If from July to November IPIX didn't mention P2 trial starting in Q4, nor follow up with more anticipation of January start dates just 2 weeks ago, I wouldn't be pin-pointing (harping on) a potential issue. I did not create the start date anticipation for the last 6 months. Many other companies seem to have gone from pre-clinicial to human trials during the time it's take IPIX to talk about starting P2. Hoping for the best.... Strawman
a pre-site visit occurs prior to the site initiation visit
you could be correct. i was thinking that as well. maybe hospitals want more then pre-clinical data with so many up and coming covid therapeutics
3508 studies according to WHO: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/who_table
What's the missing ingredient to actually initiate or start P2?
We have the funds from the financing arrangements
We have the manufactured drug (per Nov 16th PR)
We have an active IND (per Dec 21st PR)
B given fast track status (per Jan 14th PR)
We have sites (per Dec 21st PR)
There are still many people hospitalized with Covid around the world
Is there a missing ingredient? It would seem leadership is the missing ingredient, however the prerequisite steps prior to a P2 seem to be covered. Something is just not adding up
'Time awareness' doesn't make sense when you keep telling your investors 'any day now' for the last several months.
I think he/ipix totally knows what he/it is doing. Wash, rinse, repeat
For those offering words of 'calm down' 'stop whining'...etc....stop saying things like 'stink bid' and instead say 'slap that ask.'
This strawman is asking for the snakeoil salesmen to step up the rhetoric to believable instead of hoop dream.
trial commencement

Can't believe this has been going on for so long...
Peeps don't seem to be reminded about IPIX deadlines as they have a habit of not panning out (strawman in full effect)
Maybe next week we'll get another 'anticipate' PR about February
that gives me a good idea. i'll watch the godfather later. thanks for reminding me
Maybe Leo doesn't read as well as me... 60 trading days vs calendar days. If p2 were to start today, what do you all guesstimate when we hear 1st preliminary results?
and who knows, there was a Youtuber sticken with Covid that put out a video saying how Leronlimab was an amazing drug before the interim results were announced
Also remember how AF stood in the hospital waiting room getting treated patient's feel for R which then sent the stock markets in whole skyrocketing up....(except for ipix)
This is me shrugging my shoulders
Possible 21 day lag time on CT from the day the first patient is dosed
The WHO site monitors overseas where the study might need to be registered prior to dosing 1st patient
Did I miss a person coming out publicly stating they entered a sell market order with proof of trade executions? Most likely this would be related to the preferred holder converted shares. With the recent increase in PPS (toward .35) and the recent blip in trading volume, that would allow the holder to convert a higher amount of shares.... just a guess... this tied in with short term momo players exiting that were hoping for gap ups each day till P2 trial news
however the gap at .18 is now filled
don't forget to look for the overseas trial possibly being listed here

Without a forward looking statement clause, that would make IPIX more accountable for missed dates.
Forward-Looking Statements: This press release contains forward-looking statements made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 including statements concerning the future..... The Company has in some cases identified forward-looking statements by using words such as “anticipates,” “believes,” “hopes,” “estimates,” “looks,” “expects,” “plans,” “intends,” “goal,” “potential,” “may,” “suggest,” and similar expressions.
10 days left in January
I think that last paragraph on yesterday's update gave some short term momo traders cold feet
I did notice that IPIX doesn't use the "forward looking statements' clause when they issue the website updates.
The company did this financing in 2 rounds
First round I believe was Dec 9th
Second round is 60 days later
Why not just do the whole financing arrangment in 1 round?
By the end of 60 days, all the shares from the 1st round will have been converted. This gives the holder 60 days to convert the 1st round in time for a 2nd batch. wash rinse repeat. Again, this is my interpretation. Till we see a filing and official share count, it's all my guess. I appreciate you trying to pull the answer out of me
There is always a second scenario. The first scenario is the company cares about not diluting the s/s to oblivion needing to do a r/s and/or a/s increase. The second scenario is that the company does not care about diluting the current shareholders into oblivion.
Ihub doesn't have group replies. More then 1 person was mentioning the chess post. Since you read all my posts: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=160989234
I have already given my reasoning behind Feb 7th in a prior post
My latest way to describe IPIX is ambiguity. However I interpret it will not be the way others see it.
It does make a person wonder. There was a lot of anticipation and missed deadlines prior to the pre-print. Apparently there is no mad rush to peer review Brilacidin.
We are fast tracked now. Kind of odd the website, which saw an update today, failed to update Brilacidin to Fast Track status. If Leo can carefully write the press release and/or update, he sure as heck can update the fast track status
I think we are still on for January, but the absence of January from TODAY's update says otherwise.
Feb 7th is coming. Other than actually starting the trial, what can IPIX do to keep interest?
I honestly feel IPIX entered the most recent toxic financing with the impression human trials would have started in Q4 2020. I believe IPIX is confident in an immediate start date however based on IPIX prior history, confidence does not equal execution
people should not be talking about keeping their word on this board now that we are in 2021
Keep seeing locked and crossed market for IPIX
is boomage coming?
I did not give my opinion and was just curious to see all the fan mail i would receive. Ambiguity + IPIX
I assume we are still on for this month if you really want to know my opinion
Just read the last paragraph of today's update to get the answer to your question
ambiguity and IPIX go hand in hand
If that were not the case, IMHO this would be a rather quiet message board
It sure looks real. I have contacted the company regarding this topic yet no returned response. Until I hear directly from the company and not posters on a message board, I am under the impression it is an IPIX twitter account.
It takes the company less time to send out a tweet as compared to updating their website. If you look at the website data, especially on the news section, the author's name is Philip Drake. It appears the company does have someone that can do online updates.
And there is this link which clearly says they post on the following social media channels: http://www.ipharminc.com/social-media-disclosure
Maybe I shouldn't have used the word chess because I am not a chess player. I was thinking more strategy which I understand is a big part of chess.
Based on the information in the prospectus, it reads the preferred stock can be converted at any time at the holder's option at the lowest possible conversion price of the 2 options given.
That being said, Option 1 lets the preferred stock holder convert at the lesser of .35 on or before August 15th or 85% of the lowest IPIX VWAP on a trading day during the ten trading days prior to and ending on, and including, the conversion date.
To me the strategy (aka my unexplained chess analogy) here would be to get the price well above .35 by the 2nd tranche. IMHO it would be a no brainer to convert all the preferred shares under .35 as the holder. That's the best scenario as the holder. However if the price went above .35, you have until Aug to see if the PPS comes back down or at least you have a .35 conversion price if the price skyrockets.
I understand there is a 90 day period where IPIX can pay a premium, but with what money are they using? Also, they can buy back the unused preferred stock. how much will that be? The prospectus reads the preferred stock can be converted at any time at the holder's option. Is there a restriction I missed about the holder not being able to convert during this 90 day period?
There are so many of them. I have seen reference that people have said this one is legit.... unfortunately there is no way for me to get an answer from IPIX if this is official or not.
thank you
as for the CD on NV SOS, i am unable to see the details on silverflume
It's in the prospectus (edit)
I think it's safe to say MB are strictly for entertainment purposes.
There has been lot's of biased-induced information since the very beginning of investment board chat rooms. It's not just IPIX. Whole Foods comes to mind
https://www.thestreet.com/investing/stocks/whole-foods-ceo-admits-to-message-board-posts-10367437
At least the wait is only 2 weeks to see if IPIX can meet this deadline

Feb 7th is coming - let's see how IPIX plays this game of chess
Is there an upcoming shareholder meeting?
I am curious to see how this stock behaves as we head toward Feb 7th in the event of no news.
I have to assume there is a capital share structure change on the horizon
Patience is good... but a long time long here who has(d) Leo and the consultant's ear hear said Leo pulled a disappearing act. History suggests that is not a good sign for Ipix.
I still haven't seen the reason why P2 hasn't started yet.
There seems to be a 'jump the gun' reaction that anyone who questions this company is a Leo hater. That's not the case. IMHO the rush of excitement and the many twisted half truths about what is going on behind the scenes makes this a toxic environment:
Strawman over and out
Its hard to come up with original thoughts. Sorry u have to use other peoples words to come up with something to say, fabricated or not.
