I feel your pain. For the moment I'm holding, may add more next month.

Anyone care to comment on the Grand Isle Gathering System acquisition? Seems to me to be good for future growth but the stock is down on the news.
LADR began operating as a REIT for U.S. federal income tax purposes on January 1, 2015. The company paid its first quarterly dividend, $.25, on April 15th. An additional catch up dividend is expected by the end of the year.
CORR is the symbol for CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. which is a real estate investment trust for tax purposes. IH please make the name correction. Thank you.
Added to my position following news of the 14.3% increase in monthly dividend to $.04/share. It's a good fit for my Roth IRA.
I believe it was Will Rogers who said, "Buy land. They ain't makin' any more of it."
Why are there no chart and price data shown for this stock?
NMFC recommended by Oxford Club and followed by BDC Buzz. I haven't bought in yet but may start a position in a couple of weeks.
Interesting story but it appears to be 15 years old based on the copyright at the end of the article. Isn't there something more current? I'm wondering if there are any cases that actually went to trial and the results since then.
Wasn't the halt yesterday for a Canadian stock with the same ARP symbol?
I wonder what the spike and fallback Friday after hours was all about?
Oil market controlled by tankers.
This post came from the BBEP board but also applies to the oil market in general.

I'm not calling a bottom at this point but I definitely think this stock is in the zone for investment.
The management of this company has already proven they can navigate the low oil price environment. They currently have hedges out to 2017. The prudently cut the dividend as they did during the last crisis.
I think this stock price will react to the current price of oil until a few earnings releases occur to show that management is handling the current environment successfully.
I am long BBEP and have tripled my position during this decline. I am looking to add more if this stock dips further in price.
Why do I think there is a bullish case? Its all about the oil transports (aka tankers)
The day rates for tankers are skyrocketing at the moment because of the demand to ship oil at these prices. However, the hidden story is that many of these tankers are being used as floating storage by companies. This is important because when tankers are used as floating storage and not delivery fuel the amount of fuel that can be transported will go down. Also, 2015 is the year there was supposed to be just enough tankers to cover the world's demand for oil. So when you have enough tankers out of transporting there wont be enough capacity to transport all this oil that is being produced. Shortages will happen because there isnt enough capacity to ship the oil. Eventually, the members of OPEC will have to shut off the tap because they wont have enough storage for the oil they are producing and they will buy tankers to store oil too....that is when oil will go up. Because everyone will hold the tankers full of fuel hostage until the price of oil goes up. Oh..because oil is currently cheap the demand for oil will go up too...so we will hit new highs in the price of oil probably within 2 years.

Actually I thought the CEO's leaving was good news.
Interesting that the stock is going up since TheStreet.com posted a sell recommendation this morning.

Wow! How many years ago was that? I'm amazed I can still remember it.
Good to know that CEO Michael Forman purchased 33,805 shares on August 5th. See SEC Form 4 for details.
According to Scottrade the dates for the August 2014 FSIC Special $.10 Dividend are:
Ex-dividend: Tuesday, July 29
Record Date: Thursday, July 31
Payable on: Friday, August 15
Perhaps I should have introduced myself before barging in on your page. I've been on IHUB for a few years and until this year my investment focus was on penny stocks. But after being stung with stocks like ERHE, PSID and MCIC I've changed into a monthly dividend investor. FSIC is my latest acquisition and since there was no IHUB Board for it I decided to start one up. Please take a look as FSIC not only pays a monthly divy but has two special divies scheduled for August and November.
Bee careful!
Greetings from California!
I've changed my investment strategy to concentrate on stocks with mid to higher dividend/distribution rates payable monthly. My portfolio mostly consists of a mix of Business Development Companies (BDC), Master Limited Partnerships (MLP) in the oil and gas sector and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). I use Scottrade's Flexible Reinvestment Program (FRIP) to reinvest the dividends.
FS Investment Corporation, a BDC, is the most recent acquisition to my portfolio. In addition to paying a monthly dividend, currently $.07425 per share, two special dividends of $.10 are scheduled for August and November. I'll update you with the details in my next post.
My sympathies, I hope you aren't allergic to bee stings!
Yes, I finally came to that same conclusion last week and sold nearly all my 350k shares at $.0041 thus ending my dream of hitting $1 and paying off my mortgage. I've changed my objectives and am now interested in monthly income payers in the MLP, REIT and BDC arenas using Scottrade's Flexible Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
I've joined that club, but I think I'll go look for a baseball game.

More bad news. I'm out with a small gain.
I wonder how much it cost those shyster lawyers to initiate the class action lawsuits. Would they also have to pay for PSEC's cost of defense?
Any particular reason for the pop today?
Nobody gets anything out of class action lawsuits except the lawyers.
Anyone have any thoughts about the SEC's accounting demands and how they will affect PSEC? I hit the panic button and sold out but may buy back whenever the dust settles.
Seems like an excellent time to add shares at an even higher dividend yield.
Isn't it about time for a stock split?
I thought MKRO was bought last February by TBG Holdings to go into the railroad business. Did that not happen?
How do I find the Ihub Mall? I don't see it on the Ihub home page.
Anyone heard anything about a possible stock split in 2014?
