Just my conjecture but the recent news gave it momentum, for sure!
Increasing volume and upward trend over the past 3 to 4 days could be indicative that the market may be sensing more FDA news or announcement in the short term. A good stock to hold IMHO.
Well said!
This guy is a con artist and he has duped a lot of ppl into believing his lies. The SEC rejected the filings, I have been told.
Well said!
Agree with you that Matt has repeatedly misled shareholders with broken promises. Folks need to stop pretending that Matt has the best interests of shareholders. All indications are that he is diluting this to death, while lining his pockets. Personally,I don't think this will ever become current. Also, the much talked about hearing aids will never make it to mass distribution.
He has no management skills, let alone the PR wherewithal to run acompany IMHO.
Looking more like a scammer or fraudster than a genuine CEO!
Good points!
I once filed a multi-page complaint to the SEC/FINRA on a mining company who had the same deceptive modus operandi and was eventually delisted or banned. I am now documenting all the fraudulent and misleading tweets/statements/PR's by this CEO over the past 3 years to submit an official complaint. BTW, the complaint forms are available on the SEC website for anyone who have the corazon to do it!
It could very well be!
If this turns out to be a scam, Matt would have pulled a good one on hundreds of investors. Hope we are wrong, but for now, INND appears to be heading to sub-penny in a week's time.
That's a good one!
It's probable that INND could get delisted or banned by the SEC if Matt continues to post misleading "forward-leaning" statements that he is putting out on social media. A lot of fake companies recently got delisted and banned!
I agree!
Any CEO who keeps moving the goal posts for his own expediency is not to be trusted. You have to take what he tweets with a grain of salt, IMHO
It will go back up when INND becomes current by EOY and Matt shows photos an videos of his warehouse with 500,000 hearing aid devices.
Keep your eyes on the newswire!
Filings could come at anytime any time, maybe by end of year or next year!
These tweets don't mean anything! There are hundreds of othe CEO's owning shells and small securities who do the same thing day in and day out. These tweets are not verifiable and unfortunately, many get duped for it. Matt must become current like "today" and release the names of the big retailers to keep his credibility. Do we really know if he has the products/inventory to get this off the ground or is it just smoke and screens?
Agree with that!
After another month and the status quo has not changed, INND will be on slippery slopes. There will be crush or stampede to get out, IMHO
That's actually possible!
3 months ago the CEO said his accountant had about 2 weeks remaining to finish the standard filing process. Then, he announced that he is pursuing an alternate filing process that is less time consuming. Now, he has gone silent. Read the tea leaves my friend...
"Keep your eyes on the news wire", "filings expected any time", maybe by EOY or by
Q1 of next year!
Fear is not always a bad thing. Instilling fear, plus the longer it takes for INND to become current and for Matt to identify the big retailers will cause the PPS to go down, giving an opportunity for newbies to get in and for others to flip and restock.
Thank you for saying it!
Ppl make wild predictions on this board that hardly ever happen. I don't think this is going to .10 any time soon. Perhaps by the end of the year when INND becomes current and Matt puts out sales/revenues for the year.
That's his modus operandi for years and the investors are always left holding an empty bag.
You are absolutely right with that. This is not heading anywhere else but down, due to gross mismanagement and greed.
That's possible, but the opposite is also probable for another month or so until financials are filed and the big partners/vendors are identified.
Agree with you on that! The CEO is too Twitter-centric. He should be releasing much of his drip and drop tweets in an official PR. Posting multiple tweets minimizes the effects of what he is attempting to accomplish.
Agreed, and I would add this is dead in the water, going nowhere until the CEO files fins and puts out a meaningful PR.
Finally, the CEO puts out a big a announcement we have been prodding him to do. Well, I see he is listening and reading this board. GLTA
You may be correct on that! The trend today, based on the averages of the pps swings (ups and downs) to be generally pointing upwards. The line of best fit appears to trending upwards. Time will tell.
That's true if you have not bought back in already. Having no shares in the hopper and hoping it will drop further to fill up again is not advisable in such a volatile market.
I sold half my position -- some at 7 pennies and some at 6 and a half pennies. Agree with you that it's a bargain right now to load more if one wants to, but INND could hit sub-penny soon if no big announcement is made. My point is that there could be even better bargains in the next few days.
That's the way you make money on these pinkies! I did the same thing and helped myself to
a nice profit (ROI) when it peaked a few weeks ago, and have since bought back in. My position is now doubled what I initially had and I still have money in my Etrade account that I could buy more if I want to. Good job!
That's a good question and only the CEO knows that. But, on your last point, a very savvy OTC investor once told me that you always sell half of your position when a penny stock makes a big run and then buy more when it inevitably goes back down. Money in the bank is always a good thing, isn't it?
That could happen, but the opposite also is possible where a lot of variables could affect it's long term viability. Remember is OTC pinkies we have here. GLTA
Seems very probable!
With each passing day that the CEO reneges on promises to uplist, to release PR on big vendors and to stop dilution, he is losing credibility and INND will continue in a free-fall that will be more difficult to re recover from.
Like I said earlier, unless Matt puts out a meaningful PR in the next 24 hours, this could hit sub-penny by tomorrow. Fridays are usually red days with lower volumes, so it's probable INND will tank to half a penny by EOD tomorrow. I will not be surprised if it closes down to just over a penny by EOD today. The ball is in the CEO's court to stop the hemorrhaging IMHO.
That's probable if Matt does not put out a PR!
Absolutely!
The big posters here can reach out to him and demand a meaningful PR today.
Totally agree!
Matt is is more and more looking like a joke!
Where is the big PR, promised more than a month ago? Where is the roll out of the 2 big Wall Street vendors? He has consistent moved the goal post and appears to be kicking the can further down the road with each passing day. What would be the excuse when this falls to sub-penny today or tomorrow? I guess it will be massive sell off! This free fall could be reversed, but he has to deliver and keep his word to shareholders and put out a significant PR,IMHO. GLTA!
This was released today by the company, as per Yahoo Newswire. It may have been a paid advertisment by the company, but it is none-the-less newsworthy.

Concurrently, InnerScope is working on rolling out its Self-Fitting Hearing Aids and its other Hearing Products with major brick and mortar retailers starting Spring 2021. InnerScope is planning a launch of an Omni-Channel marketing strategy to significantly increase its B2C sales, including national infomercials, TV/Radio commercials, and other online/digital marketing forms. As a B2B Wholesaler to some of the world's largest retailers, InnerScope will be working with the retailers to create a General Hearing Health and Hearing Products Awareness campaign for their customers. These campaigns will drive awareness of the extreme health consequencesof a person living with untreated hearing loss and market InnerScope's Hearing Products to help the hearing-impaired community through the retailer.
All InnerScope's Current and upcoming Retailers are excited to add InnerScope's Direct-to-Consumer Self-Fitting Hearing Aids and other related Hearing Products to their customers. InnerScope expects its initial sizeable inventory of the NEW Direct-to-Consumer Hearing Aids within the next few weeks and will instantly start selling the products. Good points, and may I add that the pending quarter financials and sales/revenue performance will be a big factor in setting the trend for the rest of the year. If sales were robust, then this could appreciate even further. On the other hand, if they are disappointing or lackluster, there may be a significant correction. Time will tell!
Agreed! That being said, there are still opportunities here to make some hefty profits, for those who have the stomach to deal with big swings in share price, which I believe could start very soon, especially if sales for the quarter were anemic. Wish everyone much success!
