The company did this financing in 2 rounds

First round I believe was Dec 9th

Second round is 60 days later

Why not just do the whole financing arrangment in 1 round?

By the end of 60 days, all the shares from the 1st round will have been converted. This gives the holder 60 days to convert the 1st round in time for a 2nd batch. wash rinse repeat. Again, this is my interpretation. Till we see a filing and official share count, it's all my guess. I appreciate you trying to pull the answer out of me

There is always a second scenario. The first scenario is the company cares about not diluting the s/s to oblivion needing to do a r/s and/or a/s increase. The second scenario is that the company does not care about diluting the current shareholders into oblivion.

the above is all IMHO (consider this my safe harbor statement)
