And X.....don't forget the "after ASM Patio Party" where the knowledgeable, smart, kind, fun people go to ruin their livers for a few hours!!! We all had quite the time out there I assure you. All of us got to put actual names to those who use codenames on this board.
I do believe we will have to get more chairs on the patio in 23'. Looking forward to the expected news coming our way shortly. Lightwave Logic for the win Alex.
Hello PG.....Listen, just wanted to pass on to you my best wishes and some prayers concerning your recent lymphoma diagnosis. I had colon rectal cancer about 18 months ago and it was frightening at first......that kind of news really sets one back a bit. I read up all I could and had some in depth discussions with my specialist and concluded that I would be fine after my small tumor was removed. I actually saw her again today and all is well.
My free advice to you is get the best specialist you can and fight like hell....you are worth it!!!
Good luck and God Bless you...... Steve
Lucky you Jorge.....I have about a foot of snow on mine and it is 5 degrees outside. Plenty of moose tracks there as well. Take Care, Steve (Estaban)
Hello Tkg.......interesting video, well made and to the point. I suggest also that folks looking at IoT companies take a gander at STM. This company is very well managed and is heavy into the Internet of Things. Steve
Spartex....thanks for the video. All I can say is , "them boys came to play"! Sort of what we will be saying when our Lightwave Logic finally hits the bigtime. I predict that our stock will be the equivalent of the Beatles, The Who, Eagles, and all the other great 70's bands together.
Hang in there gang.....the show is about to begin! Steve
Spartex......I guess I am getting confused with all these Steve's around here! Weel, as long as I can remember that I am the one from Alaska, things should be fine!!!
Hey Stevo....just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for your hard work in regards to Lightwave. I appreciate the new video and your valuable insight along with Walter and the rest of the gang from Europe! Your older twin, Steve
Hello Meghan.....funny you mentioned "being green". I went to my favorite restaurant today for my breakfast and one of the new waitresses had colored her hair "violent green" and it about knocked me out. I told her the patrons will have to wear shades from now on when she refills our coffee. I also told her that ain't the way to go incognito! We both laughed and then of course numerous stories of Kermit the Frog came up. Lots of fun....thanks for the video! Steve
Xena.....a picture never lies!!!! Go get em', Xena and Lightwave Logic. Steve
Ted,
Look, one minute you appear to think Dr Lebby could be a con man and then some of the time you seem to think he actually knows what he is doing. If you are sure that he is a con man, why don't you come to our annual shareholder meeting in Denver in May of 23'. Many of the posters here know Dr Lebby personally and would be pleased to introduce you. Then, you could talk with him and judge if in fact, he is a con man.
I think one of the prior posters hit the nail on the head about this who said what, when where situation....if the future meeting does not "blow minds" then you will be leading the charge to attack Lightwave Logic and try to drop the stock price.
I actually had hope for you.......let it go
Jd....back some 30 years now I was stationed at Soesterberg AB in the great country of the Netherlands. My wife and I lived in a small village about five miles from the base. On my birthday one year my wife asked where should we go to have a nice dinner? I said my favorite restaurant by the train station of course. We walked there as it was less than a mile, entered and the waitress asked what we would like? I cannot recall what we ordered but I will never forget what beer I ordered....Duval from Belgium. I drank about 3/4 of it and felt drunk. I asked the waitress what was the per centage of alcohol in the bottle? She said...."I have no idea, those Belgium beers...no one really knows". I laughed at that but I think she was being serious. It was a funtime.
I loved our tour there, visited Belgium, France and Germany too. I fell in love with Europe, especially Holland, Belgium and France. Paris is my favorite big city in the world and Antwerp is a close second.
When our little gem, Lightwave takes off we plan to take an extended tour! Take care, Steve
Hello Steve.....great writeup on the dinner with Michael. I appreciate what you do for the rest of us. You actually would make a pretty good spy I reckon. Just one last observation.....wherte were the dancin" girls hiding out at? Thanks again, Steve
Hey Spartex......I got ya' charger! We actually have a few up here already....all the cool folks who own EV autos are very thankful for them. We will see how they do this winter. Maybe Lightwave Logic can someday, somehow be included in their battery system to help them with the mileage issue. Who knows? Tx, Steve
Ok Meghan......I got this! Ubiquitous by Design! Boom, there it is...... Steve
Hello Scope! Thanks for the recognition of the Greatland!!
First off my best wishes and prayers to Frob concerning his brothers current situation. There are quite a few medical studies out there which (some) indicate that nerves in the back can actually in some way regenerate. Look up Invivio Theraputics and the various human studies they have accomplished in the past 5 years. Their symbol is NVIV. I am not saying that they have a miracle cure for those who, due to accidents, find themselves paralyzed but some of the studies strongly suggest positive outcomes.
Now, I have just returned from Denali and although the weather mostly sucked up there due to rain, many of us found time to enjoy the campfire and plenty of wine and beer. I spoke with one of the owners, Tracey and told her about my idea of putting folks up if we can all agree on a timeline next year....she thinks it is a great idea and is all for it. Keep it in mind Lightwavers.
That is it for me for now...........Steve
Dwagon........I have held this stock since 2015 and in that timeframe I have lived through the ups and downs. Last year when our uplist happened, I was somewhat stunned but very pleased. Since that time we as a company have accomplished quite a bit in the field of photonics in our quest to have our Perkinamine take over the chip world. Only time will tell if our faith in the company and its leadership will pay off. I for one, believe it will as I believe Dr Lebby is an honest individual and certainly one who would not let his character be ruined by lying to shareholders. All in all I am of the belief that it will be, "A September to Remember". Good luck to you and the rest of the longs. Steve
PS......Rest in Peace, Timothy B. Schmidt, bassplayer, for Poco and the Eagles who passed away this day from lung cancer. A voice extraordinaire, with a gentle soul.!
Meghan Star,
I for one am glad to see you back on the board! I attended the ASM back in May and asked some other posters what the hell had happened to you. Nobody knew anything. I enjoy your posts....welcome back! Steve
Hey Woop.....what have you got against my Raiders? Unfortunately, they no longer reside in Oakland as they are now in Sin City, Vegas. Oh well.....I believe our little gem, Lightwave will soon perform much greater than the Raiders. Give em' time!
Steve
Xena.......
I kind of believe you and I are kindred spirits. I mean, we are both in the Class of 69' and all. You raise funds to help support two local Thrift stores and I am on the BOD of our local charity which operates the largest thrift store here in the Valley. I guess great spirits think alike eh? Thanks for what you do!!! Have a great day.
Steve
X....thanks for your hard work/analysis on the shorts side of things. Sitting here, looking out my front window and actually seeing sunlight for a change, I was thinking about what will we call "that Day"....you know when Dr Lebby makes the announcement. I think I have arrived at the perfect, or near perfect name.....
"Shaft the Shorts Day"!
Who knows, maybe it will become another national holiday eh? When it finally arrives, a lot of us will transfer to a permanent holiday schedule.
Take Care, Steve
Yes Scope...I noticed first thing today when I got on. Not 100% sure I like it yet or not. They will do whatever they think is best. Another rainy day up here in the Greatland. It is beginning to wear on us around the Mat Su Valley and in Anchorage too (although we don't care what they think}!
More great things in store for us Lghtwavians in the future, in fact, if I were a betting type of guy, I would say in the next 45 days. No facts of course, to back that up, just a strong feeling. Take Care, Steve
Hello RufusT....just wanted to add an invitation to you for next years' ASM in Denver. I went this year and had a blast with the IHUB board members. The meeting was enjoyable, learned some things I had not known before. The best time was after the meeting/lunch out on the patio with board members. KCCO, Davista, Lew, Grey Goose, Tim Spartex and all the others....what a great time we all had. This next year some of us are planning on showing up 3-5 days in advance and do some sightseeing, golf, swimming etc.. I was again, the only known shareholder from Alaska who appeared but next year who knows, maybe one or two more.
Lightwave has a very bright future, believe it!!! Take Care, Steve
Hello Ray0709.....I put it on my Alaska plate. I could not however, add the E on the end as it was one letter too many. Most folks that see it come up and ask me about it and I am able to inform them about our little Gem. I came out of the restaurant I have breakfast at daily and saw a couple of women staring at the plate, one said "what in the hell is a Litewuuv"? I fixed her pronunciation and then mentioned that when it hit $20.30 per share awhile back, it made me a millionaire....for about 6 hours or so. We all laughed about that but in doing so I did mention how the company is in the right space, at the right time with great leadership and a product, Perkinamine , which will become very well known within this next year. They both said they will look into the company and possibly buy in.
Recently, I was in Las Vegas and showed Davista, one of our members here my picture of the license plate....he said it looked nice. Anyhow...take care,,,,,,,Steve
spartex......not only TUMS but diapers and more Depends for adults who were too stupid not to listen to the Longs here when we have been warning them for months to haul #ss out of here!!!! Steve
CarlinNM....if all holds true and our little gem is discovered, next years ASM in Denver will be rowdy for sure. All of us fighting to buy the next round....was almost that way this year, lots of fun I assure you. If you are in New Mexico, it isn' t too far up to Denver eh? Take Care, Steve
Hello Spartex! Loved your college days routine. By the way...those Perkinamine bitters really could help out in regards to lighting up your taste buds....took less power to lift the glass to your lips! See what I did there? Maybe we could find new ways for our future advertising eh? Take Care, Steve
X....hello and welcome to the Greatland, or goodbye and hope you enjoyed your stay. It is our rainy season currently, happens almost like clockwork every year, Aug through mid Sept, then beautiful fall! I do hope you spent all your money here as we love our tourists.
I have mentioned it before....when our little gem, LWLG takes off, I will get three days at a friends Lodge up in Denali. I will take care of the cabin costs as it can be tough on the wallet just getting up here from the lower 48. All LWLG shareowners who want to come up will love Alaska....The tough part is getting reservations at this place as they will sell out for the whole season by March or so. The best time to come up is around mid June or so. Plenty to do once yall are here believe me.
Anyway, I wish you X the very best as well as all LWLG faithful. Steve
Hello MrSmith.....I am lucky enough to own shares in ST Micro as well as LWLG. I have held STM for around 7 years...it is a great company located in Europe. I expect the Lightwave will be working with them as well as a number of other companies, some of which are not well known to us, yet. Take Care.....Steve
Hello Spartex,,,,,yes, Lafayette, CA, Acalanes HS. Class of 69'. I remember both her and her first cousin, both rich beyond belief even back then. They were both smart as well. &I am sure both have enjoyed their lives, just as the rest of us. Our collective lives will even get better when our Lightwave takes off! Take Care, Steve
Hey Spartex....I actually went to HS with one of the Jacuzzi daughters! She did not attend the 50 year reunion though.....who knows. Anyhow, our little diamond in the rough is going to break out and head north bigtime one of these days....I can feel it. Take Care....Steve
Hey Perfect .....How about, "Lebby for the win". No doubt we appear to be heading for the top. Thanks, Steve
Hello th6565.....I was sitting at my favorite Diner with a friend this morning and I received a call from Charles Schwab. The very nice employee said ," we sent you a number of emails asking if you wish to loan out your shares of Lightwave and we have not heard back from you". I asked him if he understood what that silence was called? He said no he did not. I told him, "that's a clue". I am for Lightwave and against those who want to short it therefor "no deal".'
I have heard others mention that they have had calls as well but I understand that certain folks here have many more shares than I and it was sort of expected for them to get these calls. In my case, I am somewhat amazed they called.
I am doing my part to "hold the line!" Hey Lew, I sent you my email yesterday....use it. Steve
Hi Spartex......I guess they are scared of you eh? I have received a number of emails from both Schwab and TDA about loaning out my shares however, I choose not to do it. Is it tempting, yes a bit but I want the Shorters to really regret their attack on LWLG and all the BS that we, the longs, have had to put up with these past few years. Our time is coming Pennylongs.....hang on for the ride!!!
Take Care, Steve
Hey Xena....if I did my math correctly, so will I. Class of 69' baby....the best! Hope all is well with you and your past medical situation. I hope to meet you at next years ASHM in Denver. Lightwave Logic has a very bright future, we have the leadership, the science and if all goes correctly, the goods to change the future for the better!
Take Care......Steve
Scope08,
This fellow is trying to hand the shovel to the next short/moron to dig further. His eyes and slight grin says it all. Great photo! I cannot imagine what "our" photo will look like the day Lightwave Logic takes off on it's journey to the farthest parts of our galaxy and hopefully, beyond. Steve
Scope....not sure this will get posted as alot of mine disappear as of late. I spoke to Michael at the end of the ASM three years ago and inquired about the possibility of us being bought out. He said essentially that he would be against that and would advise the board that as well. He feels that the company one day would (hopefully) be as well known as say Microsoft, Tesla etc. In other words....hang on for the ride.
I have yet to be let down by Dr Lebby and the rest of the employees. The bonus money situation was fine with me. What has been accomplished in the past three years is rather astounding and the future looks rather nice as well. We shall see, and smile all the way.....Take Care,,,,,,,,,Steve
Hey Proto....I think you have accidently named the book which will one day be written about Lightwave/Dr Lebby.........The Road to Ubiquity. Nice going!!!! Steve
Brother Steve.....it really can be seen as both correct? Either way, we are Golden!!! Steve
Xena....not only that but called us Lightwave Technologies!!! Probably could have worked a little harder there eh? Steve
Dusty....the call goes something like this, "Yes, this is the Poorhouse, we have your room reserved". Tx, Steve
