Bwahahaha......I think that post speaks for itself.
NOBODY CAN EXPLAIN why a billionaire radio mogul wanted to buy a worthless shell like SPEA. Must be a SCAM! Then SPEA ran from .10 to over $30 per share. Nobody can still explain it! LMAO but the idiots that spent too much time looking for an explanation were left behind. ROFLMAO
Exactly!
I have been accumulating.....if everything is on the up and up here (and it looks like IT IS) FRFS/GIFA will be a lifechanger for many. A perfect example of why I love R/M's!
Should be a sticky! Nice post!
RAD also must have "trespassed" on to a Costco warehous site for another fake photo opp.....and then they snuck onto the filming set of a Verizon video. Man that Reinharz is sneaky LMAO. I think i've heard it all now!
ROFLMAO! I just answered this in the post to which your post is responding!
Sorry Computerbux.....I just could not read through all of that extensive, intelligently compiled DD. Besides, all of us on this board are all quite shaken now after a post stated this play is all "hype". For the life of me....I just could'nt come up with an argument that disputes a well thought out comment such as that. I was stumped. The WCET and other specs were not disclosed....So all need to get out of this pronto! All of these Fortune 500 companies that will be infusing RAD with cash are all HYPE! ROFLMAO.
"Sounds like alot of hype to me". I just sold all my shares, all 600k shares due to this post. Seriously, Because.....even though Allied Universal (leading $4B security company) Hardcar... Verizon and possibly Microsoft are all doing deals with RAD, this post rocked me to my core. All of these Fortune 500 companies just...well, sound like "lots of hype". With all of the money I will not be foolishly losing on RAD, I am going to see if I can invest in that mail order toy scrap junk box metal robot your post so graciously provided a link to! Even though that company has NO DEALS with ANYBODY, we know the WCET....Field Of View and range, and granularity. THAT is what is important (Just one question though, is that thing a bomb? Looks like it could be a cheaply made bomb). No "HYPE" deals with major billion dollar companies there to get hyped about. Sorry for all you guys "stuck" in this one. Make way....I am going to be the America's first trillionaire! P.S. Too Funny!
Bought more OMVS today with TD Ameritrade......
"Speculating's" a nice word for it......
Takeaway from previous posts on OMVS. Steve Reinharz has to be the worlds's most ignorant businessman. He bought a shell that was close to $20M in derivatives debt (unless you have a brain and know how to account for/offset derivatives). OMVS and SMP are in huge financial woes (which is why they will soon be opening a 3rd office LMAO) Allied Universal is being sued for sexual harrassment with unsubstantiated claims by two female security guards who never reported the incidences to corporate.....this will undoubtedly bring down the entire $4B dollar security company....maybe even the entire security industry as we know it LOLOLOLOLOL. We have a Radbot at Costco, but the picture on Twitter showed that the Radbot needs to be PLUGGED IN to charge. Bwahahahahaha! "Too funny"! The Radbot reminds me of another failure of a company that is making no money....TESLA! Their electric cars need to be plugged in to charge! "Too funny"! Their shareholders are paying over $300 a share right now! Should you tell them or should I? "Too funny"! LMAOTHAMI #laughingmya$$offtohideallmyinsecurities. Too funny!!!!
I disagree :)
Yes. There was nothing impressive about a deal with Allied Universal, a $4B leading security company. There was also nothing impressive about a deal with a multi billion dollar retail giant like Costco. Nothing impressive about a deal with Harcar....a leading marijuana/cannabis security company. Most of all....there will probably be nothing impressive about a deal with Microsoft when it is announced. Finally, when RAD is bought out for several dollars a share.....that will just be a fluff PR. I think most understand the narrative here.
Rad's bots were meant for patrolling areas where humans should not be entering. If it comes into contact, there is a camera and sirens and human security will be alerted. WOW....maybe check the specs. So funny! So hilarious! The government actually requested the Knightscope 7? That is hysterical! Because I have seen no info anywhere for Knightscope including filings, that suggests any such thing! That is uproarious! side-splitting! The fact that no proof can be found anywhere for this is gut-busting humorous!
What I find to be funny is that no where in either of the links in your post does it prove a government contract. Instead, they were two generic articles. There are no filings for a GOVT contract with Knightscope. This will be hilarious....prove me wrong, post proof of the GOVT contracts with either company. If the time can be taken to post links to two generic articles that prove nothing, why not post actual proof and shut me up? Too funny!. P.S. while one of your articles did show the partnership between HARDCAR and Sharp (article was from April) THIS is HARDCAR's website TODAY http://www.hardcarsecurity.com/services/ I see a RADBOT......but guess what I DO NOT SEE? I do not see Sharp's robot anywhere on their website! OH OH!!!!
"As far as Borders and potfields, sharp intellios uag is already in the potfields..and I understand sharp may have some government contracts in the works, as well as knightscope, well Knightscope does have government contracts..that is a fact". Well then...if that is FACT....please provide a LINK to these government contracts Knightscope and sharp intellios has. After all....if I recall correctly, is'nt there a thorough application process? One of your prior posts pointed this out when someone stated RAD might have GOVT contracts. So I guess it will be no problem to provide a link to your facts....I will be waiting. Secondly, Sharp Intellios has NOTHING on RAD. I have seen Sharp's bot....it looks like a joke and it is slow moving. RADs design, AI, and overall performance KILLS Sharp Intellios. I guess that is why RAD made a deal with HARDCAR security http://www.hardcarsecurity.com/services/ a leading provider of security to cannabis/marijuana business. I see Rad's bot on Hardcar's site....but not Sharp Intellios or Knightscope. OH OH! LMAO
"I'm not sure what's going on here".... I agree! And it will probably be too late once it is "figured out" LMAO. OMVS deal with Costco is huge.....and that is only one of many deals coming.
ROFLMAO....that article was written by CEO of Hardcar Security.....and....LOOK WHAT WE HAVE HERE https://twitter.com/stockfun1/status/938414659425787905 ANOTHER GREAT FIND! THANKS! OH OH! P.S. The robot in the second link made by Intellios has NOTHING on RAD's robots. There is always going to be competition in any field, but thus far RAD is way ahead of the curve.
http://dailytelescope.com/pr/smp-robotics-unveils-new-swarm-technology-allowing-multiple-robots-to-operate-at-one-site/24760 That is a GREAT article! Thanks for posting! Not quite sure what "Oh Oh" means. From the article: The new technology, developed in conjunction with Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD), the exclusive North American assembly partner for SMP Robotics, provides an organization additional situational awareness and streamlined guarding on site. SMP is working closely with RAD to expand a comprehensive test track of the swarm technology to deploy in the coming months. Wow! This "Swarm Technology" sounds awesome! Seeing as how Steve Reinharz is an expert in the AI field, it's obvious RAD is at the forefront and SMP is proud to have them there, improving the capacity and performance of their robots. Nice. With these two companies working so closely together, most likely we will be seeing the two companies open more offices together and merge. It's coming IMO.
De Ja Vu.....I believe all of this was addressed also https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=136598610 YOUR response proves MY point.
Ridiculous. "All OMVS investors will realize they own shares in OMVS". What does that even mean? LMAO. Yeah, I had a clue I owned OMVS after I placed the trade to buy shares in OMVS. Is this post implying that we do not own shares in RAD? The company that reversed merged into OMVS? LOL "The financial filing is like the fine print of a contract....only the professionals choose to read it"? Which professionals? Ones that lack the basic understanding of a reverse merger? No thanks.
Wrong. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commitment Commitment may refer to: Contract, a legally binding exchange of promises. One must also understand the way this is worded in a PR, or its context. When you release a PR that states "RAD has commitments for 62 robots with total contract values of approximately $6M" THAT is a contract, not a "scout's honor or pinkie swear" Okay. A company could open themselves up to big liabilities otherwise. Time will prove me right on this. Just sayin.
"Totally knew that was an SMP deployment" LMAO.....Let's have a look at the actual PR from SMP Robotics regarding this deployment, shall we http://www.prweb.com/releases/2017/11/prweb14939629.htm SMP Robotics is pleased to announce that its S5.1 security guard robot has been deployed at a large, U.S.-based shopping and warehouse center where its autonomous solution will monitor the perimeter and the adjacent parking lot to improve security and efficiency. No where in this paragraph....or anywhere else in the article, does it state that SMP deployed the robot. It simply states that they are pleased to announce that its S5.1 robot has been deployed. SMP is, after all the manufacturer of the robot model. Let's read further...Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) the exclusive North American assembly and distribution partner for SMP Robotics, worked closely with the retail leader to customize the RAD solution. RAD equipped the robot with state-of-the-art artificial intelligence technologies, which enable the solution to operate in an autonomous manner and execute swift identification. So...let's break this down. SMP is the manufacturer. Check. RAD installs all artificial intelligence (state-of-the-art, according to SMP) its what makes these robots function in a superior, autonomous manner. RAD assembles and then distributes. They are the exclusive North American master distributor (not to be confused with sub distributors). What is the definition of exclusive? Restricted, or limited to one person or group of people. What does it mean to be a distributor? A person or company that supplies stores or businesses with goods. Where is this shopping/warehouse center located? It is U.S. based. So, if RAD is the exlusive North American distributor for SMP Robotics....and they worked closely with this retailer assembling and customizing...WOW. What could that mean? The 9-7 was a RAD deployment. I think that is SUPER SIMPLE for most to figure out. ROFLMAO
OMG ROFLMAO. One cannot compare Key West reservations to written, binding commitments (AKA contracts) between two companies as is the case here with OMVS/RAD. That is RIDICULOUS. I am simply at a loss for words....WOW.
Actually, i'd say rule #1 is basic reading comprehension as it relates to the process of a reverse merger, press releases, and other ordinary course filings. For example, comprehending the language in the company's press releases would show us that A: 62 commitments with contract values of refers to and defines commitments as actual, signed contracts with 62 customers. Secondly, in this other press release that now seems to be blatantly miscomprehended.....there were two deployments to Romeo Power, not two deployments for RAD in total LMAO. The PR states this plainly does it not? Not difficult.
Like their letter of intent to acquire RAD (reverse merger). It HAPPENED though, did'nt it? However, to read and comprehend those OMVS PRs correctly, you must post the entire sentence. 62 commitments with contract values of. I believe myself and another poster went over this same topic MANY TIMES. Commitments can indeed refer to written contracts, according to the definition. Thus when they use that sentence in a PR, Commitments with contract values of....it is comprehended as the commitments are indeed contracts. Basic comprehension IMO....
LMAO, Allow me to "educate and enlighten".....because seriously, this is where a basic understanding and comprehension of a reverse merger and how the process works is necessary. http://www.reverse-merger.com/tag/reverse-merger/ In a reverse merger process, the private operating company shareholders exchange their shares of the private company for either new or existing shares of the public company so at the end of the transaction, the shareholders of the private operating company own a majority of the public company and the private operating company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the public company. The public company assumes the operations of the private operating company. At the closing, the private operating company has gone public by acquiring controlling interest in a public company and having the public company assume operations of the operating entity. I think most can probably understand this pretty easily, especially if one goes back and reads the Super 8K and the details of the share exchange agreement. In Laymans terms.... RAD and OMVS are one in the same. They are not two different investments. That is beyond ridiculous. The tail does not wag the dog, but the tail is not separate from the dog. At some point, we will see a ticker change. I have been through many reverse mergers....so this kind of jargon only amuses me.
I disagree...
I disagree...:)
You are correct, Romeo is their partner. A partner that provides their patented battery tech exclusively to RAD for their bots, and in turn ROMEO acquires robots exclusively from RAD to use at their facilities. I do not know specifics of financial details. For me, being a partner of Romeo and using their tech exclusively, is more than enough. As far as the other deployment....RAD did not PR it because they allowed SMP to do so. This does not mean SMP did this without RAD LMAO. This is where knowlege of what being an exclusive master distributor means, comes in handy. Do some DD and then we can have an intelligent discussion.
OMG! That made NO SENSE! The PR clearly states this is the second robot deployment for ROMEO POWER. This means it is the second deployment for this specific customer, not their second deployment as it relates to their entire amount of deployments to date! This PR is basic reading and comprehension.
Here is the article AGAIN https://www.roboticstomorrow.com/news/2017/11/21/smp-robotics-s51-robot-deployed-at-shopping-and-warehouse-center-to-enhance-security-and-intelligent-monitoring/11027/ it states that SMP is pleased to announce that it's S5.1 robot has been deployed. NO WHERE does it say SMP deployed them directly, and without RAD LOL. All investors who took time to do DD know the process....SMP ships the Robot to RAD, RAD then assembles and installs the artificial intelligence and other features customized to specifications of their customer, and RAD deploys the bot. It plainly states all of this in the article.....RAD played the most important part and did the majority of the work. LMAO
"But it wasn't a reverse merger"...."It's all public knowlege"......"I love Google....I also love the SEC filings...LMAO". http://www.securitysystemsnews.com/article/robotic-assistance-devices-acquired-omvs The reverse merger with OMVS allows RAD access to capital to scale it's product portfolio and help further increase its market position in the robotic guard market, according to Steve Reinharz, RAD President and CEO. ROFLMAO.....someone may need to contact Steve Reinharz and let him know this transaction was NOT a reverse merger. Bwahahaa.
http://www.yourohiovalley.com/story/36893488/smp-robotics-s51-robot-deployed-at-shopping-and-warehouse-center-to-enhance-security-and-intelligent-monitoring From the article: Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) the exclusive North American Assembly and distribution partner for SMP Robotics, worked closely with the retailer to customize the RAD solution. RAD equipped the robot with state-of-the-art artificial intelligence technologies, which enable the solution to operate in an autonomous manner and execute swift identification. The SMP all-terrain system combined with RAD's artificial intelligence technology elevates the S.5 robot to perform at the levels the retail sector requires. How in the world could anyone arrive at the conclusion RAD's contributions are secondary? LMAO. RAD works hands-on with the customer to customize the robot to the customers specifications. They provide the artificial Intelligence technologies (the most important part of the bots) and they assemble the robot and and distribute to the customer. WOW. Just, WOW.
"But it wasn't a reverse merger...RAD is a subsidiary of OMVS". What I find humorous is that everything in your post following "But it wasn't a reverse merger".....SHOWS THE ACTIONS OF A REVERSE MERGER! http://www.reverse-merger.com/tag/reverse-merger/ In the reverse merger process, the private operating company shareholders exchange their shares of the private company for either new or existing shares of the public company so at the end of the transaction, the shareholders of the private company own a majority of the public company and the private company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the public company. At the end of a reverse merger transaction, the former public operating company usually folds, or ceases to exist....the new company's business operation takes over. FROM YOUR OWN POST: Current Business of the Registrant as a result of the closing of the Acquisition listed above, the Registrant has succeeded to the business of RAD and has purchased all of the outstanding shares of capital stock of RAD. The Registrant intends to pursue the business of RAD and assume and execute RAD's business plan as it's sole business. "It's all common knowlege".....I agree! It is also basic reverse merger knowlege for those of us that have been been reading these filings for many years! WOW.
LMAO....still unsure about what quite happened here, huh? From what I hear, Google is an excellent tool to understand different topics. RAD/OMVS was a reverse merger. A reverse takeover or reverse merger takeover (reverse IPO) is the acquisition of a public company by a private company so that the private company can bypass the lengthy and complex process of going public. The transaction typically requires reorganization of capitalization of the acquiring company. ??? LOL I dont know what quite to say....thanks for proving my point, I guess? WOW
Yeah, I think I read that 5 times or more yesterday on this board.....I guess we will see, wont we? Like I stated, even if a few more notes are converted (and I do not believe we will see anything drastic) most here could handle a small reverse split in the future (when the company uplists) and still walk away millionaires. Have a nice day. I look forward to more posts concerning Nov 30, no doubt we will see it at least 10 more times today.
A question you REALLY should be asking"....LMAO....not if one REALLY understands the basic process of a reverse merger. The surviving entity always acquires the control block of preferred shares. Embarrassing.
Well there then now.....I guess someone should be offering business counsel to Steve Reinharz, because apparently he just fell off the turnip truck yesterday and was scammed into reverse merging with this "toxic" company, OMVS. Either that, or he knows something that every day message board know it alls don't. I will take whats behind door b Bob. Hypothetical food for thought....did you know that at some point even if the company were to do a small reverse split.....most people here are holding a BOATLOAD of shares and with the deals in Rad's pipeline would all become millionaires after all of your converted notes (which I believe will not convert and were worked out already). Got RAD?
