Thinking of buying warrants, when do they expire?
James, when companies purchase shares in agreements like this, why don't they purchase them on the open market? Why do we give them brand new unreleased shares that cause dilution?
WHERE IN THE WORLD IS JUSTICEANDEQUALITY?
It's always fun coming back to stocks you used to own that you sold because you knew were scams. I thank god every day I sold on the marijuana pump. What was the website called again? internationalglobalsafemedicalmarijuanaforum.com?
Who here remembers ELAS? HA HA HA
Just telling it like I see it..it sucks..I almost got suckered by FDMF but sold when they hopped from oil/ELAS to marijuana..think everyone here is just trying to do the same now..everyone here should file an SEC report.
Guys, this stock is a scam and kristler should be in jail.
Confidential SEC filing

Wonder what that is?
Hard times living in the Kristler Scam Bubble. Maybe I'll write a song about it..I'll only charge you investorhub members 4.99.
FDMF is such a joke, so glad I got out on that short-live marijauana spike. If you're still in, sell before .0001,t his guy is a complete con-artist and no amount of PRs is going to save this now.

billions of shares handed out for current liabilities..looks like no end in sight.
Just entered a small position, thanks for the tip Blullish, will add more if I like what I see. This has huge 10-20 bagger potential based on what I'm reading so far.
Should be illegal..sounds like a scam..look at that volume...
How did this hit .0004 at end of day if I've been waiting for my .0005's to fill and still havent filled?
The MMJ Play was a complete joke. Look at that website. I could make that in 3 seconds. GDSM just released the same exact news as FDMF, at least their website looks a little better. Both plays spiked at low doubles and dropped back to triples. This has nothing to do with the MJ industry as a whole. The business concept for FDMF MJ play is bogus. It's a frickin internet page...this stuff already exists.
The only hope for this company, and the only reason why I'm still around is because there is potential for ELAS..and when is news on that gonna be, in the next couple months?...
completely new names addressing longs claiming news..
It can be profitable globally, forums on the internet don't require legalization.
I sold. Weakest PR I've ever seen. No confidence in CEO. The way he commented on about how the marijuana company is for shareholders threw me off a bit. Is he letting us know this is a sinking ship and attempting to give us a life jacket with this PR?
We need ELAS news
Flippers gonna flip. You won't catch me selling on these rumors, from the recent press releases of Krister, it sounds like there is too much good news to come to flip at these insane low prices.
Vantillian, all I see is wisdom. Thanks for the thoughts, I'm learning.
QB would be excellent. Highly speculative, not likely, but would be great news.
Where do you see OS going up?
We first need to know what service or product the corporation will be offering. If this is entirely online and doesn't profit from direct sales of an illegal substance, the vote in Florida might not matter.
<sarcasm>OMG COULD GO TO A DOLLAR!! BUY BUY BUY!!!!! OMG !!! OMG !!! OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...</sarcasm>
Was watching this trade today, someone wasn't letting this thing drop below 2.72, constant big bids at that level...possible big support line, looking at the monthly charts and that support goes through for the last couple months too. Let's see what happens next week.
efficient market == news already taken into account of share price..let's test the theory.
Read my post on Scottrade.. and switch to someone else.
I don't think they can tell it's happening, I think they are just farting in the wind.
How can you tell they are diluting?
Tesla and Jaso. Kaboom.
FDMF is number 18 on the breakout board right now.
Our volume is at 901,762,073. Out of the top 50 in the breakout board, we are number 1 in volume with almost a billion shares traded. The next highest traded stock on the breakout board didn't even come close with only 574,851,568 shares traded. We have 4 of the top 50 most followed users post on our board in the last 24 hours. In the last 5 days we are up 100% and only continuing to gain momentum. News from the meeting with state government of Michigan should be announced soon along with our newly announced cannabis-based corporation. Anyone else excited?
I love when you see a stock start to take off, you have the naysayers that come in out of nowhere to try and bash it because they want to get in at a lower price. Lol
Strongly believe huge news is around the corner...Don't get burnt.
Just because Zazz uses coiling dispensing mechanism doesn't mean a thing. The consumer will buy a product from any machine so long as it works. What matters will be the abilty for the company to increase production along with placing the machines in as many locations as possible. The fancy machines seen at the cannabis cup probably cost an arm and a leg more to manufacture than do the time-tested machines already in place and the one used by Zazz. I just don't see how a slightly more technologically advanced machine is going to convince a dispensary to place it in its shop when it will probably cost a ton more for the owner. It's why vending machines now are built the way they are, and not like high-tech future beasts..efficiency and cost.
I think people were expecting a bigger pop from all the news/press yesterday. When that didn't happen, end of day they put their sell orders in.
A probable theory as to why Scottrade won't touch FDMF
I was originally moving my brokerage account from Sharebuilder to Scottrade. My account consisted of energy stocks, including hemp and marijuana. Scottrade initially advised there would be no problem with the account transfer. After waiting a week for the transfer to complete, Sharebuilder notified me of a stop on the transfer from Scottrade. I called Scottrade and they advised me that the transfer will go through, but they cannot carry any of my marijuana plays, those would have to stay with Sharebuilder. They do not want to touch any marijuana play at all. I told them to cancel my entire transfer since I was angry they didn't tell me initially when I decided to move my account, and went to Schwab with no problems.
TLDR: Scottrade doesn't like marijuana stocks.
$FDMF .0005 ready to break into the medical marijuana industry, pre-PR
I own a few million shares, but I'm still wondering why an oil company is making the transition to medical marijuana? Is it just because it's a hot industry and to make a few quick bucks off the share price?
What is Global Medical Marijuana Forum, Inc's business model? What service or product will it be supplying?
Also, I want to thank abc123otc for sharing his excellent DD with us. Good job sir.
