not going to be like this but this is how it works when you sell your company for stock, you have to wait till the stock raises to an amount that allows you to sell. That's how you get paid if your company is worth a certain value if it's to high you may never get paid, and it happens alot

I threw a hundred to this scam I sold before the split made all my money back I was just keeping on I eye on it I knew it was a fraud but you never know, I used to live in Hollywood and hated when the snowbirds came down to roost, and everyone in the company is from up north you know where! I started DD and firstly no one answers the phone, second all company partners outside the US, thirdly everyone educated outside; you cannot verify any of their credentials.
