If you look at the 10-Q released on 5/15/23 it still shows that deal outlined.

Interesting spike in volume today. Is this a sign of things starting to move???
I think it's interesting that the buyer is seeking shares of both Mississippi Gaming Corporation, the company that holds the site approval for a casino, and the parent company DHCC. Yet, they are NOT getting an option to purchase any land on the gaming-approved site. Unless that's plan B for later, once they get their foot in the door? Either way, this is great news for DHCC.
Were the 89 million shares from the lawsuit ever canceled?
Bob, I thought that too, originally. But if you take a closer look at the site you will find that there is plenty of room for a complete 400-acre mixed-use development. The deepest part of the property is on the east end where the casino-approved 50-acre site is located. I also heard that the company could build its own eastbound exit closer to the casino site.
I've heard of three new casino projects in the Biloxi Market but not near the DHCC property. Is there something brewing right around the corner?
I personally have over a million shares of TSOI with the understanding that these plays don’t always work out.
I still think this technology will have its day, so I’m going to just wait it out. I’m certainly not going to sit here every day and whine about my losses or what Tim Dixon says.
GLTA.
I think you misspelled BUY BUY
I can't say that Quadramune is the reason why I haven't been sick while others near and dear to me have been. But generally, I have been feeling better since I started taking QM.
To be completely transparent, I did recover from Covid last June, so I don't know if my natural immunity is helping or if it's QM.
I like that Quadramune is starting to bring in sales revenues even before phase 3 results for Jadicell trials. I've been using QM for 6 months and will continue to do so. It's now available on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and hopefully at 600 Costco stores in the near future. The stock price should be in the mid 30 cent range just on QM profits alone.
(These are my own projections and valuations; do your own DD)
I'm not sure how helpful this is to me as a long-time holder of DHCC. But thanks, I guess, for your due diligence? Anyone who has been following this company already knows these issues.
I continue to hold it because the intrinsic value of the stock is easily over $1.00 solely based on the land valuation at $56 million. I think the reward to risk ratio is at least 4 to 1 so I'll continue to hold and accumulate shares of DHCC.
My first 100K shares are changing from short-term to long-term status next week. I’ve thought about cashing in on several of the moves in the past year, but every time I look at TSOI I ask myself “Is the reason you got into this stock still valid?” The answer is always a resounding YES so I hold and accumulate. Really looking forward to the big move soon.
Great Video Codycrusher, I went through the same thought process at the beginning of April, (pink, medical, dime-a-dozen, etc..) but once I got into the company patents, FDA trials, the board of directors, etc... WOW!!!!
His target is 70 cents but I don't think he reads this board. I'm sure he'd increase accordingly if he knew what we see here every day!!!!!
Thanks to all of you who contribute regularly.
Coast Casinos see record-setting wins so far this year. You would think that developers would be flocking to the (already gaming-approved) site owned by this company.

I'm seeing that on 06/18/2021 for TSOI
Open: .0492
Close: .0463
High: .05
Low: .045
Volume: 11,216,762
It certainly traded below his purchase price of .046. I can no longer see the tape so I can't validate his actual trades on the open market. (if that's where they happened).
There's a second form 4 for Timothy Dixon acquiring 2,821,120 shares fo TSOI for $0.0464

I guess he really does what he says.
I have been in and out of SITS since Jason was CEO, I got stuck when Sylvain took the reigns and did the 1 for 50 RS. Overall I'm whole, but don't follow as closely as I used to. For some reason, I thought you moderated this board. I should have looked before asking to expand on your previous post. I do appreciate your input and enthusiasm (it's kind of therapeutic for me) on other boards.
Anything new to report? it's been pretty quiet here. Is this still a "Real OTC" play?
Therapeutic Solutions International and Campbell Neurosciences Announce Preclinical Studies Showing Low Doses of FDA Cleared Immune Stimulant Interleukin-2 Reduces Inflammation Associated Depression in Animal Model
Suicide Prevention Company Rapidly Expanding Pipeline on Immunotherapy of Psychiatric Conditions
PR Newswire
ELK CITY, Idaho, May 17, 2021
ELK CITY, Idaho, May 17, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc., (OTC Markets: TSOI), announced today preclinical data utilizing low doses of the FDA cleared therapeutic interleukin-2 in treatment of inflammation induced depression in an animal model.
The experiments, which are covered in a patent application, demonstrate that low doses of interleukin-2 reduce depressive behavior, which is dependent on a newly identified cellular mechanism.
Given that interleukin-2 at higher doses is approved by the FDA for treatment of melanoma and renal cell cancer, the Company believes that clinical development of this novel approach to depression may possess less regulatory hurdles than other product candidates.
"At Campbell Neurosciences our focus is to create a world in which suicide is a thing of the past," said Kalina O'Connor, President and CEO of Campbell Neurosciences. "The data disclosed today, and the associated patent application are a significant step for our Company in not only detecting suicidal propensities but also having pipeline products for treatment."
Campbell Neurosciences recently announced validation in a clinical trial of its "Campbell Score™" a blood-based test capable of assessing suicidal ideations in a quantitative manner.
"These recent data are an example of the synergistic partnership between Therapeutic Solutions International and Campbell Neurosciences," said Famela Ramos, Vice President of Business Development of Therapeutic Solutions International. "Interleukin-2 is a cancer immunotherapeutic drug that through collaboration we found a novel use in neurology. By continuing to work outside of the box, we strive to rapidly develop novel approaches to the second largest cause of death in young people: suicide."
"Watching the rapid progress of Kalina O'Connor and her team at Campbell Neurosciences is truly inspiring," said Timothy Dixon, President and CEO of Therapeutic Solutions International. "Instead of repositioning potentially dangerous approaches such as ketamine or psychedelic drugs for treatment of depression, the data disclosed today reveals a truly novel research direction to addressing one of the biggest scourges of COVID-19 society: depression. We are excited to watch the clinical translation of this new brain medicine which we call immunotherapy of psychiatry."

Why are you posting a link that disproves your assertion?
Did you even read the motion and the order? Or (More Importantly) if you did, did you understand what you were reading? Once you've read it, go back and re-read page 45 and the following order. DHCC won this motion!!
The hearing discussed in this article was related to several prior denials for site approval for another development company, NOT DHCC.
At the time of this article, gaming site approval was already granted for a 50-acre parcel on the DHCC's 400+ acres. Check for yourself in the archives of the Mississippi gaming commission's website. August 21, 2014. (Page 9)
https://www.msgamingcommission.com/files/minutes_archive/082114Minutes.Final.pdf
I was wondering the same thing. Not much activity at all...
That article was great for the gaming industry but was only talking about Biloxi projects. There are other proposed developments on the Coast. I've heard that Silver Slipper is planning another hotel tower, so is Scarlet Pearl. Plus there are two more casino resort protects in D'Iberville that are still percolating.
https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/hamamotos-second-spac-diamondhead-holdings-files-for-a-%24300-million-ipo-2021-01-08
I can't verify that it's related to DHCC, but the offering size is appropriate for a phase one development of a casino resort in MS
Waiting to see if you had any more info on that rumor about a SPAC. Anything more to share?
Why the sudden spike in volume and price at 3:05 eastern?
I'm hoping you mean that it will be trading above the 20s and not below. The ask is creeping down; It looks like some people are getting skittish and selling to lock in their recent gains. I still think with all the announcements of new casino resorts on the Gulf Coast, this property will soon be recognized as the best site in the area. The land alone should value these shares near $2 IMO
DHCC already has site approval. You can search through the meeting minutes on the MGC website or just go here: https://www.msgamingcommission.com/files/minutes_archive/082114Minutes.Final.pdf
Look on pages 7-9
I think you're right. It looked like something was in the works, but now, not so much. I'll watch it go back to sleep and hope that someone out there recognizes the intrinsic asset value of the land alone is worth a couple of bucks per share. "Sigh"
I'm still not understanding what you mean by "Market Makers are playing this heavy." My comment was to suggest that at such low volumes, market makers are probably not even interested in a stock like DHCC. But something is making the price move without volume. It's just thinking out loud on my part. I could be wrong (like I was when I first bought shares of DHCC years ago)
I haven't looked at their SEC filings, I'm just trying to figure out in my own mind why it's moving. I've been holding shares of DHCC for years and have been watching it slowly die... Waiting for some deal to come along.
It may just be speculation spurred on by the recent $1.2 billion Universal Music Group project announcement. Anybody that knows the industry along the Gulf Coast has to recognize that Diamondhead is the best site in the area for a destination casino resort. Again this is IMHO.
I don't know what that means. There's nothing heavy about a penny stock that trades an average of 50K shares or less a day? This looks like it's moving from the inside. Just my opinion
I wish they would announce something. It's trading like something is in the works but needs more volume to really run. To me, it looks like insiders are trying to scoop shares at lower prices while they can.
It has been behaving like something's been in the works, maybe soon we'll know something. We finally have a reasonable bid/ask spread, now all we need is volume and this could run.
I can't help believe that something big is in the works. I've been holding for years and this is the first time (since Arneault's deal) I feel like something's brewing. imho
Interesting how it's moving without volume.
What does that mean?
I think your estimate of vehicles passing the property is overstated. Only about 50K pass the property each day according to MDOT reports That's about 18 million per year. Even so, the gaming approved acreage of the 400-acre property alone is worth $1.5 - $2/share based on other casino projects' land costs and given 35 million DHCC shares. IMHO
why is this not moving?
Ag Boy, I do hope your position doubles in value. I just hope there's enough volume for you to get out when you want. You could have closed your position in PLUG today if you wanted. I don't think you can say the same for your front runner.
On January 19, I bought 20 PLUG Jun 16 1.5 call contracts at 45 cents or $45 a contract. Today I still hold those contracts which are valued at $65 a contract or a 44.44% increase. If I had invested $10,000 my gain so far would be $4,444 (more than twice your return on MVTG.)
On the other hand had you bought options on MVTG in January.... Oh, wait! you can't. Never mind.
