Just now talked to TDAmeritrade about REVO and Schwab when I called about another matter
while I had them on the phone.

Said when Schwab takes over any stock in account without out a symbol
will NOT be included and be deleted from my account.

Said it will never trade again under the REVO symbol even if would happen to
start trading again.

Offered no solution on how to collect the money owed us even in the best case scenario and said we are on our own if (by the remote chance) REVO ever goes private or starts trading again under new symbol.

Guess any TDAmeritrade holders are more/less screwed no matter what happens.

I wrote IR (on CCTC website) 7-8 weeks and still no answer. Why do they even have investor relations link at all if no plans to answer any concerns? CCTC Management make real politicians blush in the stretching of the truth department. Even told them I was a 6 year long....to no avail, not even a polite non answer reply.

All I asked them was if their webcast they announced on Twitter is still happening.....Dead Silence.

Nothing rude or SEC related was said or asked. Really don`t understand why the reverse split was so needed 5 months ago when management had no plans after the reverse split to act on anything. Guess I`ve just finally had it.

I had 2 stocks that were delisted and has not traded for over 10 years since company is completely gone.....One was about 15+ years ago.....And both are still listed under my favorites on IHUB.

IMHO...If management wants us to vote for a reverse split, they need to communicate through a Conference call or other means and give all shareholders a reason why we should vote (Yes). And also relay to us what is their plan immediately afterwards for CCTC, if the vote passes. All they have offered up to date is just scare tactics implying CCTC will go bust without a split and a pie in the sky up-listing.

If they wait to relay any information about their plans until the day of the special shareholders meeting, you can bet this is going to be a very tough vote to pass.

Otherwise, I believe, they are just spitting in the wind and will give me absolutly no incentive to vote Yes or even vote at all.

Sometimes a company just deserves to die. I`ve sold a bunch but still have 1.5 million that will vote "NO WAY". I`ll gladly take the loss if it also wipes out management completely. Management several years ago "assured" me that there would "never" be another reverse split so I`d love to see everything they have invested in CCTC and their already poor reputation go down the pisser with me. I`ve got several million shares of REVO in hibernation just waiting for the "Great Awakening" and REVO`s Spring to finally arrive.

I called TDA and the Rep told me (true or false) that TDA didn`t charge me but RNVAD did. Had to wire ACH money in since all my available cash was invested in another stock I bought few days ago. I then looked under transactions and there it was. -$38.00. Said I had a margin call even tho I didn`t buy on margin.

MO...Someone is trying to take CCTC down for the count.

Every time in the last few weeks it had started to move up....someone sells a market order for up to million shares and hammers it back down. I have 2 screens on pc and see/watch every tick for yrs now. I`ve seen at least 4 different times someone sold a market order for up the a million shares and up. This doesn`t happen unless highly manipulated and our wonderful Eve/Aidin management team just sits in their office picking their nose. For instance....who in the hell puts over 7 million shares on the ask at one time? No one I know is that stupid unless their goal is driving the price downward.

Been in the market for over 20+ yrs and have never seen anything like this before....selling volume shares at market.

My guess it is the future possible financiers.

Management needs to step up with communication to the public (Twitter is Free) since most people I talk to that is in the market thinks the company is completely dead. I hate to say it but management seems to be Wayyy over their heads.

They need to realize if they don`t toot their own horn no one else, including the University Wyoming, sure isn`t going to help one iota.

I remember Eves was asked why didn`t they sign them and he said they could get way more $$$ from them after the coal was tested? I`ve always wondered why management didn`t approach even one of them for a licensing deal instead of selling convertibles to the scumbags they dealt with and crushed the shareholders.


My guess UW plan is they will pick up what is left of the CCTC carcass for near nothing and honestly think they hope CCTC fails, hence why they insisted on the re-design that has might as well have bankrupted CCTC. Their actions to me shows me that UW has no respect for either Eves or Aidin.

If they would just start tweeting on Twitter and other platforms every few days about what CCTC is all about and really play up the rare earth metal aspect and we would be over a penny within a week/so. imo

I`ve never had a bank hold my shares before since I`m with TDAmeritrade but you need to ask your bank if getting paper certificate is possible......Give them a call.

You do not need a bank or Broker if you request the shares be sent to you.....On "Paper Certificates". You would have to pay a fee ($$) and your shares will always be yours forever and if Revo ever comes alive again or by chance gets bought out you could re-deposit the paper certificates with your bank/broker. I have done this before in the USA but haven`t tried with a de-listed stock. Hope everything works out for you!
