Didn't see this posted on this forum. Look at who made the list:

This should generate some discussion.

Would Shareholders on this board agree to a $18 per share buyout offer?
Today's close will be interesting.
Anavex 19-144?? Don't see it listed in the Pipeline.

Yet for the brave come on in the waters fine LOL!"
You forgot to include the Whales...
End of quarter. Window dressing. Many bio stocks getting hit.
Is it time to buy?
No worries, just a small error using ChatGPT AI to write the report. My RI and Aladdin AI like it.
Nidan,
You should send your message to: ir@anavex.com
If you haven't already.
Yeah, he should have just given-up and said the PDD OLE was null and void due to Covid, that would have made some on this message board happy.
But instead, he kept-it-together, made hundreds of phone calls, and continued to get data from some of the PDD OLE trial members/doctors.
In terms of revenue, the global antihypertensive drugs market size was valued at around USD 20.5 billion in 2021 and is projected to reach USD 39.5 billion, by 2030. The market is projected to grow at a significant rate due to growing cases of hypertension across the world.
Just a fraction of this market would be nice.
What if Missling has Counterintelligence training?
Far too much hype on AI? The three largest shareholders of Anavex (BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street) use AI and Aladdin (owned by BlackRock). Since the use of Aladdin, BlackRock has become the world’s largest asset holder.

Maybe AI has access to all of the trial data? Maybe it is monitoring all of the phone calls and capturing all of the emails from Anavex?
Or,
AI is in its infancy and not perfect. Kind of like those Teslas that did not detect trucks and large objects in front of them, killing the passengers.
Technology is not perfect, but it is fun to develop.
It will be interesting to see institutional ownership after this drop. I'm keeping an eye on Citadel, one of the hedge funds that own a lot of shares AND have a impressive number of Puts and Calls. I would love to look over their shoulder to see their strategy.
Based on the tone of the posts lately, it must be time to buy.
OK... Who keeps putting Stop Loss orders in below $8 ?
Would we all be happier if TGD said the PDD OLE was null and void due to Covid lockdown, a year ago?
However, Missling did not give up on trying to get more data from those Patients. They were able to salvage some data from a complete mess. Stopping and restarting was probably a big challenge. I can't imagine how many phone calls were made trying to reactivate and work with over 100 Patients/Doctors, and to end up with just 33 Patients on continuation was probably a bit frustrating. What would you have done?
Yes, we all would prefer knowledge of these issues when they happen. Hard to understand the thought process or reasoning behind TGD decision making to wait on this news. Maybe he will shed some light on this during the ASM.
You mean this Phase 3 PD trial initiation that started last month?

Most of the planets:

We do have planet alignment on the 28th.
Adverse Reactions: The common adverse reactions (≥5% for DAYBUE-treated patients and at least 2% greater than in placebo) reported in the 12-week study were diarrhea (82% vs 20%), vomiting (29% vs 12%), fever (9% vs 4%), seizure (9% vs 6%), anxiety (8% vs 1%), decreased appetite (8% vs 2%), fatigue (8% vs 2%), and nasopharyngitis (5% vs 1%).
Just need some AI and Aladdin software:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aladdin_(BlackRock)
Guess who owns the software? BlackRock
Gues who uses Aladdin? BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street.
Interesting??
Look again... State Street now has over 5 million shares.
Looks like a PD trial, separate from PDD trials already performed.
Someone stepped up.
Still a few months away:

I find this patent absolutely fascinating (polarizing at optical frequencies). However, it looks like a variant of A2-73 and what does that mean for future approval and trials?
And just to pile on:
The authors of this review were as surprised as I was to see the CNS drug approvals ranking as high as they are, considering how many big companies have abandoned the field (either partially or completely). But it's worth noting that these approvals haven't been as much in the "classic" CNS areas such as schizophrenia and depression, but rather in multiple sclerosis, migraine, and others. The Alzheimer's drug approval landscape remained the same windswept tundra as usual, but a glance at the headlines in the field will show you that several companies are spending impressive amounts of time and money trying to change that. What those efforts will actually yield (or have actually yielded, in Biogen's case) will, as always, have to be established by brutally long and expensive clinical trials, which are among the roughest slogs in the whole drug industry.

Thank you very much!
Does anyone have the VWAP for this stock over the last two years?
Not impressed by SAVA results.
