Why is anyone buying this with a reverse split scheduled for August? and they are still doing offerings, I dont get the math here.
Dont sell into the panic, sell on the way up, this could be a buying opportunity, best times to buy is when there is no hope.
Unless they already told that investor a split was coming, I dont trust these Greeks, they dont play by the rules. I do believe it's going up but yes anything is possible as far as a reverse split, I would guess they'd wait until earnings though.
Another day of endless articles about how the uncertainty of the coronavirus 5th wave is causing uncertainty, first off its not the virus it's the lockdowns, secondly there is a coordinated attack against the oil industry going on and its obvious.
Omhe has the caveat emptor symbol but is still allowed to trade for some reason, the ceo Andrey sold all the assets and dissapeared into thin air after making a bunch of false promises and what not, typical mcig scam.
OMHE is dead, time to bury it.
They pay themselves investors money, that's their business model, they actually produce nothing.
He was an awful one also, look at the shenanigans he pulled with omhe, total and complete scam.
Hopefully TOPS runs the price up a bit before earnings like ship did, ship also do a reverse split so maybe this is coming for tops also, just not sure when.
That's not how things work in reality, why did they just complete a reverse split? Looks to me like you may be the idiot, 20.00 a share in what universe? Not this one, it cant even get to 3.00, no one in their right mind would pay that kind of money for a Greek shipping company that specializes in reverse splits and offerings. The good play right now is TOPS%%
Much more of a risk to be in this company, in my opinion, lots of downside room.
The most recent one was beginning of the year, the one on the table hasn't been done yet and not sure of the status of it, needs to be voted on, currently.they are financing the company with loans.
Lots more room on the downside now, too risky for flipping until it's back in penny land.
I just drove a family going to florida today, airport was pretty busy they didnt cancel anything full steam ahead, dont listen to the lame stream media, they are doomsayers, but I agree with you, they are trying as hard as they can to crush the world economy through fear.
The real moment was back in Feb, that was the time to get in vaxart was in the penny range, govx was total garbage then price wise.
Hopefully, seems like the oil stocks are not following oil prices any longer, people are scared after the false move in early june.
Well it sure didnt take off today, looks.more like a downturn, some dumpage for sure.
The same people saying 2.50 were selling as they said that, oldest trick in the book, this stock is a pump and dump, look at the way it.moves, it's obvious.
When's the offering coming? That's the real game here, they will now be able to do the same plan as before and issue tons of shares, rinse and repeat.
I think you mean 1 for 16, a reverse split you lose shares.
Mcig is not a good stock, the company has very little revenue and the stock price has been stagnant for a year.
This company sucks
How do you deliver on science? Just curious.
You do realize the 2.50 was the reverse split price after the split!?
Vaxart was chosen by the feds to study their vaccine, so yeah if geovax gets chosen ot could be like vaxart, but it could also be like thousands of other biotech stocks and go into oblivion.
There is zero logic in ship getting to 20.00 unless they do a 1 for 50 split, otherwise I'd say they will be right back under a dollar within a month with a 1 for 16 split.
Reverse splits screw the shareholders, notice these companies in penny land never do splits where you get 20 for 1, only good companies do that.
What good is that if there is a reverse split??
I understand one must look at the positive, now do the downside,.perhaps they couldn't get money anywhere else, and I wouldnt say the rate is that good to be honest.
Govx isnt going onto the Nasdaq, I would bet that with all my money.
Reverse splits are always bad, they will split then drop so they reduce your share count and then reduce their value, leaves you basically with nothing.
I agree, it's pretty unethical what they did, and they sure did dump alright, hundreds of millions of shares dumped, then once the price dropped they announce the real plan. No one even knows how many outstanding shares the are out there, seems to me like an endless amount.
Reverse splits are 99.99% always bad for share holders, they usually spike for a moment, like 3 minutes, then start back on the same trajectory they were on before the split, downward. Companies never reverse split when they are healthy, it's a desperation move, I would buy after a split once it settles but I would wait for the bottom again and then get out quickly, it's a flipper.
Andrey, where did you go with all the dough? You told us there would be clinics and transparency pr,s but it seems like you drove away in a car, to some place where no one knows, oh Andrey please say it ain't so.
There is still 3 months of summer left, time for everyone to consume as much as possible and leave your cars running 24/7.

Earth to Gte where have you gone.
Oil is really getting beat up this year, something gotta give, do tired ofnthe.media and their covid 19 doomsday scenarios.
It's not shocking and they may hit the 10.00 a share mark after they split. The company really isnt in the business of making money or producing anything it seems, just raising money to pay their own people.
Not good news for share holders.
