For the last time, can you actually provide any evidence that he's pumping this stock? Is there a link to something more substantial than a Twitter mention or something?
Yeah, a real childish move.
Listen, I don't know whether Ty is making a serious effort to pump this stock but he's certainly not welcome here. There are good reasons to invest in this company but none of them are short term. I highly discourage short term strategies here. You can find that junk elsewhere.
LOL yep that's Ty. Not exactly Prince Charming now is he.
Love the news. Can't wait for the sales revenue to start coming in. Looks like the stock is responding.
Please provide evidence that Jacobsen is currently pumping this stock. Why would he be pumping a company that recently took him to court?
Is Jacobsen currently involved with this stock? Last year he pumped it hard and dumped it, leaving a few of us really suffering. PCS Edventures took him to court over the whole thing. Are you telling me he's pumping it again in 2016?
The stock basically stalled out and people lost interest. The last 10-K was really hopeful though. Combined with the last quarterly report, we have a company that is right on the verge of making a profit for the first time. I'm still holding long as I've always planned on doing.
Huge sale in the Middle East. $700k. Looking forward to the results of that one.
Nice press release: more revenue, cut their losses by $1 million, increased capacity for growth. I'll be adding to my position soon - seems like those who predicted slow, steady, yet significant growth over the medium-term were right.
"First, FY2016 Q4 was a great quarter for PCSV with $1,189,000 (unaudited) in revenue dropping $192,160 (unaudited) in profit to the bottom line. In total, our unaudited revenues for FY2016 were $3,335,612, an increase of 15% compared to last year’s $2,901,113. Although we lost $424,455 (unaudited), it is a significant improvement from FY2015 in which we reported a loss of $1,447,820. Significantly, we accomplished this while decreasing cost of sales by 21% and executing an asset purchase of Thrust-UAV, a new unit that we have funded with additional personnel, R&D equipment, and a new, expanded location for manufacturing and fulfillment. Our Thrust UAV business unit will be announcing distributors, product news, and ship dates later this month. Other Company improvements include expanding our STEM products and sales channels, the development of our digital platform, refining our EdventuresLAB, and exporting STEM programs Internationally. We appreciate your continued support of PCSV."
Three months ago you were predicting this stock would "bottom out under .01" and calling it the "worst stock of the year" and a "pump and dump scam." And now you're complaining that it's holding steady right under .10? What exactly do you want out of this stock or this forum?
International distribution agreement and product launch for their flagship drone. Sounds like good news to me.
Wow, looks like the wall at .10 has disappeared!
I like the movement this week but that wall at .10 looks pretty daunting. I'm guessing we'll see a holding pattern under that for a while, at least until news comes out. But who knows.
Another big order went through.

I'm expecting a decent day today.
Congratulations for those who weathered the storms and recognized the value in this company. I'm seeing solid growth in the long term. PCSV is now the whole package.
Hey that's great news. I think this is a fantastic place to be.
An order that was doubled since last year. That's the thing about selling to schools - once schools buy into a system they almost NEVER switch systems, and they usually expand. There are so many layers of bureaucracy necessary to switch a curriculum at the school level that you just won't see a lot of clients disappear completely.
UNLESS you offer an exactly similar product at a lower price with better support, which is what PCSV has compared to its competitors (thus kicking out competitors in School Specialty).
Seriously, the whole "scam" thing is utter nonsense.
Simmons, the answer is that this stock is simply not a scam. An argument can be made that it's a company that isn't good at updating its shareholders, or doesn't think of shareholders when making decisions, or even that it's not that great of a company. I disagree with the last one but there's an argument to be made there.
But as far as being a "scam," that just literally makes no sense. The company makes products and revenue and has actual business partners around the globe. Anyone who relentlessly posts on the board like a robot with Asperger's just repeating the word "scam" hoping that it sticks at some point, seems to have suspicious motives to me, not the least of which seem to be a personal antipathy toward people who used to promote the stock (I guess the guy Monkey who used to post here more often).
So yeah, just ignore those "scam" guys and do what makes sense given what this company does. Look at the products - I can attest that there are some really happy kids out there who enjoy the products and have fun with them (I've seen them at work at STEM festivals at my university, and the kids are just super happy and love the robot stuff). Check out the revenue stream and the fact that they're entering markets that continue to grow.
And just hope/pray (depending on your beliefs) that those "scam" guys make some friends in real life so they can find more meaning and purpose in their lives rather than posting on the ihub board six hours a day.
Really? That would make you happy? You "can't wait" to see someone else suffering? Okay.
PCSV in the news. Description of the Droneology curriculum.http://www.ktvb.com/story/news/local/2016/01/01/boise-company-creates-app-for-drone-safety/78173470/
Subs? Now wait a minute, that sounds silly to me. It was between .04 and .10 before the pump for a couple years, and the company's not doing worse now than it was then. Why in the world would the price go below its older level now?
It's a company without a CEO and hardly any announcements or news. I'd really like to hear something regarding the process of finding a CEO. Like a timetable or possible candidates. Getting tired of silence.
Why an I am optimist you mean? Because I'm a research scientist and an educator and I think the product is solid and has huge potential in the future. Just because the stock has been pumped up and then dumped apparently in the last couple months doesn't change that.
I'm an optimist about this stock but this week is going to give me a stroke!
It's a really good time to buy in I think. I kinda wish I hadn't gotten in at 19 cents but I'm hoping to get more when I can. Probably after the holidays. If it's still cheap I'll get more, but it's a win win for me because if it goes up I'll be happy too.
Probably when they select a replacement CEO and/or when the revenue and reviews for Droneology come in we may see interest pick up. As far as the CEO goes, depending on who it is, this might really get people interested. But I have no idea when that will happen.
Glad to hear it. I didn't know Greenhouse was done with their contract - that explains why I hadn't heard back. I thought when an IR gets done with their contract they dump all their shares and then badmouth the company online? Just kidding.
Looking forward to Droneology.
I'm holding long term. Not too concerned with the day to day moves.
If Smith doesn't have a relationship with PCS then Ty isn't just incompetent, he's a liar - because he repeatedly implied that there was a relationship there and that he was at least partially responsible for it.
So not only did he fail at his job of Investor Relations, he also failed to bring anybody on board to PCS in any meaningful way, and then he lied by implying that he did.
Heh, okay dude. I'm starting to notice a pattern here.
You can go back and tell Ty that the whole Gordon Smith thing is not any kind of a bargaining chip here and he would be better off preparing for his lawsuit. There are plenty of people who feel pretty deceived by him and won't cry if he gets what's coming to him. And the fact that his cronies continue to try to jerk the PPS around makes him look worse and worse (and make the lawsuit seem to have more and more merit).
If Smith doesn't want to be involved in the company, then fine. The curriculum is still top-notch and well-positioned to help a lot of kids learn some great stuff. Your interest in Smith is obviously way disproportionate to the relevance of the situation.
Didn't we already have a conversation about this? Read the last 20 posts on this board.
Wow, the new filing against Jacobsen Enterprises is quite a shock. I guess the company is indeed invested in protecting its name and PPS.
Oh! Well maybe I overreacted then. But I'm still curious about what this means for profits this quarter. We shall see.
Maybe some of the mitigating factors here are that 1) the note seems to have been written on a "stockholder and board member," and 2) the note was only extended one month. Hopefully they can get enough capital to pay it off in a month. I have been waiting for financials to see whether the quarter has been profitable but I'm guessing if they were rolling in profits they wouldn't have had a problem paying this off.
So it sounds like it's not the end of the world for the PPS or the company, but it's still a problem and I wish this weren't such a surprise.
This was news to me. What a disappointment. I'm going to hold my shares though, I'm in this more for the long term and I think the company has plenty of long-term promise. Maybe I'll have to wait longer to see any gains though. This is a drag.
They have should have hyperlinked the PCSV stock symbol into the article!
I think the question of Smith's involvement is fair so I don't think that anyone needs to be attacked for that, but I also agree that I don't see how it materially affects what PCS Edventures is doing on the ground. They still have the curriculum and they're building the international infrastructure at a time when drones and robotics are really exploding.
If Smith had some connection to Ty (which I think he did based on Ty's gushing about it constantly) and agreed to get involved with PCS Edventures based on that connection, then probably when Ty was fired Smith loosened his commitment to the company. So I'm *guessing* (though I have no idea) that Smith's advisory role hasn't been clearly defined which is why Greenhouse can't give us a better answer.
Again, I don't see how it affects the company that much though.
Greenhouse has been doing a fine job. They've been professional and haven't been putting out vague promises and silly "last chance before the train leaves" stuff like the last guy. It's a conservative company and they're not going to just pump the stock for short-term gains - it's a longer-term play and it will pay off. I could do without the noise and volatility that comes from an IR person pumping for the sake of ihub traders looking to get in and out.
Right.
I'm not a stock guy, I'm actually a scientist, but I can vouch for the fact that PCS Edventures has a great thing going and is doing many, many things right when it comes to building an educational curriculum in STEM. They're also ahead of their time, so I think it's really just a matter of time before their methods explode in this sector. So this is a really good medium- to long-term play.
Second, I'm really excited about their financials coming up. I don't think they would've been talking about moving to the NASDAQ at some point in the stockholder's meeting unless they felt they had a reasonable chance at getting the stock price up to a stable $1 (the rough minimum for the NASDAQ) at some point. I think they would've reacted very differently to that question had they known that financials were going to be terrible.
So we'll see when financial come out whether I'm right, but of course I hope I am (I'm long PCSV).
