Please sell
Looks like some emblem shareholders wan't out and once the selling stops we will rise again.
Gary.. the only thing that brings us down unfortunately is dilution. It is a necessary evil, but the company does not abuse it and I like that about the company. I believe after phase2 is complete and start phase 3 our sp will be much higher and may have a partner to help with the very expensive trial.
Agreed.
So I had talked to my broker and they said once they receive my new shares they will be deposited in my account and nothing to worry about. I don't have to do a thing.
My shares have not transfered yet. Anyone else having the same issue. I am using Schwab
Waaaaay to early for that. We are being watched. The moment we have the ability to successfully scale up to commercial scale, we will be highly sought after
My order is in this morning. You are one of the smarter ones here
It is clear with me and obvious clear with management that going alone now is suicide. I love Emblem, but we got caught thinking the market would wait for us why we generate patients organically. Not the case. Consolidation is the key and quickly or we lose everything.
motley's latest article states Aleaf is a steal at these prices
You would really screw yourself and the rest of us with that thinking. This thing doesn't close our future is bleak. I already voted yes. Since the announcement we are up 30% and once the deal closes, assuming the ratio continues will earn another 20 % in value. Greed will not be in anyone's best interest
Correct! Stocks like this take time. The company is making all the right moves. Trials are looking more positive at every stage. No brainer here. Huge catalysts are coming at anytime with this one.
Profit taking. No worries. Very normal trading here. This is small peanuts. After the merger expect a capital raise and a buying spree. This little under the radar company has a strategy.
Whoever sold for 80 to 100k losses here is plain foolish. I challenge any of you to research any OTC to Nasdaq Capital upgrades in the past couple years, particularly Pharma companies and pay attention to the progression right to the moment of up-list. The reverse split is almost always a part of the progression and you will notice the rs announcement after completed phase 1. These guys have moved from little league to the majors after the completion of the phase 1. Phase 2 is much larger and many times more expensive and certainly will require a different type of investor.Yes a phase 2 takes 2 years on average. A .10 share price on the OTC will not do it...sorry. We have a huge advantage over the others, as we are not testing an experimental untested product. We have a product that has clearly shown positive results, without ever being tested. For those dummies who say "VOTE NO" on the rs are just plain foolish. A 500 to 1 was an example. Who knows as so many foolish keep selling we may need a 100:1. The company obviously knows they have something big. Stanley Hirsch know's we have something big and they will succeed. Investing is hard, most don't have the guts to see the company through. Only a few of us will make a fortune here. The rest will be self inflicted collateral damage. Here is a recent company to start your research on..COCRYSTAL PHARMA INC.(.20 cent stock before split). One thing you will notice shortly after the uplist is a large round of funding. Good luck guy's. Fellow longs our time is coming.
Cherry I hope you do indeed get your cheap shares. I hate to see you lose that much money. The company is preparing for a potential Nasdaq listing sometime this year..not bad news at all. I own 2 companies in the M.J space that did this same exact thing, while taking a hit initially, the sp came back stronger than ever and still waiting on the uplist acceptance. There are certainly shady operators on the OTC that rely on a steady diet of reverse splits to keep the light on this company is not one of them. The reverse split will most likely only take place if the company feels it has a good shot of approval otherwise my opinion is it wont be used. I believe the recent change in CFO could also be in preparation of the upcoming up list.
The odds of recouping their investments is far better with the merger. I assume most underwater holders understand this and almost all will embrace.
I have been watching this company for awhile but cautious to pull trigger as I saw the similarities to my Emblem investment. Very strong with huge potential, making all the right moves, yet ignored by wall st. I was ecstatic once merger announcement was made. These 2 companies combined will be a force that will not be stopped. All eyes on this combo now and the sp of both companies will finally be righted. This will be the company to watch for 2019
I guess nothing is guaranteed but there is a 10 million dollar quit fee. Emblem shareholders at first took the deal as a negative as they valued the company higher than the offer, I personally like the merger. I believe the shareholders are already seeing and recognizing the positive way the market is reacting to the merger and will easily vote to approve the deal. Emblem stock and Aleafia, for that matter, have been in free fall for some time now and the recent positive exposure should send this combo to new highs...especially once the major up-list is finalized.
Damn! I-Lard your jello ass is still here cutting the company down? I had to leave this site because of the idiots, like yourself, that has not a clue how Pharma operates. This company, like all other Pharma's that I hold in my portfolio tend to creep down as news becomes scarce. It's not how the stock trades that I concern myself with, it's whether the company is progressing and we are quite well. While you continue to make peanuts shorting, I and some of the other faithful "INVESTORS" will have our time, trust me.
The Company is proving effective through real clinical trials, not smoke and mirrors. You are entitled to your opinion, but promise you are missing the boat at these ridiculous prices. Our research will eventually receive approval, whether we finish studies or sell late stage trials. Watch and learn. You have a great opportunity to be the Dollarmanking!
The one major wild card you didn't mention is the 12 hour tablet. Will be the companies single biggest revenue producer by a wide margin. This company will surprise even the bullish of the bulls here.
Welcome aboard Moxa! Nice to see quality investors jump in here.
They are another great long term hold. Israel research is second to none. You just don't have the capital or patience to let your money grow. Short term traders never make the real money in the markets...The real money is made finding a great company and holding through all the volatility. The real outsized gains are reserved for the patient long term holders..
We will see 10 with the tablet. HUGEEEE!
Although I have a nice position in this little gem it is time to sell off a couple laggards and go all in. It's time to get serious here for too many reasons that can't be ignored.
Like I said today's announcement just reaffirmed my thought that a major partnership is underway. The results cannot be ignored. My gut tells me a big fish is circling. This price is just way too cheap considering we will be in phase 3 within a year, with amazing phase 2 data. This is primed to start really moving anytime now. 100 mil market cap is where we should be at a bare minimum. Load while we can because once large pharma takes us under their wing this baby is going for a ride!
I agree. Most of the time...absent manipulation huge volume spikes of this size does mean there was a leak of major importance. Solid phase 2 results,,we know the stuff does indeed work. Which pharma are we in negotiations with is my question.
Beer money! Shortsighted will never make the real money that comes with holding for growth. Glad to see you go anyway.
They all say that. Until an announcement is made nothing has materially changed within the company. I suppose the selling shareholders may have lit a fire to move some shares...we shall see.
Yes they are doing a terrible educating potential investors. I have to wonder if their "Silence is golden" is in effect here. I know their past CEO has always thought that strategy was the best as we see with OW and now this company. These guys won't ever trade normally without educating investors as to what their vision is. They better do a better job once on the CSE. It isn't a given just because it's listed in Canada it will trade volume, they still need a IR campaign.
ok. Understand, long term picture needs FDA to get this plant off schedule 1. Short term I us this selling product in Canada, parts of Europe and maybe legal states in the USA. But Huge Catalyst will be once FDA announces rescheduling as troves of new research begin and demand for our product soars. I was under the impression, based on your post, we are dead in the water until the FDA reschedules, that we are not.
Please explain concerns about rescheduling. I don't see the companies success hinging only on rescheduling. Yes it will be a huge catalyst for all companies looking to enter the market, but demand for the company's products will come regardless.
Huh? Advanced discussions is what was said, which means a CMO due diligence is in the final stages. Did I miss something?
One of the best teams assembled in this space. What do you suppose Mr. Stewart is up to lately? Big thing brewing here!
May I ask why you are still "Just Watching"? The phase 2 results thus far have to tempting for at least grabbing a starter position. We are at a critical stage now as the company does not hide the fact that they will allow a larger Pharma conduct the phase 3 if the deal is right. This is where I believe we are at and quite possibly why the massive volume surge last week. Someone or someone's wanted in very badly last week with no care in driving the price 40% and without any news at all. I watched this company for the past 6 months and decided this is the optimal time to be in. These results are most likely not luck. The biggest factor for me was the ten patients that steroid therapy failed, we put them through our therapy and 9 of ten responded with 7 in full remission. Not sure I would watch much longer as we take off, starting next week back to 52 week high.
Yes that's what differentiates Emblem is it's focus on Medical. We are not recreational and never intended to compete with rec. The issue with the recreational side is PPG. Once all this capacity starts to hit the price per gram will surely trend down...it has to. Medical will command the highest price per gram. This is why brand recognition is so important to the company at this stage. We will be one of the leaders in Canada and abroad.
Capacity. With that said, we have a massive war chest of over 100 mil. Expect some big new to come out of this name for months to come.
I had a strong feeling after the new 175 k agreement NN was out. Maybe financially it was more cost effective? No details on the pricing but I bet its a sweet deal.
They are waiting for news themselves and the reason they are extending the warrants. It will happen any day. I think the CSE listing approval will double this, but the FDA news is what the company could be hoping for in my opinion
yes he is. He knows the history of this stock. This will run to 3.50 next week and the dirt bag will short it back to 1.25. Not enough solid news YET to hold @ 3 but we are not that far away.
