall of the pps started around the time these things started failing to materialize. I recommend everyone go back to the beginning of the tweets to get a better understanding of the sentiment

What I would like and expect is that if he issues a statement pertaining to something Important many have been waiting onthat includes timelines and reasons applicable, when the timeline he issued falls apart I expect a very timely update. I don’t think that is unreasonable. I don’t think excessive delays are unreasonable either.

Notably missing from the pr and latest tweet the subjects “uplist & spin off”. “If” they do publish 18 audited fins, 19 unaudited, 20 Q1, there will be no uplist or action with franchises any time soon given the past is typically a good indicator future doings? Is that correct or am I missing something? If so that’s fine so long as 18 is overall a positive improvement and 19 & 20 Q1 unaudited show continued overall positive. Their past unaudited fins have generally been accurate so I would consider any unaudited current fins to be overall accurate. If that’s how it goes I’d say though a bit disappointed re up listing, all is good overall we would remain current pink and likely head towards new highs in short order. If after the #’s are released as stated, digested and or they fail to get current real soon we will quickly reverse back to stagnation, negative sentiment and a pps continuing to languish in the .04-.06 range or possibly even lower.
Am I flat on my face here in your opinion? Do I need new glasses? IMO this has dragged on long enough with enough disappointments that there will be an exodus of long and mid term holders that hold substantial positions and churn flippers, shorts etc indefinitely or until they get their mierda together.

So you are saying the CEO has no savvy? Or does he have savvy and just threw out some bs to fill the blank on the extension? If so why, what is the point of filing the extension and throwing in some fluff? Why bother acknowledging another missed deadline in writing? What is the worth in filing an extension knowing the deadline won’t be met? Is it just a required piece of paper that keeps the company from progressing lower than the stop sign?

I’ve had a very similar hunch for quite a while now, however I believe he’s been looking for the fastest way out of the OTC markets all together. He knows S&L has enough potential to go all in. I’m sure you’ve noticed the focus on the other subs has been back burnered. I have two options to choose from. 1. Bold moves on the horizon and riding S&L to “world domination”. Led by a man with a vision and dreams that have grown since this started. 2. The dude is a scammer like all the others. Re #2 I’m just not seeing it. Outside of growing pains and sharing publicly too much of his goals ideas and optimism that have made some uneasy and opened him up to criticism I have seen nothing that says scam. I have guarded optimism due to the way things have gone to date. However this latest extension states things that are outside of forward looking statement protections. Along with the guarded optimism I’d be quite surprised if nothing is filed by the deadline.
