Hope you are right. I want to get my fill.
I am happy to keep my bid in place until kingdom come, so we will see if I have single handedly halted the steady decline (HA HA) or if eventually the shorts will want to continue the slow steady decline and give me my fill and proceed into the 0.29s
I suspected that was the case.
I suspect that if I were to raise my bid to say 0.306 then that would quickly become the new anchor and I will have gained nothing.
At the cost of additional commissions....
yes, I have seen this in previous trading that I did not report publicly.
my bad luck - wrong broker.
the point I was making .....
It seems my going public with my bid at 0.304 has not done me any good. There are now a build-up of bids from several MMs at 0.305 etc. they now know how to get ahead of me, even competing longs who also want to get in.
One more little detail. I just tried to raise my bid from 0.3040 to 0.3042 in order to get past the 0.3041 level. But my broker refuses to accept a bid to the fourth decimal place, ie., I can either bid 0.304 or 0.305 to three places, but not in-between. Only the MMs can place a bid to four decimal places. That sucks.
Well, this morning pre-open, the bid is again at $0.3041 - again that 0.0001 above my bid. We'll see if this time things work out differently and I get my fill today.
Sorry for my typo. "my 0.0304," should have read "my 0.3040,"
Sorry, that was a typo. I did mean $0.3040
Well let's see if I get my fill today before the close. The bid is now 10,000 at $0.0353.
the action seems similar to this time yesterday - approaching my bid but not quite get there.
Thanks for your reply. I have come to the same conclusion.
OH, OK, I think I have the answer to that. If for example my bid is in the habds of NITE for example, then they only report their highest bid on their book which is now at 0.3141 which is higher than my 0.0304, so my bid gets lost and not reported on this Level II. If I am right in this, it shows how "swiss cheese" our Level II reporting on this is - just full of holes!
Hi, tried your link and it works well, just what I was looking for.
I have one question, I reproduce below the current bid/ask but have found that my bid at $0.03040 does not appear on this list for any MM. Why is that? My bid size is far larger than any of those listed.

PROPRIETARY QUOTE ELIGIBILITY
Thanks again for the info, I will try it.
It hasn't actually gotten below my bid yet, just whisker close.
Thank you. I imagine you have a Bloomberg terminal?
Can you do a similar post from time to time over the next while? Tanks again.
I normally do not discuss my transactions or my bid and ask. They are my private business only, and I prefer to keep it that way.. But this morning will be an exception that might be of interest to others.
For the last about 10 days I have had a large order placed at $0,3040 since it hit the recent low, just below 0.30,
I finally thought that this morning I would finally get my fill. But NO, the low this morning at after open went to 0.03041 and I did not get my fill. Still waiting! They never gave that extra 0.0001 knowing they would be losing control of those many shares to someone else for that large bid that was not from their group.
The MM's clearly know who they are selling to and will not give a large boatful of shares when they are shorting to someone that is not of their group. Apparently on the OTC they can do this (unless of course the price goes well below the bid).
Will see if I get a fill later today.
Does anyone have level II info at the bids just above mine they can share?
but not before I get my fill
I do not agree. A lot of needless speculation. The simplest approach is always deal with matter at hand. Thus we now do not have EDEN thus our costs are higher and any NICE price after approval will be appropriately set for that condition. When we do get approval for EDEN, whether that take just a few months or more than a year, at that time NICE will then deal with the new circumstance and set a new appropriate price to accord with the new circumstances. It is really quite simple - no need to complicate it.
That is BS! A buy, is a buy, is a buy, whether to cover a short or to start a long position! The motive of the buyer is unknown to the market and makes no difference.
Sure, but never before have we been waiting for an MAA approval decision due to land within weeks. Even the shorts know this. Similarly, we are within weeks (any day is possible) of the decision on the MTD. So one way or another the lid is about to blow! No more of this 3 year crap please.
Can we tell from the judge's and magistrate's docket, whether they are on summer vacation or will be soon (say before Labour Day?)
1 FOR 6 - not 1 to 6 !!!!!
Not worth my time to reply!
Meirluc, I usually agree with much of what you post, but I strongly disagree with you on this one. I think NWBO has made it clear they are applying based on the manual method and not based on EDEN. Upon approval the payments will be based on this and adequate, or the approval is pointless. When the time comes several months later and they are ready to approve EDEN they will again figure an adequate payment amount for the new circumstance. I see no reason for your worries.
I have seen this idea often before, that more volume is needed for significant change. It does often happen that way, but that is not necessarily the key when a stock is being manipulated by deep pockets. In our case, the seminal issue will be the desire of the manipulator to continue. This may or may not accompany large volume. The key is when the manipulator decides to stop. this may occur for various reasons. It may no longer suit his purpose, it may be too expensive to continue, he may switch from a short to a long, his contractor may have called it quits, etc. etc. when this happens the change in price need not necessarily be accompanied by high volume. This is just the big picture. There may be other parties who continue the manipulation so the details as to volume may vary from case to case.
for the last several days my real time quotes are always giving the identical size for BOTH the bid and the ask. They no longer tell you anything at all anymore. Are you all seeing the same thing?
That would probably have to be in the 8 digits!
Where are you going to? the bench on the far side of the park near the pond?
I stand by what I said. You have no idea what you are talking about in this accord.
This I agree with.
I doubt that.
I had looked into this some time ago and reported on this BB. To the best of my ability, What I discovered was, that while NWBO does trade on the Stuttgart exchange, it does so only as over the counter trading and not as a regularly listed stock. This was not enough to qualify for a TFSA.
