Since this management took over in a Reverse Merger at the end of 2014 the stock has only gone down with two Reverse Splits and an absurd amount of dilution. The stock has lost 99.9998% of its value. $1000 invested would now be worth 2/10ths of a cent. STAY AWAY!

They could care less and I believe actually loathe investors (penny traders). Everything they've done has been without any concern to current investors. They seem to want to sell as many shares as possible and screw everyone else all the way down.

Nah I'm here to stay and speak truth. I've watched these scumbags do a 1000/1 and a 500/1 RS in the last three years. All while having no business, put out multiple PRs about fake business that always fell threw, and sold shares the entire way squashing any chance of PPS rising. They put out PRs to sell into the bid...it's so dirty. The equivalent price in January 2015 would be $50. They are down 99.9998% and $1000 invested in January 2015 would now be worth 2/10ths of a cent. These guys are nothing but shares selling con men. Good luck...

They just haven't properly updated in a long time. They sold all of these shares after the Western Grade merger. The stock had momentum for the first time in forever and they squashed it dumping 100s of millions of shares into the bid. Scammy SOUM and William Westcrook made millions. Soon after they were all in Malta on a "business trip".

You have been posting about your positive outlook about SOUM. Clearly to come to that outcome you'd have to do DD to want to give an opinion to persuade others. Yet you don't know about SOUM acquiring Western Grade? SOUM made a huge deal about it and the previous gov contracts western grade had and how they were going to do big things together...NOTHING!!! Western Grade turned out to be in insane debt when the financials became public. All they did is sell as many shares as they could and string investors on. And they've been doing it since the reverse merger with SWRF in November of 2014.

They have no viable business plan. Arbitrage requires money and buying out commodities to control the market. SOUM says "international arbitratage" but all they have is a website. No bussiness done in three years because all they try to do is act as an unneeded middle man and set up the freight. No announced business has actually gone through as companies realize SOUM provides nothing of real value. William Westbrook is a conman. His wife pasha should be ashamed as he pretend to be a philanthropist and ending international scarcity. All he's doing is stealing investors money as he dilutes all value away. I hope he ends up in jail for this trash.

I remember someone successfully signing up and ordering a case of Red Bull a little over a year ago. SOUM had a "big" energy drink contract that never actually went through and then they had Red Bull for trade on their website soon after. Problem with SOUM business plan is they're useless. No one wants to pay them to be middle manned and have just the shipping set up. Any smart business would contact the real supplier and cut SOUM out. They're useless and their business is smoke and mirrors. To really do arbiratage you have to have the kind of money where when you see a deal you buy it all up and then control the market. These guys are just penny stock scammers stealing investors money.
