More of a general question, but why are companies allowed to gag the TA? Seems like that information would be pretty useful to know.
Illegal.
Thanks for the response here 236T568. I'm aware of the convertible debt, and understand what that means. As I mentioned, I'm relatively new to trading in general, only 8 months, but I hope/think I now have a pretty clear idea of what goes on with all these OTC tickers. So annoyed by the shadyness. This DD board in particular has helped a lot to see through the facade, which I admit, caught me too at first. Its fascinating how easy it is to get caught up in the story, which I suppose is quite important for the scams to exist. They have to be good to draw people in. I was just curious about Cellucci specifically, maybe psychologically? and what his motives may be given his, what *appears* to be, legit reputation.
Thanks for the reply Janice. I appreciate your insights.
So I'm relatively new to the OTC world, but I find it both strange and fascinating. This board in particular has been quite enlightening.
My question is regarding BVTK, I apologize in advance if this has been covered but I haven't seen anything about him. The CEO was previously in govt and has what appears to be a strong resume and reputation (not that I exactly trust govt but that's another discussion I believe). I see that many of these tickers and ceos are quite easily exposed due to past dealings. I know this is a theoretical question, but I'm trying to wrap my head around how a man like this gets involved in all this. Is it *really* just about money and he is in on the scam? Or perhaps he means well but is so deep in with the convertible debt now is just trying to stay for afloat? The hype and cult following of this stock is...entertaining to say the least.
Thanks for any input.
It seems to me that most of the accumulation was last year, July through December or so. Volume looks like it was between 2 and 40 million range for several months. THAT was serious accumulation.
I also suspect the OS and AS are not be accurate. Especially since it hasn't been updated in several years now.
All this and no news from the company...doesn't look good to me.
Then let's see them. Bring it on Tom. Blow our minds. Put all the fears to rest. I'm ready.
Actually, you're right. Tom has been saying "soon" for a few months now. But the statement below by Mr. C is misleading then:
"Said Q1 should be delivered beginning of the week, most likely mon"
Well Mr. Carnita says he was told BY TOM in a personal phone call Q1 should be out early next week, most likely Monday according to him....we will see how stand up he is then I suppose. If that happens, as he claims, he potentially received insider info, and passed it along to the boards. Take what you will from that.
We will all certainly find out soon enough. Toms reputation is admirable. I personally can't understand why someone with his credentials would participate in a scam. But what's he doing down here in the OTC? Raises questions. Especially since they are STILL delinquent, that is my biggest beef. There are more obvious scams out there that are current. Makes me doubt, just MHO.
Agreed. Would love to be proved wrong though and I hate being wrong.
I think it's complicated. Tom is relatively new to an old ticker that had its own slew of issues in the past when it used to be ECRY. It's not a true start up, but it does appear to be turning a new leaf. Hopefully.
Is it not insider info to say when financials will be released? I was under the impression timelines were.
Fair enough. But for everyone's sake, I hope you're right. Tom has a lot of optimism, which is great. His resume is impressive for sure, and he certainly appears to be genuine. But we need that reflected in financials and getting current. ASAP. If we don't get current soon, it's going to be a big problem for all of us.
Gotta ask, is this like all your conversations with Ms. Zimmons? Haven't seen much lately although I did hear she was on vacation for like a month or three or something.
Sorry, I'm skeptical of strangers on the internet and claims that are made, especially non-verifiable claims. Bottom line, BVTK needs to get current. Like now. This should be Tom's top priority. It's been two years. Otherwise I am afraid we are all going to up a creek, so to speak.
Actually he has been involved since 2014

It's alarming bc the SEC suspends for 3 reasons: fraud in the filings, suspicious trading (insiders, manipulation etc) and delinquency. This stock is trading large volumes and has been delinquent too long in my opinion.
MICA has been on since the beginning three months ago...through all the last dilution, and anyone who has L2 can see NITE diluting now. Also company has to disclose a buy back which they haven't...I am in this, but let's be real here.
Yesterday the share structure was updated to reflect the true numbers on the OTC website. Search BVTK and it will come up. There was no change from the previous month.
There were no new shares that came into the market, meaning no dilution and the price could rise. But by watching L2 right now, you can see that the number of shares NITE and maybe CDEL is not true. There are tons if buys going through on the ask...but we do not go up. Hence, dilution.
NITE has endless shares. I believe we go down until the dilution is done.
I do believe there was no dilution...until yesterday. After the share structure was updated. Pretty shitty and shady. Now we have to wait another month to see what the damage will be. Hope it's quick!
Definitely. NITE for sure is diluting the hell out of it. Endless shares.
