!!Holy shite'...Humbl needs to distance itself from this A.S.A.P. Ten bucks says they do.
BREAKING: The Billings Outlaws-Rapid City Marshals game has been canned.

The game was supposed to be played less than a hour from now. #AFL pic.twitter.com/LaN65wTGBA
Nope. If he is a politician...i need to go no further. Don't care if he is a Trump fan or Biden fan..republican or democrat. It's all the same...and they are all the same. And yes, I have heard of him.
Was/is he a politician? Why go beyond that given that "this" is all they know. Which is nothing. Once they enter that arena, they become as dumb as homemade sin. And so it goes....
No...you were correct. The playoffs(as you said) started in Feb back then. So basically March to Cup finals finishing in April. They are long to grab the fat obnoxious cash.
Since most of the fun scammy' stocks are in the expert market, and the SEC just jamming all the small time players up...we should start talking about the fraud and abuse in other areas. Sports is a big one...as in the entertainment industry. The cash game in sports is one of the largest and nastiest...dirt city man.
I know..should have said plural. I just combined them into one. It's the old repeat til' someone believes it. There should be at least one more(plural?)....at least, that should be the set up. Such a game..eh?
The cup used to be played in April. There were less teams then. April is not the beginning of summer by the way....but I do wish the season started earlier(September/labor day) and ended in May(memorial day would be perfect..lol). It's one of the last sports yet to be fully tarnished, but everything becomes more commercial every year. That tends to take away from the good stuff.
Don't you dare insult hockey. It's the weekend....not to mention the Stanley Cup playoffs:
You see this:
That beautiful image is of the Stanley Cup. There is no greater tradition with that trophy..it goes everywhere when handed over to the winner. It's eatn' out of...drunk out of...banged up and loved. Respect it friend. :)
p.s. https://www.shuffleboardfederation.com/2024nasc.html I'm sure you insulted/pissed off a ton of shuffle board fans as well. lol...lol...lol.....they are scary as hell too.....so watch out!
p.s.s. You are damn lucky you didn't mention Curling...all hell would have broken out
Yeah..pretty much. By the way, thanks for the sincere solid inquiry. We need more dialogue like that. thanks again. :)
I think Covid did one hell of a job with regards to lunacy. I also think social media companies are complete garbage..no matter if private or public. It's over priced/valued and I agree on the success long term...that's a no go..lol.
I wouldn't short this though..no way. Wouldn't buy it either. I'm too much of a pus' to trade it given the radical swings. I used to think getting 2 points on a clip was an incredible day trade....lol...lol. Look what the f' this shite' is doing..ha!
(edit)Sons of bitches are down by one now.....Jesus. edit. scratch that..tied up...damn man.
Believe it or not..a lot of so called "newbies" are given margin accounts right off the bat. I have no idea why...but that is where many of these discount brokers have gone recently-especially during the Covid rush.
1 - No, I have never converted street name securities to certs. I have converted certs to street name though.
2- I would never follow anyone's advice on anything besides my attorney
3 - Stop losses are for idiots that don't pay attention. Anyone holding securities for long term never uses stop losses. Only the ignorant do such. And of course you can't use a stop loss on a bearer share cert
4 - Anyone holding shares because they "think it's neat" needs to lose a major chunk of their "so called" investment.
The filing/pr was correct in it's assumption given that delivery has been an ongoing problem. That is not speculation ...it's fact....:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DJT/security
The delivery problem:
https://chartexchange.com/symbol/nasdaq-djt/failure-to-deliver/
So even though the filing/pr was foolish to me. It is still somewhat warranted given the reality. So that part of the equation is solid. But the other part of the equation is far from it do to probability. The amount of street name shares that would be converted to bearer shares falls in a less than probable category. Making the equation invalid and also making the filing/pr somewhat senseless. It will help prop up the share price though, which is the only valid part currently. By valid..meaning overpriced and overvalued.
That will change in so many Months when shares come to market from the real investors/holders. In the mean time , I wish all that are trading this good luck. No matter what side of the trade. The love groupies and hate groupies seem to be the only ones playing this...beyond the real traders. Actually, the haters aren't doing much of anything besides being crazy....just like the Trump lovers. A lot of Trump lovers do own this though.
Just some knowledge and mostly common sense friend. Good to see you,re a hockey meathead...I hate your team :)
What in hell is wrong with you? Stating a fact is in no way defending anything beyond the simple truth. And what are you saying here?:
No...it does not. It only removes it from the Brokers custodial duties. It also makes the equity unavailable to borrow for and by others. It does not make it unavailable to borrow against via the bearer. That is why it is called equity...and is still marketable. Such is called "securities-based lending". But for the layman, all stock is marketable if the equity base is sound
I don't need the "101" explanation.
ooops.. :) And that is not a 2 goal scary lead...it's a 3er. I hate Florida teams by the way...
I think you said this incorrectly(somewhat)....:
Might be worth a small buy with the divi. Those type of equities are shite' though in my opinion. So no go :)
No...that's the old copy and paste error. That shit drives me crazy for being so sloppy.
This is what Humbl still needs to do:
The REG A needs to be redone and they need to dismiss Borgers. No 8-k yet....thinking that it will be filed today or Monday at latest. They also need to file their quarterly by next Friday or extend. Not so sure they can simply include such in subsequent events....
And the only streaming platform just removed all the AFL streams:
https://vyre.tv/livetv/
Now the head coach of Minnesota Myth just quit. That team is owned by Hutton's wife..lol.:

And another bites the dust. That is two within 24 hours:

Never seen anything like this. Another casualty...and it is just so wrong:

It seems that the SEC will not require a non-reliance from an Issuer due to Borgers. Unless other.....
Right, but that is usually how the chain works in athletics. There are a lot of safety issues in those venues as well. It's bad.
What a series. Man...if Rngrs end up 3-0, carolina is getting the unfair description..lol. This is great shite'
Oh...this ...... "I am sure his clients are not at all happy with him right about now, as his "investments" is the only "financing" they can get"
Is dead on...but he doesn't care. And again....says a lot about the Issuers..eh? ...lol.
Again, I don't see all of them as toxic. I do, on the other hand, see all Issuers that use them as "toxic".
I don't think he is trying to fool anyone. He just wants to argue his case..... which is warranted.
But, yeah...he probably doesn't have a chance..lol.
Yes..great descriptive word..." parasitic". Lol...fn' perfect. The most sensible "first" approach is amending the applicable rule. Simply make the minimal requirement @ one year and eliminate the six month hold. You clean out the Issuer and Lender ...as well as short term investor. There is no money in that though for the SEC...and the notion of liquidity will be raised probably. It's all bull shite' apparently.....as is everything...lol :)
Yes..I know. I also read the complaint. And yes...he knew what he was doing..and argues that same fact with regards to the SEC. The bottom line is that the Lender is not toxic, the Issuer is. That is the SEC target, but it goes for the cash instead.
My issue is what is deemed as a broker/dealer in this and similar scenarios. I wish the SEC would address such appropriately and go after the Issuer. That is where the rule needs to be placed..firmly.
Exactly. From memory, three cats got called up to the NFL that were in the AFL. It is supposed to be a professional organization. It's far from that. You can tell that said player and family are good to go no matter what. He has a great attitude in defeat. They'll be fine.
I don't know. The rule wasn't a clean unanimous vote. Doesn't have to be ..but still. Power Up was one of the only efficient ones out there and this statement just kills me:
Someone that does not want to hold any more. That's all. Granted, giving up here pretty naive/stupid....but that's just how it goes.
And so it goes Surf. And so it goes............
Yeah..and it goes way beyond business. This gets me so pissed here....and it's happening to most of the league's players as well:
https://arenainsider.com/2024/05/former-iowa-rampage-player-opens-up-about-sudden-termination-and-facing-eviction1/
I mean ... "moralities" ... eh? This is so wrong.
Ooooops...Two goal leads are scary. Still have a chance :)
This is not all on Brian though. First was the Pacific Lion debacle...then they had to get shite' short term financing....then this. It didn't seem as though Humbl put any effort into the website or ticket gig. Maybe that was due to no cash and/or seeing who these bums are(AFL). Probably both.
But they were supposed to put $10k per Month into this leading up to the start of season. If they actually did...then after two weeks they are still under water. And that's just with the small cash outlay.
I think they also already issued shares to the AFL as well...like roughly two weeks ago. I am pretty certain of a strong possibility of AFL lawsuits in the making. That piece of crap Hutten will drag Humbl into this and push some blame on em'. At least attempt to....because he is almost certainly that sleazy.
Sssshhhhh. You'll upset some body. So far...so "almost" good. :) Good luck...but the Rangers are scary as hell currently....like fn' dominant scary...lol. Alright, I'm done after squeezing that comment through.
The notion of Humbl actually getting paid by the AFL is becoming doubtful. They are already two weeks in..going on three. If we take that attendance link on face value..and if such would actually remain static, they would be lucky to get paid $200,000 for the season. Given that half the league will be wound up by the end of the week....well.... that's what you have.
I doubt they see a dime.
Those involved with this issuer(retail stock holders) just refuse to see it. This board should be lit up with positive vibes talking about all the cash the AFL and Humbl is bringing in for them. They got shite' on....and that sucks. But at some point ...you just have to realize "what is".
