it might be just a matter of time, they have filed the 10k late the last 3 years.

Has been 90 days to file 10k but
Starting for fiscal year 2004 it has been moved up to 75 days to file 10k. This is only supposed to apply to companies with a market cap of $75m or more, but maybe this is the reason.
