Hmmm...a 'fact' would be that nwbo WAS .60 IN THE PAST. Facts are not some short's wishes.
-Imo, the combo trials just continue on like any other trial.
-Funny you say UN approved...as in the United Nations...as following their agenda 2030 and 'sustainable' goals....not aure they would tey to save anyones life...
Funny, you mentioned A-F and all I can think of is Adam F...
Hello H2R, been checking in periodically checking in to see if anyone is paying attention to us yet. You are a consistsnt poster which I appreciate. Nothing from Larry S lately, hope he's doing alright.
Eggplant brings up a nagging issue for me also, as the growth outside acquisitions is fairly slow. The reason I'm still here after all these years is Cryoport is the gold standard for logistics in the still young immunotherapy industry. To be honest I feel like they are being helped by the industry as far as share price support and funding. The industry would really struggle without a reliable 'partner' for logistics. So they may be getting fed money at higher stock prices to build out their support network.
I am anticipating they have another acquisition in their sites due to this latest money raise pr, which may give us another boost. I'm glad to see them take advantage of the high stock price when the opportunity presents.
Thanks again for your perspective, always helps to see what others see. I'm sure I'll be here for a few years yet!
Yeah its been around a long time, why hasn't anything been approved? Why wasn't sars 1 therapeutic approved? Maybe cause it killed all the animals in trials? ADE.
Visit stocktwits.com at all? Lots of long term holders on there that have a good pulse on what's happening. I know Lucid spinoff is in the works, 3 clinics in phoenix about to open for eso testing. Eso 'in stock' at like 180 clinics around US. Do some quick numbers on a each test and you can see revs could scale quickly. Throw in nexflo, carpx etc and pavmed could be a great long term investment.
Need a message at the top other than Clay...bad luck anytime he posts. Still sittin on a pile of z warrants...very bright future here! Eso, carpx etc...
Yes, that's A LOT of oil in the ground to be tapped yet!
Agreed, last I saw insider and tute ownership was ballpark 88%, so funny it crashed like that. That high a percent should really make it more stable, especially on low volume. Of course, it can and has gone up just as fast in the past. Still positive here though.
Little late in response here, but good analysis of the latest money raise. Solid move by management to get debt off books, lower dilution and cash leftover to fund commercialization. I think the market is starting to realize it now and we should move north on much more solid ground...where they can raise more cash at prices which don't hurt so much.
Yes it was! Musta been drawing that divvy for last 20 years. Although honestly glad they cut it, as mgmt reaping benefits of it more than anyone being about 80% ownership. Just lazy ass management collecting their divvy checks not tryin to grow the company at all.
No odea what you are talking about...posted on twitter???????????
I apologize that wasn't very nice...
Go somewhere else with your 'pink sheet alert' crap. They got a patent, thats it. Means nothing.
After everything they've been through, they can make it on their own. they can raise money way easier now than they could even three months ago, minor dilution at a dollar dollar and a half a share
Am I missing something here? Cryopdp has similar revenues as Cryoport, however we are buying them for around US $58million? Are we tremendously overvalued here at $1.5+ BILLION?
I've dug into those a bit, from what I can tell they are exercisable at a $1.60 a common share. Expire 2024. Slightly more risky than common but not much, if only one of their products take off, imo the warrants are much better investment dollar for dollar.
Hey Lazer, still checking in here I see. I must have been in on the same private placement, as had those warrants also(same exercise price as tradeable warrants), of course it was a bit of a cluster trying to get them exercised and deposited in a trading account. Cyrx has been good to me also, rough road but well worth it.
Where we go from here is hard to predict, I can only imagine there are a bunch of shorts at these prices, if the mm's push a little harder could have a nice squeeze, although my gut tells me they will prevail once more and drive us back to the mid 20's.
The coming election could also have major ramifications for the market as a whole also...
They received a compliance notice after that, they will likely get another deficiency notice again, and be given 6 months to regain compliance...
You know, the tradeable warrants(cyrxw) expire this month. I cant remember how many exist yet but a million or two rings a bell. I'm assuming they will get exercised which will add that many common shares to the float. No idea if it will affect the price but the market cap will reflect the added shares. Just an fyi.
Hey H,
Yeah I'm stunned at the strength here, I keep looking at money flow, macd, volume weighted macd, and they were all into overbought territory last week already.
Made my first purchase in 2013, and last around 2015. Something that's been consistent, is after these hard run ups to new highs, it consolidates down significantly. I admit I hedged too early by selling calls, but I'm pretty confident by November this we will revisit 25 or so(give or take 5 bucks:).
I did sell a quarter of my shares over last couple days as cryoport has become about 80 percent of my portfolio and have to bite the bullet and pay taxes sooner or later! I've moved a bunch to atrs as Antares has to be one of the most underappreciated biotechs around?!? I may sell more if we have a 'blow off top' type run.
Anyway I look at it, I've made a pile of money if I sell now, and would be happy even if it goes to 40 without me!
Best of luck to you too!
Hey H2R, interesting strength being shown here. I'm still amazed at the market valuation here and still believe we visit lower prices(16 to 20ish) in the next 6 months again.
Have you ever used stocktwits dot com? The last person to post shows an interesting chart analysis that indicates cryoport running to around 37 before the next major consolidation. With the recent strength I'm starting to think he may be in the ball park....time will tell. Hope all is well.
Sorry to hear that H! I discovered 'selling calls' a couple years ago after 20 years of playing around with stocks...never looked into options before as always understood that other than buying puts or calls is too dangerous...but after looking at selling calls against shares you hold in your account, its really lower risk than buying puts or calls. You only risk losing the shares at the strike price you sell the calls at(but also keep the purchase price of the call)...am I saying that correctly?
I really didn't think they would pull a money raise with $95m in the piggy bank already...but guessing mgmt is thinking about a big purchase. This honestly might be a good move, should only dilute 4 to 5m shares in the end.
Yeah heck of a run! Looking at charts cannot see how this continues, nothing goes up forever, so sold some nov $30 calls today for a hedge!!! We are at a billion market cap now, just can't see how that's justified...yet??
Yes have looked at BLFS but they're specialty is really not in logistics, even if they claim to have the best technology. Haven't looked lately but likely don't have near the trials locked up that cryoport has, especially the number of late phase trials, as they are much higher volume and obviously closer to commercial volumes. Blfs has some other niche products but if memory serves me right they're revs have been much less reliable and harder to predict, and im guessing that has something to do with the stock price.
Hey H2R, still holding some cryoport huh. Thought Quarterly was very strong with much coming in the not too distant future and the market appears to have been impressed also.
I've been holding since 2013 and missed taking some profits on the last run to 25...however did sell some calls against my holdings which turned out to be a good hedge. Yesterday I actually sold a pile of $25 Nov calls at $3, as imo, however good the report was, our valuation is again looking very rich, even based on the 3 year revenue projections. I honestly believe we will have another major consolidation before then.
Just a quick observation as I'm sure you are a substantial holder also, and wondering if you've made any moves either way lately.
Yeah thats a positive, looks like after hours bid ask is down...someone sold a couple thousand at 18 and change...see how actual market reacts tomorrow.
Didn't see that announced anywhere...thanks
Agreed, soon as he shows up should sell and go short!!!
Sorry, that was intended for Bigboard
Too much going for this company, news soon, hope you have a stop loss set
Thanks for the reply, I'm longer than ever and questioning my wisdom in still being so bullish. I'm just hopeful they can string a few profitable quarters together and beat estimates as they have been. Still think this is low risk with so many different revenue sources.
Does anyone have a subscription so SoS? Has he posted anything on ATRS since they essentially cut forecast/scripts leveled off?
Ouch. Makes little to NO sense telling us this mediocre news 2 months early...unless of course there is something BIG brewing they need to announce before normal release date...otherwise keep bad news quiet as long as possible right?
That's interesting, I had not been aware of the pfizer immuno trial. It would appear they are deep in a phase iii trial. That IMO is a threat 2 to 3 years out. Trials/new drugs(even in phase iii) take enormous amounts of time to become fruitful, and immuno drugs even longer due to re-imbursement issues. They are VERY expensive treatments, and if there are other effective treatments on the market, good luck getting insurance to cover it.
Just my take, but I still like apvo as its cheap here, and they have many other opportunities in the works!
I've been watching a bit, appears they are growing revs, have irons in the fire that are promising. Appears they are way undervalued...although they need to show the market they do not need to raise money as they are running low on cash...
Little to no chance, but if it does will be buying BIGLY
Right there with ya, didnt sell enough at the nose bleed prices. My thought is EVENTUALLY we will get there...could be 3 months could be 3 years.
They have plenty of cash in the bank to carry them to profitability. What we need is a profitable quarter prior to expectations, a big commercial win, or a buyout!
Again, why dont they release news closer to the opening bell???
THAT is AWESOME!
