Where are you seeing that? I just checked TD Ameritrade and nothing came up.
No Tit. It's not the same thing at all. It's the definition of opposite. I own(ed) shares so I obviously have an interest & a stake in the company. You on the other hand do not, so scouring the boards on a daily basis seems rather counterintuitive, counterproductive, and comes off as neurotic. Does it not? Again, these shares are delisted so what is your end goal at this point in time? To be crystal clear, this is not a rhetorical question - I'd like an answer.
As for my insights, they came directly from the company from conversations over several years, emails, and personal observations from the one time I got a tour from George of the facility last summer. I do still have hope that the shares will be relisted because they still have a full staff that goes to work early and leaves late. And as you know he is no longer in a position to profit off the selling of shares. Any businessperson knows that you don't use personal assets to make payroll unless you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I don't understand why you still care when the stock is no longer listed. I'm sincerely asking.
You certainly will but can you give me something? Anything?? I want to have a good weekend.
Why do you say that?
Righhhhhht....because I actually gain something by lying about a stock that isn't even listed?
Hi Jules,
Naturally you are at liberty to believe me or not but the purchase orders weren't fake. Hell they're still sitting next to his desk. I can confirm that because I saw them with my own eyes.
He just can't raise the money to go into production so the purchase orders are empty promises. It's a shame.
Hahah. I'll give you that one. That's funny.
What would YOU do for a Klondike Bar?
How do you figure?
With all due respect, you do realize millions of promising companies fail on an annual basis and with that constant stream of failure comes vanishing deals, frustration, empty promises, dilution, toxic debt and reorganization. What I think distinguishes Mr. Coates from the rest of the pack is his stalwart focus, determination, and undeniable persistency. Obviously it's not a scam as those deals were made and the product failed (and perhaps still isn't effective today). Nobody does that throughout their late 70's. Literally no one. He already has a nice house and grandchildren. He could have hung it up a decade ago.....BUT he's still at work every morning.
As for the anti-dilution awards, no argument there but I think we can all agree that mathematics is the universal language of truth and 100 billion zillion Hulkyrillion Titansillyion times zero is ZERO. He ain't making a dime off of the continual failed attempts people.
Furthermore, I think something positive will come out of his other worldly persistency and I for one am optimistic. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Happy holidays to all! (Even Hulk and Titan)
Hi Jules, I understand your frustration (boy do I ever) but you can't actually buy shares at that price so I'm not sure how any were obtained at .000001.
That being said, the volume was 210,000 or so shares of which the majority were purchased at .0001 (still HORRENDOUS but that's a fact)
In terms of progress, I would suspect there is a 50% chance of a press release tomorrow and IF they don't get it out tomorrow I would say the chances of a press release on Monday are 100%.
Again, no idea if there are positive developments or negative developments but that is my understanding.
Good luck to all.
No problem and I'm not being facetious at all. I'm sure I can expect a fair share of sarcastic comments from the peanut gallery or maybe we can skip that altogether and wait until next week to see what happens.
Again, I don't know if the Shareholder report will be positive or negative.
Hi byloselhy,
We should have a Shareholder's Update next week.
I know right?!? Totally classic. That was a real hoot!!!!
Great point. So why not move on brother?
So I have to ask.....are you finally happy that you can move on to bigger and brighter things?
All good and WHEW!
Thank you for clearing that up.
That's strange. I also use Ameritrade and I never received any notification regarding a reverse split. Additionally, I thought the maximum reverse split allowed was 200-1.
Where do you see that?
Very original and profound brother
I guess we'll just see what the 8k filing shows and go from there.
Point being you can say whatever you want, but stop calling it a scam when it's not. You know better.
Anyway, not worth continuing this conversation. I'm sure we both have better things to do.
Just note, I never once advised people to invest their money in this company so to all potential investors (to be crystal clear) be prudent and invest at your own risk. I'm 100% advocating researching the history. Good luck.
Haha stop. I'm not crying and I haven't bought any shares in a very long time. It's been a terrible investment, no argument there. But I think you can agree that language is important and what you claimed is factually false. You proved that with your link. Did you not say pump and dump?
Sure thing. He was accused of fraud in 1994. Am I missing something?
I'll read the entire thing later as I glanced through it (I really do appreciate what you sent as I have never seen a detailed breakdown of this magnitude) but my claim holds true. Does it not?
Oh yeah? Prove it.
Please do not lecture me. I live here, worked across the highway from Coates for many years, and know the history quite well.
He was never arrested for a pump and dump. That is 100% a lie. It was for mail fraud (and you can look that up on Google homeboy). You don't have to have a degree from MIT to understand what took place.
Actually, take it a step further George Coates owns 80.3% of the company. Why would he want to be responsible for a pump and dump that would cost him hundreds of thousands, if not millions?
Christ, people like you drive me crazy. This isn't a scam. Shitty business man, agreed, but scammer he is not. They have multiple videos of the technology fully accessible to the public and I'm sure the United States Army (because it's a really small outfit) might not have taken a look at the technology over the past 18 months if it was a scam. That's confirmed too. I saw the government vehicles in the parking lot that day.
TAKE. A. VACATION. DUDE.
Christ....
Oh my god. Seriously? Dude what are you still doing here??? What are you trying to prove? The stock is valueless and no one is buying shares (they couldn't if they wanted to).
All the while, you're literally still pontificating on a daily basis, on this blog, about a dead stock. Let's also point out it's all recycled information. You're still cutting and pasting old PR's and using the same material?? Oh brother.
Let me guess, are you still maintaining that you're protecting newbies? There is no bid brother! Treat yourself right and take a nice, long vacation. Camden, NJ is beautiful this time of year.
Come back in the summer and we'll see where we're at.
Haha this is great. I'm still confused why a link cannot be provided.
Are you absolutely 100% sure they can reverse split again?
They have to do what it takes to keep the lights on brother
Did I stutter?
The share price was unusually steady for a very long time post reverse split before it began to tumble.
Actually it took quite a while for the dilution to take place after the reverse split. That was the strange part.
Good morning Coaters! Hope all is well.
Does anyone have any actual insight as to what's going to occur today? Everyone for the most part seems fairly optimistic but what's the optimism based on? I understand legitimate news would send this soaring but there ain't no news just yet.
Just wanted to pick some brains. I know some of you say the O/S is quite attractive but it seems like that number grows on a daily basis.
I get what you're saying but you said:
1) That insiders (Form 4 buys) were buying large positions leading you to believe that substantial news was imminent
THEN you followed up with:
2) Is Coates finished?
Obviously, those are two very contradictory posts so to be clear I'm not trying to knock you, I'm just trying to understand what you're getting at.
You didn't answer my question
Can you share that?
