yes they didn't have enough stock outstanding to do a r/s so they had to get more available vie stock dividend and maybe attract more buyers as they are issuing huge amounts to insiders as worthless shell companies they kept buying. They claim the want to get on a bigger board and stock will need to be above 1 dollar so they will r/s this is how these shell and the otc scammer operate nothing new here. just trade lightly and keep your profits in mind it's hard to chase the money before these shell company move the money, good luck the chase is on, look for .10 later today!
