Whoever sold for 80 to 100k losses here is plain foolish. I challenge any of you to research any OTC to Nasdaq Capital upgrades in the past couple years, particularly Pharma companies and pay attention to the progression right to the moment of up-list. The reverse split is almost always a part of the progression and you will notice the rs announcement after completed phase 1. These guys have moved from little league to the majors after the completion of the phase 1. Phase 2 is much larger and many times more expensive and certainly will require a different type of investor.Yes a phase 2 takes 2 years on average. A .10 share price on the OTC will not do it...sorry. We have a huge advantage over the others, as we are not testing an experimental untested product. We have a product that has clearly shown positive results, without ever being tested. For those dummies who say "VOTE NO" on the rs are just plain foolish. A 500 to 1 was an example. Who knows as so many foolish keep selling we may need a 100:1. The company obviously knows they have something big. Stanley Hirsch know's we have something big and they will succeed. Investing is hard, most don't have the guts to see the company through. Only a few of us will make a fortune here. The rest will be self inflicted collateral damage. Here is a recent company to start your research on..COCRYSTAL PHARMA INC.(.20 cent stock before split). One thing you will notice shortly after the uplist is a large round of funding. Good luck guy's. Fellow longs our time is coming.
