I've held this stock for years. The owners suck and don't have a clue. I think the only reason they have this company is to use the washing machine for their cash.

Has the company said anything about what they plan to do to get the price up? A promotion maybe?

Florida is #1 state for growth (as far as people moving to) Texas is #2. The economy is booming along the south coast. We did get hit by Harvey and seen an inch of snow for about an hour this year. It does get hot for a couple months. But, the amount of retirees and retirement homes is climbing steadily. There are a lot of people retiring down here. The cost of living is excellent making fixed income easier.

I was a Maintenance Director for a retirement home down here that had assisted living and full nursing in one building. The company is the largest in the state with approximately 100 +/- facilities. I've seen first hand the need for a company like RXMD. They negotiate with corporate and to set up shop in the buildings and boom that's A Lot of new scripts. That is just one of dozens of companies down here. There are numerous mobile home parks in smaller coastal towns down here dedicated to 55+ only residents.(and everybody talks/compares) Plus Snow Birds wintering down here add word of mouth in their respective states.

I think there is a huge need waiting to be filled along with monstrous growth potential. They already have the license which makes it easier as well.

I'm like you as far as a long hold. I've been accumulating and holding since .02.

Personally I'm hoping they expand out of Florida. It will help get their name out there drawing national attention. I'd like to see them in South Texas, there are tons of retirees and retirement homes down here. Also there are the "Snow Birds", they are retired folks from all over the country coming down for the winter. Plus they already have the license to operate in Texas.

Mickey, Have you had the chance to look at the size of PillPack? RXMD can easily be that size in no time. They have 4 pharmacies, corporate and a advisor center. Were not far off from that. I think RXMD is a much bigger beast than what people are thinking.

Good evening Red, When you write the company ask what the deal is with the 600k from CV. In the audited financials it said they have terms set. In the conference call Ms. Mars stated at the 20 minute (ish) mark those shares are immediately convertible. I am long on RXMD and have been buying and holding shares (no sales). This company paid out millions in shares to pay off the first CV loan during Jan./ Feb. of 2018. In the middle of all that gave themselves 36 million shares (granted restricted), then (possibly) gave CV freely tradable shares. The audited fins say one thing and Ms. Mars says another. I'm already emailed to find out which is truth. Hopefully others will to get answers.

Personally I'm good with the bickering. That tells me buying time is coming. When people start griping they have flipped out and want back in lower. There are to many flippers and groups 1 tick flipping. I am looking for more shares and will let them do the leg work while I load more. I loaded 2s,3s and 4s. I haven't sold any. Now is the time to take a few more gold medals to hold for long term gains.

I agree. I'm waiting patiently for some signed deals. With this share structure and if they get deals signed, GPGC will leave penny land. I would love to see these guys accomplish more than NVO* did.
